End of the Age? Matthew 24:35-37

Jesus said; “Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall never pass away. But of that day and hour knoweth no man, not the angels in heaven but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were so also the coming of the Son of man be.” Commentary: So what happened in the days of Noah? The world became so wicked God had to destroy it except one family who had faith enough in God that God required them by faith to build an ark for the coming flood. Jesus since the Cross is saving the world but not all have faith in his redemptive work! Many are saved yet many more reject his love! Ice Age & Global Warming!

It was 1967. That summer I had finished high school and I and my brother and cousin Billy were helping my grandfather on the farm in Nebraska. Grandpa promised us that if we would help him during the summers on the farm he would pay our college tuition and help keep us out of the Vietnam War! Grandpa and grandma were always reading their Bibles and we being young fools would kid them about it! I am so smart so I picked up a Time magazine to read and on this issue on the front page was a picture of the continental United States with walls of ice closing in on our nation moving from both the west and east coast towards each other crushing America! I was worried! Grandpa we are all going to die being crushed by ice! He shook his head and said Jimmy you have not been around very long have you? I was born in 1897 and I have lived long enough to see a thing or two! WWI, the roaring twenties, 1929 crash with a 7 year drought on our farm, WWII, Korean War and now the Vietnam War! Jimmy God has got his creation all figured out! These politicians will try to scare people to collect tax money from the people! These politicians have no way to stop a wall of ice more than me or you? It is to create fear so they can become your savior Jimmy! Jimmy only Christ is your Savior! None other! Not any crook in Washington nor the politics of this magazine! Interesting today it is global warming! Did you know the earth has heating and cooling cycles depending on solar sun spot activity which cycles every eleven years? The trouble today some science is influenced by politics! It leans towards the politics of the day! Guess what? God has this figured out when he created the heavens and the earth he had safety parameters built into it! One day this earth will be destroyed by fire and a new heaven and earth created by the same God who made this earth! If you want to hand over your hard earned money to the politicians in Washington who have no more power than you do to correct what God will correct by his design of our earth and the heavens then hand your tax money over to them! They will spend it on themselves and their friends! Why should they spend your money? Are you not smart enough to spend your own money? Then let them spend it for you! James and Hamsa Sasse. Plagues & End of Age!

Leviticus 26:21 “And if you walk contrary unto me, I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sin.” Commentary: The affliction of epidemic diseases is often sent by God as punishment for sin! In Matthew chapter 24 Jesus disciples ask him what will be the signs of the end of the world? If you read chapter twenty four there is a long list given to us by Jesus! One of these signs is pestilences or plagues. So how would I walk contrary to God? Look at Leviticus chapter 21:2 and the following verses. By not keeping the Sabbaths! When living in Nebraska on a farm back in the 1950’s as a small child i remember my grandma saying we must get groceries today Saturday for tomorrow Sunday all the stores will be closed! Not respecting my sanctuary! Not walking in his statutes and keeping his Commandments! However if you walk keeping my word then blessings follow you! Rain and abundant crops! Your enemies will flee from you! Peace in the land and not turmoil! If America continues to walk contrary legislatively, judicially and socially how much time do we have? If God did not spare Israel how about us? One family survived the world flood! One family survived Sodom and Gomorrah! If you walk according to his word even thought plagues and destruction is all around you he will protect you! A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand yet the Lord will stay you! We are sadly witnessing the destruction of America! An America that wants no part of God! Rebellion against God that a fool can never win! Jesus in Matthew 24 closed out the signs of the end by listing the last sign! He said he that will endure until the end shall be saved! Endurance in the midst of wickedness is a gift from God! Jesus closes out by listing the last sign! The Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations, and then shall the end come! What is the climax of the end of the world? Christ’s second coming back to earth to rule and reign for a thousand years at the end of the 7 year Tribulation! Walk not contrary to Christ now and you will be part of his Millennium Kingdom later! If saved you reign with Christ now here on earth and you will also reign with him at his second coming! Old Age!

We have been married 45 years now! Instead of giving each other birthday cards every year we now send each other “Get Well” cards!

