Luke 1:15 “For he (John the Baptist), shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink (intoxicating liquor), and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost (the breath of God), even from his mother’s womb.” Comment: According to the Christmas account the womb is sacred! The Son of God Jesus Christ was born into the earth through the virgin womb of Mary! John the Baptist was special! His father Zechariah and his mother Elizabeth were in the Priesthood at the Jewish Temple! They were dedicated to the service of the Lord! They were old yet God kept his promise to them to have a son! The Angel instructed Zechariah that his son John was to stay away from drugs! His life was not to be sacrificed on the altar of drug addiction! It is paradox that many who celebrate Christmas drink liquor when God has warned us throughout scriptures to stay away from drugs! The way you can celebrate Christmas is to ask the Holy Spirit to come into your life to keep you from sin! The same Holy Spirit that produced Jesus and filled the life of John the Baptist even in the womb with righteousness! When God commands us not to do something and we go ahead and do it anyway and then ask God to Bless us we should know God is not a fool! However to be conflicted like this leads to sin and separation from God! Then you would be living as if there is no God! The first sign of this life style is that life has no value! Satan tried to stop the birth of Jesus through abortion! King Herod sent his Roman soldiers to Bethlehem to slay all the children two years old and younger! They ran daggers through the bellies of the pregnant women! They aborted these children! The life of any human is sacred from the womb to the grave! We need the same respect God has for life! The foundation for abortion in the 21st Century is Darwinism! The atheistic belief of Evolution produces death! The evil of the first Century is the same evil we face today! However the same hope we found in Christ in the first Century is the same hope we have today! The evil surrounding every Christmas cannot overcome the Light! The evil only confirms to the world they need the Savior! Are you following the Savior or the world? Christ is mercy to a dying world! The Holy Spirit will give you the power to change your life! Confess your sin and he is faithful and just to forgive you your sin! Then ask the Holy Spirit to come into your life! He will! Submit to the authority of God and cease the rebellion against him! Find a good Bible believing Church where the scriptures are not compromised! Most important read the Bible yourself! Study it! Then when you are presented a lie you will recognize it! Sheep without a Shepherd!
Zechariah 10:2 “For your idols domestic and household gods have spoken falsehood and wickedness, and the diviners and false prophets of foreign nations have selected a divide, and have told false empty disappointing dreams; they repent and grieve in vain: Therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.” Comment: Does this describe America today? No shepherd? Lost sheep? If a sheep has no shepherd they fall prey to the wolves! The prey on our young people! Told lies by our educators! Told lies by our politicians! Told lies by our social media! Millions of babies have been sacrificed by abortion on the altar of child sacrifice! Seventy three thousand of our youth have died with drug overdose in 2017! Since 1999 over six hundred thousand youth have died from drug overdose! This is greater numbers than any war we have fought in American history! To make matters worse now states legalizing drugs which will increase these numbers! Drugs and criminals invading our nation through open borders! Policies made in Washington to destroy our youth! Law enforcement under attack everyday! Prayer evicted from our schools! Atheistic ideologies such as evolution taught our children in public education! The Ten Commandments removed from our institutions! Crosses taken down across our land! Is it any wonder our children have no hope? Decisions! Decisions! Decisions!
President Trump got it right! Chief Justice Roberts got it wrong! We do have liberal and conservative judges in all courts across America! This includes federal, state and municipal courts! We do have Democratic and Republican judges across America! From the Supreme court on down to the lowest court in America! Every man and woman on the court interprets the law according to their belief about where the law came from? Did the law come from God down to man or did man evolve just making up laws as we went along? Was the law given to us by God sovereign over man indisputable never to be changed? Or did man just create his own laws through the chain of evolutionary development? Bottom line is conservative judges are creationists! They take serious the Biblical model of creation and God’s laws given to man! Liberal judges are evolutionists or atheists believing God has no role in the creation and development of man! God is not sovereign over his creation so we make up our own rules! The best evidence of liberal and conservative judges is the split decisions on the Supreme court and the lower courts! If all are equal under the law then all court decisions would have the same outcome! They do not! Very rare! Man interprets the law based on the presumption of where the law came from! If the law did not come from God then I must make the law! I must legislate the law since there is no God! Liberals do not recognize the sovereignty of God! This is why they end up working against God! Gay marriage is one example! Since there is no God we can make laws contrary to God’s laws! What happens when we go down this road is we end up with a lawless culture! No respect for authority! Kill cops! Smoke drugs! Open borders and sanctuary cities! Divorce! Every man will do what is right in his own eyes! When Jesus returns at the end of the 7 year tribulation period what will he do? He will judge the nations in righteousness! There is no greater stupidity than for people…to marry and surrender themselves to the small miseries of domestic and private life! It will bankrupt any country and has for many nations! This experiment has failed over and over yet the Democratic Party continues its promotion! Why? To exchange promises of free stuff for votes! It is about hanging on to power! They do not care about the people but for votes! To maintain political power! George Soros a Jewish atheist billionaire is funding the illegal caravan to our southern border! He is funding it through an Latino organization in Chicago! Socialism has no moral justification whatsoever; poor people are not morally superior to rich people, nor are they owed anything because of their lack of success. How about abortion with over 57 million deaths! How about drugs with over 73 thousand young people killed last year? The list goes on but all because people hate God and will not follow his Commandments! When you teach young people Evolution and remove God out of their lives they lose hope in living! So what ideologies has man concocted to replace God? Let us take the more recent ones! Here is the most recent one with a historical record of hundreds of millions of deaths created! Engels, Marx, Neitzsche, Trotsky, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler and Mussolini all created socialist political systems based on their belief in Darwinism or Evolution! Train Up! Proverbs 22:6
