No Deposit! No Return! Acts 1:11
“Which also said, ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” Comment: Do you remember that old Walt Disney movie ‘No Deposit No Return’ produced back in 1976? Two rich kids found out their mother was not coming home for Christmas so she purchased them airline tickets to go stay with their grandfather. She was in Hong Kong working an executive business job and could not get off work! So the kids went to the airport trying to figure out how to get money to buy tickets to Hong Kong? At the airport they met two thieves who took them home to their hideout! When the kids explained to the crooks their problem they told them to demand a ransom to get the money! So the movie, ‘No Deposit No Return’ got its name! God made a deposit into the earth his creation to redeem us from our sin! He invested his only Son Jesus Christ to accomplish this! The deposit of his birth, death and resurrection purchased our freedom from eternal separation from God! Jesus will return one day soon to redeem his deposits he has put into us! The only way people can lose his deposits is to reject his deposits he has made for you! Then no redemption for those that do this! God has purchased your tickets to heaven! God is merciful but if you reject his mercy what is left for you? Then your own sin will condemn you rather than letting God take your sin upon himself! Christ will return for his own so why not be one of his own today! Only God is trustworthy no one else including yourself is! Do not trust in yourself with your eternity! Thoughts about the Star!
This star is not an astronomical object! The star appeared at the moment of Jesus birth. It was visible to the wise men of Babylon. If they saw the star over Israel, it would indicate it was not astronomical because stars do not rise in the west! They rise in the east. If it rose in the east it was very special because star gazers like these wise men would not have difficulty recognizing the planet Venus! Traditional images show the wise men traveling over the desert following a star. However Matthew 2 does not say they followed a star to Israel. In fact, it would appear, from their reaction, that the star newly reappeared in Matthew 2:9. How could a star go before the wise men? Bethlehem is to the south of Jerusalem! Stars do not move south. They move west. Stars do not settle over houses. The Greek word for star (Aster), implies something strewn! What could it be? What could it be that moves easily from west to east appearing as strewn light? A pillar of fire would be a good example! Remember the Shechinah Glory of light that moved with the Tabernacle representing the presence of God? This light could have been interpreted as a star! It is believed the wise men reached Bethlehem about 2 years after Jesus birth. That is why Herod ordered the murder of the children 2 years and younger! Source: CreationToday.org Comment: Point here is you cannot explain this star or light naturally! It was supernatural. Very seldom does God oppose his creation! Only to deliver his people! He turned the sun and time back for Joshua to win the battle! He opened the Red Sea for Moses and drowned the pursuing army with the same sea! Mary bore Jesus yet being a virgin! Jesus raised the dead and has promised to raise those who believe and trust him! Jesus himself was raised from the dead! Peter at midnight was delivered from the prison! Do I believe in miracles! Absolutely! Jesus delivered me off my death bed some 45 years ago! Is it a stretch to believe God at his word? It is a stretch not to! God who created all this can change anything or everything at his will! He transformed me from sin to righteousness with his atoning blood! Was it a star? All things are possible with God! He can create anyone he wants to! He can create anything he wants to at anytime at any place! He came to Bethlehem so he could prepare a place for you in Heaven! Why not follow Jesus to Heaven! Decisions! Decisions! Decisions!
President Trump got it right! Chief Justice Roberts got it wrong! We do have liberal and conservative judges in all courts across America! This includes federal, state and municipal courts! We do have Democratic and Republican judges across America! From the Supreme court on down to the lowest court in America! Every man and woman on the court interprets the law according to their belief about where the law came from? Did the law come from God down to man or did man evolve just making up laws as we went along? Was the law given to us by God sovereign over man indisputable never to be changed? Or did man just create his own laws through the chain of evolutionary development? Bottom line is conservative judges are creationists! They take serious the Biblical model of creation and God’s laws given to man! Liberal judges are evolutionists or atheists believing God has no role in the creation and development of man! God is not sovereign over his creation so we make up our own rules! The best evidence of liberal and conservative judges is the split decisions on the Supreme court and the lower courts! If all are equal under the law then all court decisions would have the same outcome! They do not! Very rare! Man interprets the law based on the presumption of where the law came from! If the law did not come from God then I must make the law! I must legislate the law since there is no God! Liberals do not recognize the sovereignty of God! This is why they end up working against God! Gay marriage is one example! Since there is no God we can make laws contrary to God’s laws! What happens when we go down this road is we end up with a lawless culture! No respect for authority! Kill cops! Smoke drugs! Open borders and sanctuary cities! Divorce! Open borders and sanctuary cities are a rebellion against God’s sovereignty and National sovereignty! It is the new way of ceding from the union as in the civil war! What are some of the characteristics coming soon in the Tribulation period of seven years headed by the Anti-Christ? No borders! One world government! No laws! Total anarchy! No judges! Every man will do what is right in his own eyes! When Jesus returns at the end of the 7 year tribulation period what will he do? He will judge the nations in righteousness! Judge Kavanaugh was assassinated by the