Give or Take Credit?

I Corinthians 2:12 “Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is of God, that we might know the things that are “freely given” to us of God.” Commentary: The words “freely given” is translated as a gift! It is grace to be kindly treated with favor! The spirit of the world always says you have to earn it! It is all by my own efforts! Get what you can out of people and move on! Trash the reputation of others to promote yourself! The spirit of the world is an evil spirit! Use people to get ahead! I will not be a sacrifice for their benefit but sacrifice them for my benefit! The Spirit of God placed gifts within you at birth! The problem comes when we take credit for our God given gifts! Pride drives the spirit of the world! I did it! The Spirit of God was in the Garden of Eden but so was the spirit of the world! Adam and Eve you are wiser than God! Take and eat of this fruit and you will be wiser than God! God is holding back from you and cheating you! God has not said you will surely die if you eat of this tree? God is a liar! Satan as always is looking for an opportunity to persecute Christ and his followers! Which spirit lives in you? The Holy Spirit or the spirit of the world? The Apostle Paul said i know nothing else but Christ crucified! Do you look at Christ as your Savior or do you try to put him up on the Cross again? Do you praise him with your breath or curse him? Are you like Judas playing a religious game while betraying him? At the ascension of Jesus to heaven he promised his disciples he would send his Holy Spirit to them! To secure his promises to them until his second coming! If you look outside yourself to Christ then he will send his Holy Spirit to dwell inside you! The Comforter! The Holy Spirit is made available to you because God made a blood sacrifice of himself for you on a Cross! For you sin! Then the Gift of the Holy Spirit is available after your repentance to God for your sin and accepting the blood sacrifice of Christ! What are some of the benefits of the Holy Spirit living in you? Love, peace, joy, patience, long suffering, prophecy and the list goes on! Jesus said you receive not because you ask not! Ask Jesus to send his Holy Spirit to you! You will find a new way of living in him! Not leaning on your own understanding but acknowledging him in all your ways! Jesus said he would never leave you nor forsake you! The Marx/Lenin Angle!

What is really behind the removal of policemen and women across America? We have eight hundred thousand police officers across America! Do we have a few bad apples in the barrel? Yes! Over two hundred thousand Americans died last year from medical mistakes! Do we get rid of all the doctors and nurses across America? Did you ever think that with no police department property rights could not be enforced! Thugs with weapons could come to your door and force you from your property and they take over! Like in Seattle! They might be nice and let you leave your home and vehicles with the clothes on your back or rape your daughters before you leave! Or they could make you dig your own graves in your back yard before they shoot you and your family! This is what happened in the Russian Revolution of 1917 where all property went to the State! All private property was abolished! This is where socialism ends up! Marx was quoted that the next step for socialism is communism! These devils are taught to your children as hero’s in the public education system by leftist teachers! There are people in political power in the Democratic party that hate America and want her taken down! They have enlisted young fools who cannot think for themselves to do their bidding but the actors not knowing out of ignorance where all this is heading for the destruction of a nation where their greatest opportunities are! Each year I see turnover in the NFL that just amazes me! Brady goes to Tampa Bay and Cam Newton goes to New England? Just shows us the old axiom that somebody’s junk becomes somebody else’s treasure! The greatest wives men have found is those that have been rejected by another man!

Determined!

I Corinthians 2:2 “For I am determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.” Commentary: The English word “determined” used by the Apostle Paul here has a Greek root word. Sometimes in translation work trading off one language word for a English word can be challenging! One example is the word love used in the New Testament. There are four different Greek words for love so the question is which love are they speaking about? This is why I promote a Hebrew-Greek Study Bible for those that are serious about studying the Bible! Back to the word determined. The Greek translation says determined is the act of judging to come to a decision! It is the act of preferring one over another! I prefer my wife over every other woman! I prefer my Christ over every other god! I prefer America over every other nation on earth! After someone murders seven people we hear the world say we should not judge? The police and the prosecutors have to make a judgment! The jury has to make a judgment! The judge has to make a judgment based on the judgment of the jury! God’s judgment is perfect because he knows all the facts! Young people are tearing down America but not based on facts! They have been lied to in their schools by liberals teaching in education that America is no good! Jesus has been given authority by the Father to judge all the living and the dead! His judgment will be based upon what judgment you have made about him! Jesus took your judgment for sin upon a Cross and paid the penalty of death for your wickedness! However if you reject his judgment for you then you are judged by him for your own sin separated from God forever! Some are judged into everlasting life and some into everlasting hell! This is why Paul is so wise after he discovered the truth that to only know Christ and him crucified! His higher education could not save him but only Christ! President Wilson on America!

My urgent advice to you would be, not only always to think first of America, but always, also to think first of humanity, you do not love humanity if you think to divide humanity into jealous camps. Humanity can be welded together only by love, by sympathy, by justice, not by jealousy and hatred. I am sorry for the man who seeks to make personal capital out of the passions of his fellowmen. Religion for Dummies!

Question: Self proclaimed smart people tell me all sinners are in hell. Is this true? Answer: There are sinners in heaven and there are sinners in hell. The sinners in heaven are forgiven sinners and the sinners in hell are unforgiven sinners! Sinners in hell got there on their own but sinners in heaven trusted Jesus Christ who took their judgment for their sin on the Cross!
