Lead us not into Temptation!

Pope Francis wants to change this section of the Lord’s prayer to: “Keep us from falling into temptation.” I do not have any problem with this semantics however the word we need to pay attention to is “Temptation.” In James 1:13 it says God cannot be tempted neither does he tempt any man! Why? Because there is no sin in him and he is Holy! Satan is the father of sin and executer of all sin! What did Jesus mean by “Lead us not into Temptation?” What Jesus meant with this model prayer to the Father is lead us not into denying Christ! The only unpardonable sin is to deny Christ! Every other sin can be forgiven! To deny Christ is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit who is part of the Trinity along with Christ! I touched on this topic in January of 2018. You can type in on our search box of our blog, “Hour of Temptation! Revelation 3:10”, and it will take you to this posting. So in Revelation 3:10 what did Jesus mean by keeping us from the hour of temptation? Keeping us from denying Jesus! The 21 Coptic Christian believers who were beheaded last year were kept from the hour of temptation! Christ will give us strength not to deny him! So what are the forces in American culture that put pressure on you to deny Christ! There are many! Popular culture in Hollywood, Political correctness, political left, liberal media and social media, educational teaching of atheism in evolution, humanism, socialism, abortion, racial supremacy, anti-colonialism, gay marriage, lesbians and transgenderism! These are not all but the more obvious! These are the principalities and powers of darkness that will tempt you to deny Christ! So how do we resist the Devil? The same way Jesus did! With the Word of God! It is written man shall not live by bread alone! It is written! It is written! If you do not know your Bible you are hanging out on a limb! An eternity at stake! Jesus came to deliver us from our sin! The only way you can thwart God’s love for you is to deny him! So who would be so foolish? Many! Key to Understanding Revolutions!

Political correctness was alive and well in Nazi Germany in 1933. Book burning parties were the main events across Germany! The German Student Union were filled with youth who wanted change! On May 6, 1933 twenty thousand books were burned! On May 10, 1933 twenty five thousand books were burned! Millions of books were burned over the next few years! Books were destroyed written by Jews, anarchist, socialists, communists and religious books! Bibles were burned! 1400 Synagogues were set on fire! Children were encouraged to participate in these acts! The 10 Commandments were ripped off walls across Germany! The blind writer Helen Keller published an open letter to the German students! She said, “You may burn books and the books of the best minds of Europe, but these idea’s have been passed on to millions and they will go on!” All revolutions start with the premise that we want to change the past! Hitler wanted to right the wrong of their loss in WW1. He blamed the Jews! The American political left today wants to change the past? America was never great? Get rid of those Bibles! Cast off Christianity! Attack Christian business and shut down churches! Replace the Bible with homosexuality, drugs, lesbianism, single families and welfare! Drugs killed over 73000 thousand of our youth last year! Attack our flag and remove any sign of patriotism! Remove our borders! Protect criminals with sanctuary cities! Despise our military! Why did the American Revolution succeed when most other revolutions failed? Why did we have such a good outcome? The American Revolution promoted the Bible with our Constitution a Christian document! I watched an old Billy Graham Crusade today that went back to the 1970’s! Something very significant caught my attention about his preaching then! He talked a lot about heaven and hell and the consequences of rejecting Jesus Christ! Today when I turn on Television preachers I don’t hear anything about hell? Nothing said! All I hear is about success, prosperity and money! Pastor’s today have been infected by the politically correct culture where the past is taboo! Sin is the wave of the future! To change the past you have to get rid of heaven and hell! We have to get rid of prayer in schools! We have to get rid of the 10 Commandments! We have to get rid of any visible Crosses across America! Get rid of statues of great Americans! You cannot say Merry Christmas! We have to change our past! Get rid of American Colonialism! Jesus said to go out into all the world! Substitute Christian thought with Darwinism and the Godless theory we teach to our children in our public schools! Persecution is rising among the Jews in America! When men try to change the past they create a bigger monster in the present! Who can change our past? Only God! Open your Bible and read John 3:16. Tattoo’s Taboo? Leviticus 19:28

