Freedom without Law?
Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred! Martin Luther King Jr. Comment: Laws can be on the Books but never enforced! That is what sanctuary cities and open borders are all about! Not enforcing our laws! The civil rights laws after the abolition of slavery were on the Books for over one hundred years but never enforced! The Ten Commandments have been in the Books for at least 4000 years yet broken everyday by man! We can legislate until the cows come home yet how to enforce laws in a rebellious world? God had to find someone who never broke any of his laws yet was human to pay the penalties of men! Then that perfect God/Man would have to be sacrificed for the penalty of sin! This perfect lamb would be sacrificed to reconcile man to God! God had one which qualified for the job! His only Son Jesus Christ! His whole purpose was to die for our sin! When we personally recognize our sin against God and man and the great cost that came to him for our redemption for breaking the law then our attitude towards the law changes! The attitude is I want to follow the laws because it cost so much for him to fix my breaking of the law! Jesus said if you love me keep my Commandments! God’s love brings victory over hate! Martin Luther King knew he was going to pay a price to free his people! Even after the civil rights laws that were put on the Books in the 1960’s no significant change came until after his murder! Then American’s woke up to the fact they had gone to far! Because of the price paid their thirst for hate dried up and a new day of reconciliation came to America! But a sacrifice was required! Freedom requires a sacrifice! To overcome hate and revenge! If all of the world would accept the God given sacrifice of his Son Jesus Christ for their sin another human sacrifice would never be done on earth! Jesus said we must be born again! Something much greater than our first birth! It is a Godly birth with the character of thinking and acting like God making sacrifices for others rather than sacrificing others for yourself! Decisions! Decisions! Decisions!
President Trump got it right! Chief Justice Roberts got it wrong! We do have liberal and conservative judges in all courts across America! This includes federal, state and municipal courts! We do have Democratic and Republican judges across America! From the Supreme court on down to the lowest court in America! Every man and woman on the court interprets the law according to their belief about where the law came from? Did the law come from God down to man or did man evolve just making up laws as we went along? Was the law given to us by God sovereign over man indisputable never to be changed? Or did man just create his own laws through the chain of evolutionary development? Bottom line is conservative judges are creationists! They take serious the Biblical model of creation and God’s laws given to man! Liberal judges are evolutionists or atheists believing God has no role in the creation and development of man! God is not sovereign over his creation so we make up our own rules! The best evidence of liberal and conservative judges is the split decisions on the Supreme court and the lower courts! If all are equal under the law then all court decisions would have the same outcome! They do not! Very rare! Man interprets the law based on the presumption of where the law came from! If the law did not come from God then I must make the law! I must legislate the law since there is no God! Liberals do not recognize the sovereignty of God! This is why they end up working against God! Gay marriage is one example! Since there is no God we can make laws contrary to God’s laws! What happens when we go down this road is we end up with a lawless culture! No respect for authority! Kill cops! Smoke drugs! Open borders and sanctuary cities! Divorce! Open borders and sanctuary cities are a rebellion against God’s sovereignty and National sovereignty! It is the new way of ceding from the union as in the civil war! What are some of the characteristics coming soon in the Tribulation period of seven years headed by the Anti-Christ? No borders! One world government! No laws! Total anarchy! No judges! Every man will do what is right in his own eyes! When Jesus returns at the end of the 7 year tribulation period what will he do? He will judge the nations in righteousness! Judge Kavanaugh was assassinated by the political left because they know if he gets in God may still be recognized as the giver of our laws and sovereign over the universe! Biblical versus Civil Law!
But hereof be assured, that all is not lawful nor just that is statute by civil laws: neither yet is everything sin before God, which ungodly persons allege to be treason. John Knox (1514-1572) Comment: No one could probably understand this better than the Colorado Bake shop owner who was fined hundreds of thousands of dollars for refusing to bake a cake for a gay couple! Then after a Supreme Court victory is still being harassed by Colorado State government? This is another ungodly civil law that when passed into statute the ungodly go after the Godly with harassment, threats of violence and civil court actions! John Knox also experienced this first hand as one of the leaders of the Reformation as Queen Bloody Mary of England took him to task! No history is new with man but just repeats itself! This is why God’s only Son Jesus Christ had to make a one way trip to the Cross for our sin! Many civil laws such as slavery, Jim Crow and others were at one time civil statute in our nation! Through a costly civil war the tide was turned! All civil laws that oppose the scriptures will be eventually overturned like abortion but often it comes with a great price! Storm Clouds Europe 1937
By May 1st, 1937 there should not be one single church left within the borders of the Soviet Union, and the idea of God will have been banished from the Soviet Union as a remnant of the Middle Ages, which has been used for the purpose of oppressing the working class. Joseph Stalin Comment: Another follower of Charles Darwin! What is interesting about this time in history is most of the major leaders of Europe were all followers of Darwin yet it lead to WWII? My Bible says a fool has said in his heart there is no God! Christian America had a civil war! The war was about the sin of slavery! Can we go to war for a right cause? Can we go to war for a wrong cause? Yes and no! My concern for America today is that the teaching of Darwinism to our children over generations in our public schools is beginning to pay dividends of anarchy within our nation! Darwinism says just kill your enemies! Those that disagree with you just get rid of them! That was what the Russian Revolution was all about! Jesus had a very different approach! Forgive your enemies! What the Bible shows us is that our 1st enemy is ourselves at war with God! We all need forgiveness! If we will all begin with this then reconciliation is possible! McKinley Made America Great Again!
