“For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.” Commentary: Jesus said that these signs precede his second coming along with many other signs! The word pestilence is a plague killing many by disease! Our longest lasting plague was the Black Death plague which lasted 300 years from 1347-1665 coming back every ten years! We have so many plagues listed in our Bible from the Old to New Testament but why are the pulpits silent on this important subject! We cannot pretend they do not exist or have never happened? They are a lesson for us to learn of the frailty of man and the importance of receiving Christ as Savior! Yet so silent on so many scriptures warning us to help prepare us for Christ’s second coming! Remember Jesus healed the woman with the issue of blood! She had the plague! Do what you can to be responsible during this pandemic! Isolate yourself as best you can! Jesus Warned About Earthquakes! Matthew 24:7
From USGS DataBase 2021: The number of earthquakes is increasing. In the first 65 days of 1921, exactly one century ago only 7 major quakes magnitude 6 or higher were recorded globally. In the same period last year, a total of 24 major quakes, magnitude 6 or higher were recorded around the globe. Back in 2019, just 20 major quakes had been reported up to March the 6th, just 50 percent of this year’s total. Commentary: So is the Green New Deal going to save us? What political party can stop an earthquake? It seems they cannot stop a plague either! The 1918 pandemic here in America killed 675 thousand people! A hundred years later we are at over 581 thousand Americans dead from the Coronavirus! We are not out of the woods on this one either as new strains develop! So where is the science? We could easily exceed the death rate here in America compared to the 1918 pandemic! Where has one hundred years of science taken us? This is another reason Jesus must come back and save us! Man cannot fix himself! History shows us this! Have you taken the Jesus vaccine? He will inoculate you against death for he will raise you from the dead! Lead us not into Temptation!
Pope Francis wants to change this section of the Lord’s prayer to: “Keep us from falling into temptation.” I do not have any problem with this semantics however the word we need to pay attention to is “Temptation.” In James 1:13 it says God cannot be tempted neither does he tempt any man! Why? Because there is no sin in him and he is Holy! Satan is the father of sin and executer of all sin! What did Jesus mean by “Lead us not into Temptation?” What Jesus meant with this model prayer to the Father is lead us not into denying Christ! The only unpardonable sin is to deny Christ! Every other sin can be forgiven! To deny Christ is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit who is part of the Trinity along with Christ! I touched on this topic in January of 2018. You can type in on our search box of our blog, “Hour of Temptation! Revelation 3:10”, and it will take you to this posting. So in Revelation 3:10 what did Jesus mean by keeping us from the hour of temptation? Keeping us from denying Jesus! The 21 Coptic Christian believers who were beheaded last year were kept from the hour of temptation! Christ will give us strength not to deny him! So what are the forces in American culture that put pressure on you to deny Christ! There are many! Popular culture in Hollywood, Political correctness, political left, liberal media and social media, educational teaching of atheism in evolution, humanism, socialism, abortion, racial supremacy, anti-colonialism, gay marriage, lesbians and transgenderism! These are not all but the more obvious! These are the principalities and powers of darkness that will tempt you to deny Christ! So how do we resist the Devil? The same way Jesus did! With the Word of God! It is written man shall not live by bread alone! It is written! It is written! If you do not know your Bible you are hanging out on a limb! An eternity at stake! Jesus came to deliver us from our sin! The only way you can thwart God’s love for you is to deny him! So who would be so foolish? Many! Trinity of Communion! 1 John 5:7-8
Verse 7: “These are the 3 that witness a good report in heaven, the Father, the written Word and the Holy Spirit or the Breath of God.: Verse 8: “and these are the 3 that witness a good report in the earth, the Spirit, and the water and the blood; and these 3 agree as one.” Comment: So we see in Heaven a Trinity of the Father, Word and Holy Spirit! So where is Jesus in Heaven? Remember the Word became flesh and dwelt among us! Now let us move down here to the earth. We have a good witness of the Spirit, the Water and the Blood! We have the Holy Spirit, the Blood (Jesus Christ) and the Water! The Water? There is only one thing the Lord could be talking about here! Baptism! Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River! Jesus washed the disciples feet with water before the Cross! I believe there are 3 elements of Communion! The body, the blood and water! Baptism is a separate ordinance in the church as so is Communion however you cannot separate them spiritually! After Jesus was baptized the Holy Spirit descended on Him! It pleased the Father! Should we want to please God? Baptism is a witness in the earth to the world that we belong to Christ! In Communion we identify with Christ in Heaven here in the earth and in Baptism we identify with Christ here in the earth as a witness to the world! We do these things in remembrance of Him because He first remembered us at Calvary! God first loved us! Do you want to identify with Christ? Can you be saved without baptism and communion? Yes like the thief on the Cross but would you not want to experience the joy and fellowship of communion with God? In order to be in authority we must be under authority! The ordinances of the Church and the tithes and offerings established by God are there to test you and see if you are under God’s authority? You cannot be in God and not under His authority! Do you forsake assembling together in Church on Sunday’s? If you do you are not under His authority! However she is a smart Jew but I would call her a secular Jew! Her comment about our Constitution is correct! The question she did not answer is so why do we have two political parties? Simply we have two Kingdoms! The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Satan! Heaven and Hell. Our Constitution is Christian based and God’s fingerprints are all over it! One group of people want our Constitution enforced as written by our Founders! The other party wants to get rid of our Constitution! Replace it with atheism, secularism and a completely socialistic government controlling every aspect of your life! It is like Communism revisited hoping against all odds it will not fail like in Russia with hundreds of millions of casualties! The Democrats in power want a socialist revolution!