“You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks on you: I am the Lord.” Comment: The English word “dead” used here is probably not the best choice because the Hebrew root word (Strongs #5315), means a living creature or breath! So do not cut your flesh for any living creature! Why? Because only God could do this through his Son Jesus Christ on the Cross for our sin! Jesus was marked for the living and the dead! Taboo is an old word that today we would call political correctness! Taboo means a social or religious discussion that is prohibited from speaking about! It is the practice of not allowing any conversations about certain topics! Hear no evil see no evil. So what are some of these topics? Gay marriage, drugs, homosexuality, lesbianism, divorce, tattoo’s and the list goes on! Even though our Bible is loaded with warnings about these topics most Pastor’s across America are muted? They will not bring up these important moral issues and some will even support these sins? These issues are killing our young people and families yet nothing said? Why would our Lord prohibit tattoo’s? In addition to what I previously said let us see what science says about tattoo’s! Remember true science will always support scriptures! The Book of Leviticus was written around 1400 B.C. So it was written about 3400 years ago! The political left mocks our Bible saying the times change and no longer has application! They say the same thing about our Constitution? Here is what science and our military says about tattoo’s! The U.S Military is no longer taking recruits that have tattoo’s on their bodies! Testing has shown their bodies will overheat in extreme conditions such as jungle and desert warfare! Here is a quote from Mayo Clinic: “Tattoo’s break the skin which means skin infections and other complications are possible including allergic reactions! Tattoo dyes especially red, green, yellow and blue cause itching rashes even years later! An area of inflammation called granuloma can form around tattoo ink. Tattoo’s can also lead to Keloids–raised area’s caused by overgrowth of scar tissue. They can also cause blood borne diseases! If the equipment is contaminated with infected blood you can get Methicillin–Resistance Staphyloccus Aureus (MRSA), hepatitis B and hepatitis C. Tattoo’s can also interfere with MRI imaging.” Also Tattoo’s block sweat glands of your body! Sweat is a natural way for your body to cool itself off and dissipate heat produced from work and exercise. It is like the radiator of your car which takes away engine heat produced by combustion. If your radiator is plugged up your engine will overheat and destroy itself! Heat injuries in the human body cause muscle death, kidney injury, brain injury and many other problems. Source: Healthline Studies have shown that benzo (a), pyrene, a chemical used in black dye ink, can induce skin cancer as shown on test animals! Need we say more? Science supports scripture! The whole verdict is still out as young people age with tattoo’s other things will show up! Hear no evil see no evil? If clergy will just preach the whole Bible and not cherry pick cultural popular verses our young people can be saved from destruction! Our young people should not be sacrificed in the name of political correctness! Science will have the last word unless we give our American youth the Word of God displayed in your Bible! School & Police Shootings! James 1:2

“My brethren of the same womb count it all joy, that is rejoice with gladness of heart when you fall into various types of temptations.” Comment: James had a primary ministry to the Jews. He was referring to the Jews when he spoke of the same womb! However we as Gentile Christian’s that are “born again” are of the same family! So we to are to rejoice when temptation comes! Why? Remember Jesus prayer he taught us? Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Temptation is authored by Satan and God will deliver us from his evil. What we do with the temptation will prove us either good or evil. Remember Job? Satan was the author of all his loses of family and wealth! However God gave him back twice as much! Jesus himself was tempted many times by Satan to try to keep him off the Cross! If you are God turn these stones into bread! Jump from the Temple Mount one of your angel’s will save you! Temptation will either condemn you or exonerate you! The evidence that we are all sinner’s and need salvation tells us we all have had moral failings! God has given us a way of escape through the one that defeated Satan at the Cross! We can choose to repent and change! Satan will solicit us to sin! God will empower you to resist! Resist the Devil and he will flee from you! Jesus cast out Devil’s but he did not destroy them! They moved on finding a herd of swine to dwell in! Satan was a deceiver from the beginning even before creation! He was cast out of Heaven and was waiting in the Garden of Eden! One day he will be cast into the Lake of Fire with his followers! So why did James say count it all joy? James goes on to explain in the following verses! To develop your faith with patience! A Crown of Life waits those who endure temptation! Endure means to resist Satan! How? God can empower you to resist Satan! Without the power of Christ no mortal can resist Satan! How did Jesus do it? He constantly said , “It is written! It is written!” Do you know the Words God wrote? Jesus resisted the Devil with the Word of God! The liar of all lies when he hears the Word of God will flee! Satan thrives on ignorance! Ignorance is not Bliss! It is Hell. Why is the Bible the most banned Book on earth? Try to get a Bible into any public funded University or High School. Our youth are taught Darwinism or Evolution where the strong should get rid of the weak! The stronger species will destroy the weak! The same conclusion that Darwinism teaches to our children is the same ideology that drove Hitler to do what he did! This ideology leads to racial pride and violence against each other! No knowledge of the Word of God leads to school violence and attacks on legal authorities! The vacuum left by removing every trace of God is filled with anarchy! They cannot hear the voice of God so they listen to the voice of Satan! It is back to the Garden of Eden all over again! You can take away guns but they will be replaced with knives, swords and clubs! Violence is not done by the weapon but by the evil heart of man living without the knowledge of God! The political left is behind all this Godless ideology! We need to return education to the American family and privatize our public institutions! Solicit President Trump to give school vouchers to every American family instead of sending these hundreds of billions of dollars from your tax money to public institutions! Disfigured for You! Isaiah 52:14