End of Church Age! Psalm 137:6

O’ Jerusalem if I should not remember thee; let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy! Comment: Where was the first church on earth? Jerusalem! The Apostle Peter was the Pastor of the Jerusalem Church! Where will be the last church? Jerusalem with the return of Christ at his second coming and the end of the church age! The church age was established by Jesus to maintain his body of believer’s in the earth until his return. To ignore Jerusalem is to deny your faith! Your faith began there and will consummate there with Christ’s return! Jesus is not returning to America or Utah or China, Russia, UK, or any other nation except Israel! Do you now understand why much of the world wants to destroy her! If you really have the courage to fight for your faith you fight for Jerusalem! The Crusader’s acted on their faith! They did not live in a theology based theory! This is why President Donald Trump moved our U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem! As Gentile Christian’s let us never forget Jerusalem for if we do we are living contrary to our Holy Scriptures! The time clock of prophecy is set in Jerusalem to go off one day soon! We do not look for the next new ministry on the horizon! We do not look for the next denomination that claims they have more revelation than the last one! Evolutionary Fantasy Land! Genesis 1:1

What extremes people like Charles Darwin will go to deny the existence of God! What non-sense theories they come up with to support their unbelief! I have shard with you before that science has now proven that the heaven and the earth are the same age! Science has shown us this for some time now! Science verifies Genesis 1:1. What really gets crazy and even more unbelievable is if we apply the Evolutionary model to the whole universe not just the earth!  If you did that and after billions of years of development these planets should have an equal outcome! That is every planet should be exactly like planet earth! However our earth is the same age as mars, the sun and the moon and the stars yet completely differ sizes and environments! We can only live on planet earth! None of the others will support life! We cannot live on any other planet! You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting evolution right! If you have a theory about science and you cannot get the same outcome each time you are blowing smoke! The scriptures in your Bible will always be supported by science! Why? God made the science! Think that hundreds of years ago science then did not support Genesis 1:1. Yet millions of believers then understood that without Faith it is impossible to please God! There will be new science discoveries in the future that will also verify the scriptures in our Bible! There will also be flawed theories about science to try to discredit God! Raise the Age of Gun Ownership?

From 18 to 21 years old? Most of these high school shooters are under the age of 18! If a young man or woman is 18 and can go into the military and risk their life for their country why should they be denied the right to purchase a weapon! Should we wait until they are 21 years old before they can join our military services? If that would have happened during WWII we would have lost the war! Many young people joined when they were 17 including President George Bush Senior! Had these men and women had to have waited until they were 21 we would all be speaking German and Japanese right now! This is all barking up the wrong tree! Why not reinstate the 10 Commandments back into our public schools? How about one Commandment? Thou shall not kill. The vacuum left by abandonment of Religious education is being replaced with secular education devoid of respect for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness! Faith & Facts! Genesis 2:7

Did God really make man out of the dust of the earth? I did a little research! Ninety nine percent of the human body consist of six elements. Oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus. There are 18 other elements in the remaining one percent sometimes known as trace elements. Guess what? All the elements in the human body are found in the dust of the earth! They are in different proportions but are all present! Here is another interesting find! All the elements in the human body and in the dust of the earth are present in the dust of the moon! Again in different proportions but all present! This is another fact that supports the Genesis 1:1 narrative! Not only is our solar system the same age but consists of the same elements! When the plants and tree’s draw these elements out of the soil into produce and fruits we consume them and they replenish our bodies! Let There Be Light! Genesis 1:3

The phrase “Let there be”, is not the same Hebrew word used for “Created”, in Genesis 1:1. Actually the Hebrew word for our English phrase “Let there be”, means to exist. The word “created”, means to bring into existence. So in Genesis 1:1, God created the heavens and the earth. My question is when God finished creating the heavens and the earth did light exist? Were the lights out until verse three? I know the global carbon tax supporters wish the sun would go away! Some Christian’s do not let their light shine! Some theologians have come up with the gap theory? That is there were millions of years that transpired between verse one and verse three? I believe they were trying to reconcile the difference between the age of the earth as claimed by some scientists! Science does show us that the earth and all the planets are the same age! We cannot measure time without light! I believe light existed at the end of Genesis 1:1. In verse two we see the earth was surrounded by darkness and formless! It was covered by water and surrounded in darkness! Were all the other planets in the same condition? Why earth? Remember Lucifer got cast out of heaven with one third of the Angels for rebellion! We know where Lucifer or Satan hangs out is darkness and destruction! Lucifer though he owned the earth as he does today but God intervened as He does today! With no light being able to penetrate the cloud surrounding the earth Satan thought he had his hell on earth! Then in verse two God moves upon the earth and light breaks forth into the earth! Before I got saved God’s light was always here in the earth! He just let a little of His light into my soul and I got transformed! A new day! Let me put a disclaimer here! Benjamin Franklin said that if you are to live by Faith you have to throw reason out the window! Why? Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden used reason and made a bad choice! They did not have all the facts! Only God knows all the facts because he created all the facts! Our knowledge is limited! Even if we have a million facts about anything or anyone and lack one fact we will make a wrong choice! This is “reason” enough to trust God! This is why all Judgment is left to God!