political left because they know if he gets in God may still be recognized as the giver of our laws and sovereign over the universe! History repeats itself even the destructive parts of it! First what is Bolshevism? It is an ideology or doctrine of the violent overthrow of a capitalist government. It was born out of Russia with the Revolution of 1917 by the socialist communist party in Russia! Millions died in this revolution which really carries on today! The founders of socialism were all Jews! They were also atheists! There founders of socialism were names such as Engels, Marx, Lenin and many more! They along with Hitler and Mussolini were all followers of Charles Darwin and his Theory of Evolution! Darwin was also an atheist and his theory was based on the big assumption there is no God! Russia, Germany and Italy formed the Axis power against the Allied Nations of WWII. So why did Hitler and Stalin turn on each other during the early years of WWII? Remember Italy, Germany and Russia were all socialists! Dinesh D’Souza best explains how this can happen by examples! In Islam the Shiites and the Sunni’s! In Christianity the Catholics and the Protestants! Even though their doctrines were close yet war broke out among them! Also with the socialists! Here is how they get tripped up! Marx, Lenin, Stalin Mussolini and Hitler all agreed as per socialism doctrine all social classes must be eliminated! However except their own? So why is socialism a proven failure over history still promoted today especially in the American political left? So why does the American left go after Christians and Orthodox Jews? Because our Bible opposes socialism! Let us focus just on one point of socialism because I will go too long on this posting! Why the promotion of the gay and lesbian agenda by the Democrats? It is to destroy a social class! To remove the distinctiveness of gender! How about no borders and sanctuary cities? To destroy a social class of people! What about abortion! Thirty six percent of all abortions are done on African American women yet they only make up 13 percent of the population! To destroy a social class! Why the attack on Christian’s and their business enterprises? Why drag them into the courts all the time? To destroy a social class of people! Why the war on Trump! If the Christians gain ground socialism will be pushed back! The Republican Party is primarily made up of Christians and Orthodox Jews! The Democratic Party is made up of Atheists, socialists and followers of Charles Darwin and his evolution! One half the Jews in America are atheists and the other half Orthodox Jews! The Orthodox Jews vote Republican and the atheist Jews vote Democrat! As long as half the population remains Christian then the socialists cannot win! Why did President Johnson put in the 501c Tax exemption Christian churches? To silence the leadership of the church and take them out of the fight against socialism! So when will socialism win out? After the Rapture of the church! Then a one world government will be formed headed by the Anti-Christ a Jew and homosexual which will last for 7 years with the greatest destruction registered in world history! End of Church Age! Psalm 137:6
O’ Jerusalem if I should not remember thee; let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy! Comment: Where was the first church on earth? Jerusalem! The Apostle Peter was the Pastor of the Jerusalem Church! Where will be the last church? Jerusalem with the return of Christ at his second coming and the end of the church age! The church age was established by Jesus to maintain his body of believer’s in the earth until his return. To ignore Jerusalem is to deny your faith! Your faith began there and will consummate there with Christ’s return! Jesus is not returning to America or Utah or China, Russia, UK, or any other nation except Israel! Do you now understand why much of the world wants to destroy her! If you really have the courage to fight for your faith you fight for Jerusalem! The Crusader’s acted on their faith! They did not live in a theology based theory! This is why President Donald Trump moved our U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem! As Gentile Christian’s let us never forget Jerusalem for if we do we are living contrary to our Holy Scriptures! The time clock of prophecy is set in Jerusalem to go off one day soon! We do not look for the next new ministry on the horizon! We do not look for the next denomination that claims they have more revelation than the last one! No More Excuses! Revelation 1:7
“Behold, he cometh with clouds, and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him, and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so. Amen” Comment: The word “wail”, in the Greek is the strongest form of the outward expression of inner grief! It means to beat one’s own body! At Jesus second coming why would the world grieve at his coming? Just as those who rejected him at his first coming so will some at his second coming! Now the man made plans of men supported by Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Atheism, every other religious excuse will come to an end! The false religions will be exposed by the Truth! Every political system that opposes Christ such as Socialism, Fascists, Communism, Darwinism, Nazism and every other Anti-Christ ideology will come to an end! No more hiding behind religious and political systems to promote your sin! Halloween is over and the masks are removed! Sin can no longer be worshiped! Now every knee will bow and every tongue must confess Jesus Christ is Lord! They now stand naked before God! They are striped naked before God! No more coverings! No more hiding! Remember at this time the Church has been raptured! The Saints are following Christ back to earth from heaven at his second coming! For the 1000 year reign of Christ on earth! The only one’s left on earth are those that have rejected Christ! The party is over! Judgment has come! Judgment starts in the House of God yet Christ has taken our judgment upon himself at the Cross! Do you want to try to take your own judgment? Yet many try? You will never be good enough and you have become the fool! Time is short and this life is very short but eternity forever! Are you greater than God? Division Through Public Schools!
