Irrational Thinking? Judge Johnson! Supreme Court Pick!

When you fill any position based only on race and gender you can have a problem! She was asked by a Senator why she gave sentences of convicted child pornography criminals reduced prison sentences well below the federal minimum guidelines? Giving some three month prison sentences! Her rationale was that since child pornography was so easily accessible on the internet reduced sentences are required? She is making the criminal the victim! It is like me going before a judge after murdering someone and convicted of murder and then petitioning the court that I used a handgun instead of a knife and since it is easier to kill with a gun rather than a knife and guns are so abundant I should get a reduced sentence because never mind that dead person I am the real victim here? Jackson Confirmation Supreme Court

I have watched some of these hearings with dismay! No one seems to ask the right questions? Here is one I would like any Supreme Court nominee! Why is it most of the decisions come down to a 5-4 decision? They are judging on the same law yet opposite conclusions about the same law? So according to the same law the court interprets the same law on opposite views? Mrs. Jackson could you explain this phenomenon and the foundation that leads to opposite interpretations of the Law? The scriptures proclaim by grace you are saved and not of yourselves! The law shows us we are all sinners and have come short of the Glory of God! My best answer to my own question is sinners cannot interpret the law justly! Their sin blinds them to justice! The unjust cannot judge the unjust! All judgment is rendered unto the Son because he fulfilled the law of sin and death for he took our judgment upon the Cross! Jesus judges all the living and the dead with perfect justice! Supreme Court Pick!

Trump needs to move forward fast on this one! About one third of our Supreme Court appointments in history were done by lame duck presidents! More important is if we should have a contested election especially with these mail in ballots we have to have 9 judges on the court! Remember Bush/Gore election with hanging paper chad? Decisions! Decisions! Decisions!

President Trump got it right! Chief Justice Roberts got it wrong! We do have liberal and conservative judges in all courts across America! This includes federal, state and municipal courts! We do have Democratic and Republican judges across America! From the Supreme court on down to the lowest court in America! Every man and woman on the court interprets the law according to their belief about where the law came from? Did the law come from God down to man or did man evolve just making up laws as we went along? Was the law given to us by God sovereign over man indisputable never to be changed? Or did man just create his own laws through the chain of evolutionary development? Bottom line is conservative judges are creationists! They take serious the Biblical model of creation and God’s laws given to man! Liberal judges are evolutionists or atheists believing God has no role in the creation and development of man! God is not sovereign over his creation so we make up our own rules! The best evidence of liberal and conservative judges is the split decisions on the Supreme court and the lower courts! If all are equal under the law then all court decisions would  have the same outcome! They do not! Very rare! Man interprets the law based on the presumption of where the law came from! If the law did not come from God then I must make the law! I must legislate the law since there is no God! Liberals do not recognize the sovereignty of God! This is why they end up working against God! Gay marriage is one example! Since there is no God we can make laws contrary to God’s laws! What happens when we go down this road is we end up with a lawless culture! No respect for authority! Kill cops! Smoke drugs! Open borders and sanctuary cities! Divorce! Open borders and sanctuary cities are a rebellion against God’s sovereignty and National sovereignty! It is the new way of ceding from the union as in the civil war! What are some of the characteristics coming soon in the Tribulation period of seven years headed by the Anti-Christ? No borders! One world government! No laws! Total anarchy! No judges! Every man will do what is right in his own eyes! When Jesus returns at the end of the 7 year tribulation period what will he do? He will judge the nations in righteousness! Judge Kavanaugh was assassinated by the political left because they know if he gets in God may still be recognized as the giver of our laws and sovereign over the universe! Biblical versus Civil Law!

But hereof be assured, that all is not lawful nor just that is statute by civil laws: neither yet is everything sin before God, which ungodly persons allege to be treason. John Knox (1514-1572)  Comment: No one could probably understand this better than the Colorado Bake shop owner who was fined hundreds of thousands of dollars for refusing to bake a cake for a gay couple! Then after a Supreme Court victory is still being harassed by Colorado State government? This is another ungodly civil law that when passed into statute the ungodly go after the Godly with harassment, threats of violence and civil court actions! John Knox also experienced this first hand as one of the leaders of the Reformation as Queen Bloody Mary of England took him to task! No history is new with man but just repeats itself! This is why God’s only Son Jesus Christ had to make a one way trip to the Cross for our sin! Many civil laws such as slavery, Jim Crow and others were at one time civil statute in our nation! Through a costly civil war the tide was turned! All civil laws that oppose the scriptures will be eventually overturned like abortion but often it comes with a great price! Three Cards in their Deck!

The Democrats only have three cards in their deck! They play these three cards over and over again! They have the race card! They have the sex card! They have the religion card! They have pulled the sex card on Judge Kavannah! They did the same thing with Judge Clarence Thomas years ago! Remember Anita Hill? This is a political smear to knock his nomination off the rails for the Supreme Court! The Democrats cannot rise above the sewer and come up with idea’s that will help the American people rather than spend their time through lies and deceit to take down American’s who really have good idea’s! There is a lot more swamp to drain in Washington D.C.! Remember Obama’s insult to us that all we care about is our religion and our guns? Democrats always try to claim the higher moral ground but their promotion of immorality whether abortion, illegal immigrants, open borders, sanctuary cities and disrespect for our flag shows me they are immoral people! Abortion & Liberty?

Lindsey Graham Senator from South Carolina made a very important point to Judge Kavanaugh during the confirmation hearings! He asked the Judge if the word abortion can be found anywhere in our Constitution? He replied no! Lindsey then asked Judge Kavanaugh what word in our Constitution qualifies you in regard to any case before the court to render a decision? To even hear the case? The Judge said the word liberty! Senator Graham asked the Judge if he can pull any subject out of thin air and call it liberty? Comment: About 50 percent of the population of America disagree with abortion and gay marriage! Why? Because our moral code our Bible says it is a sin against God and man! Did the framers of our Constitution define liberty as the legalization of evil? Can we take a wrong and legalize it as a liberty? What standard do we use for liberty! Man’s propensity to sin cannot be used as the gold standard for morality and liberty! The Supreme Court has reversed decisions decided by earlier courts! Precedence can only be used if the first decision was right! Fools for Christ! 1 Corinthians 4:10

Wise not in our own strength but wise in Christ! We are strong and honorable yet despised by the world! Why? Our future is not of this world! The world is betting on themselves we are betting on Christ! Wisdom is to have the mind of Christ! The mind of God! To understand life from an eternal perspective! Our battles are not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers of darkness! Our battles are against spiritual forces! God’s spirit and Satan’s spirit occupy flesh and blood! We stay in the fight because Christ is victory over hell and the grave! Our present and future are with him! Our past is forgiven! The world lives opposing Christ because they believe this life is all there is? So they live a life that is harmful to themselves and others! The wisdom of men is foolishness to God! Their mortal minds have limited capacity and knowledge! Man can give some knowledge but God gives Revelation! Things that are future that are shown to believer’s in Christ today!