Hebrew Translation; “As many as were astonished at thee! We grew numb seeing your devastation! We were appalled and in despair as your appearance was ruined beyond recognition! We were left speechless! We could not comprehend what was done to you? Your appearance was marred more than any individual human being that has ever lived! Your form was deformed more than any descendent of Adam!” Comment: Jesus was taken to trial by the Mueller team with Clinton and Obama lawyers! Their effort was to make him illegitimate! He was illegally arrested, tried and convicted by a political sham! He was tortured, abused, mocked and not recognized when they got through with him! He was betrayed and abandoned by all the descendants of Adam! So today the same narrative carries on in the 21st Century! Only today Satan can only get to Jesus through his followers! Whether it be the Islamists beheading Christians or progressives trying to get political power to come after us the results are the same! Remember as the world persecutes us God prospers us! The world does not understand the peace, love and joy Christ gives his followers! The blessings are way beyond the temporal persecutions of today! Those that hate Christ have never experienced his love! Once you experience his love you will never hate him! He died and rose again for his enemies! For their sin! There are those who will try to persecute him again by persecuting his followers! This life is very short! Everything good God intended for you! Mock him for how long? Legalizing Sin! Romans 1:27

The unnatural love for young boy’s is so common, that in many places it is established by the public laws! Xenophon, Greek historian, writer and military leader, 430-354 B.C. Comment: So America is not the first country to legalize homosexual behavior but thousands of years earlier there was a city named Sodom that tried the same thing! How stupid for nations to change God’s laws and expect no consequences? History has shown us that Sodom was burned to the ground and the Greek and Roman empires collapsed! No human that ever lived can oppose God’s laws and live! America needs to repent and the Pastor’s across America need not look the other way! Comment: It is obvious whether the 2nd Century or the 21st Century that Christmas does bring out the best in us and the worst in people! People like then or now are living on the edge of eternity! It has been said people all die sooner than expected! Where is you expectation placed? In this world? I do not watch Fox News on a regular basis but last night at the evening meal we tuned in! They had the “Five”, on and the subject of Christmas was brought up! Being a conservative network I thought this would be interesting! I was in for surprise! One of the five said I do not believe the Christmas story! Another confirmed his belief! One of the ladies spoke up and said, “Well, it is good to know something about Christmas because it can help you in your career!” Really? Career? She should ask Bill O’reilly and others that have fallen before her! They are like mental patients looking out through the bars of their windows planning what they will do after retirement! The Christmas scrooge is alive and well! Christmas brings our in people their spiritual condition! A career is really what we will do for all eternity! What are we going to do forever? How you begin your eternal career depends on what you with Christ here while living here on earth! You can live to appease the political correct crowd but you will be corralled with them in the same pen! Should I bring up Hell during Christmas? Without Hell Christmas is meaningless! I thought I would mention it since I do not hear it from the American pulpits anymore? Jesus said if you deny me before men I will deny you before the Father! Sorry God does have a gender! If you do not believe the virgin birth then you will not believe anything about Christ! You then believe the lie there is no Heaven and no Hell. Believing one lie about God will cause you to promote other lies about God! Do not ignore the largest part of your eternity and sell out your birthright for some manna! A career separated from God for eternity is the worst Christmas gift you could ever acquire! Receive His gift of eternal life and change your destiny! Herod’s Letter to Caesar (John the Baptist)

To Tiberius Caesar and the Roman Senate; “My Noble Lords, Greetings: The facts in the case are about as follows: John the Baptist had set up a new mode of religion altogether different from the Jewish religion, teaching baptism instead of circumcision, which had been the belief and the custom of the Jews in all ages past. According to their theory, God appeared to Abraham hundreds of years before, and told him with his own lips how and what to do to be saved; and the Jews have lived according to this until it had become their nature, and all their forefathers had lived in this way. David, Solomon, Isaac, Jacob, and all the Holy prophets had gone to heaven in this way of God’s own appointment. Now, the question came to them, as they suggested it to me: Has God found that He is wrong? Has His wisdom failed Him? Or has the unchanged changed, and He is wavering in His purpose? Such would be the natural conclusion of a sensible man under the circumstances. Now, John the Baptist had no authority from God for what he was doing, as Abraham had. All he could say was, “He that sent me to baptize is true.” And he cannot tell who he was. Then his going into the wilderness; God had ordered Solomon to build the finest temple that was ever built in the world, and made promises that whosoever came to that house with his offerings his prayers should be heard and answered. This temple had been the place of their meeting for hundreds of years, for the Jews think this temple is the next place in heaven. Now see the difference; First John has no authorized authority. Second he changes God’s place of worship. Third he changes the doctrines. Fourth he changes the mode of application. Now, the idea of Gamaliel was that John wanted to be some great man; hence, he took this mode of eccentric life to establish it. And there is nothing better qualified than the course he took to make an impression upon the ignorant and unlearned–to go away out in the wilderness by himself, get a few friends from Jerusalem to go out and hear him, and come back and tell the great wonders which they had seen in the wilderness. Then John’s appearance–his long, uncombed hair and beard, his fantastic clothing, and his food, nothing but bugs and beans–such a course and such a character are well qualified to lead the illiterate astray. These troubles on the Jewish mind were very heavy, and gave such men as Hilderium, Shammai, Hillel and others great concern. And no wonder, for in their judgment it was vacating the temple of religious worship; it was blocking the road to heaven, and driving the poor and unsuspecting to ruin, as well as destroying the whole nation. So it was, by their request, as so ordered, that it was better to execute one to save the many for a worse fate. And this is the true reason for the deed, and not to please the whim of a dancing girl, as you have heard.