But, you will say, we destroy the most hallowed of relations, when we replace home education by social education. The communists have not invented the intervention of society in education; they do not seek to alter the character of that intervention, and to rescue education from the influence of the ruling class. Karl Marx Comment: If you can homeschool or send your children to a private school and pull them out of public schools you would be rescuing your children from the state! One of my little grandsons is attending a public school up in Kentucky. He would always eat lunch in the school cafeteria with his little friend everyday. His little friend would pray before lunch and asked my grandson if he could join him! The teacher on duty in the cafeteria during their prayer stopped them and scolded them and told them they are not allowed to pray here! I have asked President Trump to introduce school vouchers to privatize the system which would introduce competition and get rid of social engineering and return education to the children of America! It would also break down the public education which is the left wing of the Democratic Party with it’s Teachers Union! What the public schools work very hard at is undermining parental authority in the home! This tactic is right out of the Communist Manifesto of Karl Marx! In fact the Democratic Party takes their tactics right out of his playbook! Jews Return to Israel 1948
Isaiah 51:11 Hebrew Translation: “Therefore the redeemed, the ransomed, the rescued, these set free from slavery, these severed from sin, those that only God can liberate, the transferred of ownership from the first born that were slaughtered, the redeemed of the Lord shall return to Jehovah from their idol’s. They shall return to their point of departure as God reversed the sun dial for the Jews to win the battle. They shall come singing to Zion and everlasting joy that is perpetual without end, that continues without change, that is past, present and future, that is eternity without end and what is hidden and concealed from the unbeliever’s. This joy shall remain upon their Head. They Israel shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.” Comment: If God cannot be faithful to Israel He will never be faithful to you! If He breaks His covenant with Israel no covenant will stand for you! What stood out to me in this passage is the reference to the slaughter of the first born of Egypt that was the ransomed paid to deliver the Jews from their enemies! Also Egypt turned all their gold over to the Jews! The sacrifice of life and treasure for redemption! Likewise God slaughtered His only Son Jesus Christ for the redemption of the Jews and the Gentiles! Jesus also sacrificed all treasure and became poor for your prosperity! One day the Jews eye’s will be opened to their Messiah! Then the earthly treasure will look worthless to them! God did not make us to pursue things but to pursue God! James and Hamsa Sasse. Medal of Honor! John 15:13
I have watched some video’s of American Medal of Honor Winners from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq. As I watched these I began to see a pattern in the lives of these brave men! Their love for their comrades on the battlefield led them to take very heroic actions in combat! One particular Vietnam Veteran really got my attention! When they were in the midst of a battle a Viet Cong soldier through a grenade into the midst of his army platoon! When he saw the grenade he said it was like being frozen in time! What to do? He took his steel helmet off his head threw it over the grenade and then threw his body on top of his helmet! The grenade exploded under his helmet tearing his stomach open and filling his body with shrapnel! He said his intestines were laying outside of his body on the ground! Another soldier came along and put his guts back in his stomach and taped his stomach closed with ribbons torn from his uniform! Another soldier came along and drug his body away from the fire fight so the medics and the helicopters could get him to a field hospital. He said we never left the dead or wounded for the enemy! His recovery took years at a Veteran’s Hospital. He said the hardest thing for him in this hospital was to see the young men come in from Vietnam and die in the hospital with no family around them! After his recovery he tried to go back to college but the protesting college students would mock him for going to war for his country so he left school. The other veteran’s also said that the love for each other is what kept them going and bonded them together! It was not the politics of the war or political parties that mattered to them! They had to look out for each other! That is what a family does for each other! Jesus said there is no greater love than for a man to lay down his life for his brother! Why did Jesus go to the Cross? His love for His Father! Only He could pacify the anger His Father had for His Creation! Remember Jesus words on the Cross? Father forgive them! Why have you forsaken me? The Vietnam Veteran’s even today feel forsaken by their country! But their love for each other bonds them together! We the people are free from foreign aggression because of their love for each other! Likewise we are benefited by God’s love in particular with Jesus love for His Father in being obedient even to the death on a Cross for our sin! Today Jesus position in Heaven is not by accident! He is seated at the right hand of the Father because of His love for His Father! None of us will even sit closer to the Father than the Son! Jesus is returning soon back to the earth to complete His love for the Father and for you! Jesus went into combat for you! He lives for you and died for you and rose from the dead for you and His love of the Father is also expressed to you! Love is manifested in relationship! We cannot love God if not in relationship to Him! You could never sacrifice your life on the battlefield unless in relationship to other soldiers of your Nation suffering the same combat!