William McKinley was the 25th President of the United States. He was also a Congressman and Governor of Ohio. As President he led America into the Spanish-American war and victory! We acquired the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam and the Philippines as a result of the war. He imposed tariffs to protect American middle class workers! He was the last serving civil war President! He fought against slavery in the Union army! He entered military service as a private and completed service as a Major in rank! He maintained America on the gold standard! If this would have not been changed later we would not have a 21 Trillion dollar debt over our heads! He respected God and his Faith! Here is a quote from him: “The more profoundly we study this wonderful book (The Bible), and the more closely we observe its divine precepts, the better citizens we will become and the higher will be our destiny as a nation.” President McKinley was assassinated in 1901. Victim of gun violence! Comment: So why do they want his statue torn down? Because he is white, Republican, patriot, American hero, veteran, Christian or he reminds the left leaning citizens too much about President Trump? There is a narrative throughout American culture now to remove our great history and those who led it? Why? If you hate America leave it! Go to Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba or any place where American values are not celebrated but hated! Join our enemies of the Cross and our Christ! Two Stages to Anarchy! Isaiah 1:28
Hebrew translation “And the destruction of those who break away from religious and civil authority are criminals who habitually break the law and suffer the consequences of their actions shall be destroyed together! They that abandon the Lord shall perish!” Comment: As we look at this scripture we see the first stage is to break from religious authority! It may start as simple as working on Sunday and stop attending church altogether! It could also involve robing God and stop your tithes and offerings to the House of God! In America I have lived long enough to see the break down here started in the 1960’s! It began with the baby boomer generation. All traditional values were questioned especially Christian values! These values were mocked by popular culture in their music and immoral behavior! The courts decided prayer should be removed from our public tax funded schools! A vacuum in any culture is always filled with something else! Darwinism and evolution replaced scripture reading in our schools! Darwin was an atheist who taught our children we all came from monkeys! This explains the monkey behavior today in America! The University academia proceeded along the same lines of thought! Today in America Universities they have safe zones where students cannot hear any opposing views to atheism! Universities used to be the platform for debate on all issues but no longer the case! Free speech is shut down in favor of political correctness! The next stage in anarchy is a break from civil authority! It is lawlessness! Police in the streets of America are being killed simply for representing civil authority! We have riots all over America yet the politicians are telling police departments to stand down and give them space to vent their anger? The police are not intervening to protect the public and property destruction! We have celebrities and sports figures not standing for our National Anthem mocking the millions of American Military and civilians who died to protect our freedoms! Politicians have carved out sanctuary cities protecting criminal aliens who assault and murder our citizens! Drug dealers take sanctuary in these cities selling drugs and killing our young people! We have an immigration policy that lets in people who want to harm us! So according to Isaiah lawless people reject religious and civil authority! As a Christian I support and encourage religious and civil authorities! Now some companies refuse to serve law enforcement people? I would suggest that these companies be put on a “no-go” list where police do not protect them! When their business gets robbed, murdered or raped they can call their mommy for help! Jesus said two of the signs of His second coming would be; “Nation would rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.” Comment: So what is the difference between a nation and a kingdom? When you look the Greek words up it becomes clear! The word nation means the non-Jewish nations warring against each other! The word kingdom is very different! It means a dominion or realm of people living in a territory under political leadership. So this would describe an internal fight between a peoples within a nation. It would describe a civil war! Like Syria or American civil war over slavery. Is America heading for another civil war? We hope and pray not but the good news is that Jesus predictions of His second coming is really about the bad news bring the good news! Look up for your redemption draweth nigh! Separation of Church and State?
The highest Glory of the American Revolution was this: it connected, in one indissoluble bond, the principles of civil government with the principles of Christianity! President John Adams. President Adams was also vice president, signer of the Declaration of Independence, signer of the Bill of Rights and signer of the First Amendment of the United States. Comment; No one knows best than our Founding Father’s the intent of our Constitution since they wrote it, signed it knowing it could men execution by British forces.
Abortion Child Sacrifice! Leviticus 18:21
Planned Parenthood? What a sweet name for an abortion mill! It is kind of like calling Hitler and the Nazi’s a Jewish orphanage! With 60 million children sacrificed since the Roe versus Wade 1973 Supreme Court decision why do Christians let this go on? This is the biggest contradiction of our Faith in my lifetime. When the Supreme Court ruled in 1859 that African Americans were personal property of slave owners Christians rose up in America and elected Lincoln as President and went into a civil war! I believe Christians today have lost their will to resist evil! Pastor’s in America today with the exception of very few ignore this atrocity and continue with their popular cultural Gospel not to offend our government and lose their 501c exemption! Abortion is about money and should the Gospel be the same? Jesus said something about the love of money is the root of all evil! To stop the tax payer funded Planned Parenthood is going to cost Christians in America a sacrifice! It will require the shutting down of our government because Obama will veto any measure to defund Planned Parenthood! Contact your senators and congressmen and request they let the government shutdown if required to defund this organization! If your Pastor has the mute button on about this issue find a Pastor who is unmuted by our government! A price is always required by Christians to resist evil just like our Savior on the Cross!