Hebrew Translation: “Train up; that is initiate, consecrate, dedicate and teach in community, a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Comment: The key here is to teach the child in the totality of the community! So what is the trinity of the community? It is first parents, church and school! The school part is where the rub can come in! If your children attend a public tax funded school here in America the children or young adults will be conflicted! That is they will be taught things there that will contradict what you teach them at home and in the Church! Creation versus evolution is one important example! The children will be taught that homosexual, lesbian and transgender gender is to be celebrated! Loyalty to America will be discouraged! Prayer will not be allowed! No Bibles in school! If your children attend a religious supported school whether Jewish, Catholic or Protestant their chances of confliction are greatly reduced! They will also be exposed to real academic training rather than social engineering! The Democratic Party gets their supporters and voters through the Public education system! Home schooling is an option! One third of all Harvard freshman are home schooled adults! I want to have my children miss out on school shootings, drugs and the violence in public schools! Twenty percent of all public high school graduates cannot read! Raising children is a real challenge but what complicates it is your children being taught atheistic ideologies from Darwin, Engels, Marks and others that oppose your Biblical view of life! Capitalism is moral and the business people work to create a product to supply a demand for services and products! The creation of these products employ people! Socialism is taking what is not yours! It is living off those that do work! Engels made an argument using anthropological evidence of the time to show that family structure changes over history, and that the concept of monogamy came from the necessity within class society or men to control women to ensure their own children would inherit their property. He argued a communist society would allow people to make decisions about their relationship free of economic constraints. Where did Engels get his anti-marriage anti-Biblical idea’s? After reading the publications of Charles Darwin on the “Origin of Species”, which was the epiphany of everything they believed! (Marx and Engels). Tattoo’s Taboo? Leviticus 19:28
“You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks on you: I am the Lord.” Comment: The English word “dead” used here is probably not the best choice because the Hebrew root word (Strongs #5315), means a living creature or breath! So do not cut your flesh for any living creature! Why? Because only God could do this through his Son Jesus Christ on the Cross for our sin! Jesus was marked for the living and the dead! Taboo is an old word that today we would call political correctness! Taboo means a social or religious discussion that is prohibited from speaking about! It is the practice of not allowing any conversations about certain topics! Hear no evil see no evil. So what are some of these topics? Gay marriage, drugs, homosexuality, lesbianism, divorce, tattoo’s and the list goes on! Even though our Bible is loaded with warnings about these topics most Pastor’s across America are muted? They will not bring up these important moral issues and some will even support these sins? These issues are killing our young people and families yet nothing said? Why would our Lord prohibit tattoo’s? In addition to what I previously said let us see what science says about tattoo’s! Remember true science will always support scriptures! The Book of Leviticus was written around 1400 B.C. So it was written about 3400 years ago! The political left mocks our Bible saying the times change and no longer has application! They say the same thing about our Constitution? Here is what science and our military says about tattoo’s! The U.S Military is no longer taking recruits that have tattoo’s on their bodies! Testing has shown their bodies will overheat in extreme conditions such as jungle and desert warfare! Here is a quote from Mayo Clinic: “Tattoo’s break the skin which means skin infections and other complications are possible including allergic reactions! Tattoo dyes especially red, green, yellow and blue cause itching rashes even years later! An area of inflammation called granuloma can form around tattoo ink. Tattoo’s can also lead to Keloids–raised area’s caused by overgrowth of scar tissue. They can also cause blood borne diseases! If the equipment is contaminated with infected blood you can get Methicillin–Resistance Staphyloccus Aureus (MRSA), hepatitis B and hepatitis C. Tattoo’s can also interfere with MRI imaging.” Also Tattoo’s block sweat glands of your body! Sweat is a natural way for your body to cool itself off and dissipate heat produced from work and exercise. It is like the radiator of your car which takes away engine heat produced by combustion. If your radiator is plugged up your engine will overheat and destroy itself! Heat injuries in the human body cause muscle death, kidney injury, brain injury and many other problems. The whole verdict is still out as young people age with tattoo’s other things will show up! Hear no evil see no evil? If clergy will just preach the whole Bible and not cherry pick cultural popular verses our young people can be saved from destruction! Judgment Free Zones? Isaiah 59:15
“Yes, truth faileth, and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey. And the Lord saw it, and it displeased the Lord by this evil that there was no judgment.” Comment: When any culture abandons Christ crazy things happen! This is just one of many! I saw on the News that a man committed a crime and his defense was he thought he did it in a judgment free zone? Whether it be sanctuary cities or judgment free zones the message is the same! If you live in the right zone you can commit crime and get away with it! Like God is not the ruler of the entire earth? Heaven and Hell is not a judgment free zone! Rather than repent to Christ and change your ways after Christ has taken your judgment you reject Christ and make my own world! They make themselves God! Any culture that legalizes sin in history has not lasted very long! Sin is sin and to legalize it whether gay marriage or drugs will have destructive consequences to any culture! Judgment is necessary to punish the wicked and reward the righteous! If we live in a culture where we punish the righteous and reward the wicked our doom is sure! The Deep State attack on our President Trump is the finest example going on in America right now! In the Old Testament there were sanctuary cities but the intent was not to protect criminals! They were designed to protect citizens who found themselves in difficult situations! An example would be a farmer who’s ox gored a stranger as the stranger crossed his land! To protect the farmer from revenge by the stranger’s family he was moved to a sanctuary city for a season! It was to protect the innocent!
