Hebrew Translation: “The septre or staff with authority to punish, fight and rule shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver engraving and writing ordaining Kingship to Judah from between his feet, until Shiloh the Messiah come; and unto him shall the gathering of the whole human race be.” Comment: Today we as believer’s in Christ sit before his Throne in Heaven submitting to his authority! One day at the Judgment Seat of Christ he will be seated but you and I will stand before him so judged to everlasting life and some to everlasting punishment! So why did God give us the Law? Simply to show us we all need the Savior! The truth is we are and will submit to someone! It may be God or it may be Satan! I was blind but now I see! I served Satan for years then one day just like the Apostle Paul a great light shone over me and the scales were removed from my eyes! I can see clearly now! You cannot discern you destiny unless Christ intervenes and shows you your error! I will one day stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ! However for me his judgment for my sin was taken by the judge and paid for on the Cross at Calvary! You do not want to take your own judgment! You will end up in Hell. The choice is still ours to make! This life is short but eternity is forever! Where we spend it is the most important decision you will ever make! Are You Stoned? Ezekiel 28:13
Lucifer had it made! The praise leader of Heaven! He had every precious stone in his covering! Sardius, topaz, diamond, beryl, onyx, jasper, sapphire, emerald, carbuncle and gold! Lucifer was equipped with praise instruments! He had the tabrets and pipes like a pipe organ to make music to the Lord in worship! Lucifer was a created being like us! That is why we are not to worship angels! Pride entered Lucifer and rebelled against God and was cast down to earth with 1/3 of his followers! When he impacted the earth his precious stolen stones from Heaven were scattered throughout the earth! So when you find a precious stone in the earth think where it came from! According to verse 13 Lucifer had been in the Garden of God, Eden! That is where he met Adam and Eve the first humans on earth! You might say Lucifer had a touch of heaven for in heaven the streets are paved with gold! It is not rare stuff up there! So why do we labor for the stolen goods Satan left here on earth when the jems and gold are as common as dirt in the earth up there? Some humans have worked for them but others have stolen them committing evil sins against God and man! Worship of God by humans involves the precious elements of the earth! Let us look at the Ephod Breast Plate in Exodus 28:18-29. The 12 tribes of Israel each had a precious stone of a significant color representing each of them before God! These stones represented earthly people. Most of these colors are in the rainbow across our sky! The rainbow has 7 colors! This sign in the heavens reminded us of God’s covenant to never completely flood the earth as in the days of Noah. It is interesting it takes water to activate the rainbow! It takes sin to activate the blood! When we look at the breastplate the tribe of Judah was represented by an emerald. The green emerald stone is used in engagement rings representing fidelity, harmony and loyalty! In Revelation 21:19-20, we see these precious stones appearing in the New Jerusalem! In the 4 entry gates of the city! Our Messiah came through the Tribe of Judah! God’s engagement to man began here and was consecrated in marriage which produced a Son named Jesus Christ! Remember Jesus always existed before creation and was incarnated into the earth as a human! The church today is the bride of Christ! My Bible says he is more precious than silver and more costly than gold! Why? Because he created this stuff! Remember the Ephod Breast Plate was for judgment! Judgment begins at the House of God! If you let Christ take your judgment then you are saved from it! Christ the eternal judge will not condemn his own! Another notable here is the eastern gate of the mobile tabernacle was guarded by the Tribe of Judah! When the Muslims controlled Jerusalem centuries ago they heard that Christ would re-enter the city through the eastern gate! So they sealed the eastern gate closed with brick and mortar to try to stop Christ at his second coming! The eastern gate is still sealed today and it looks like the Muslims believe some of the scriptures! In the New Jerusalem the eastern gate will have a green emerald stone on the gate representing the Tribe of Judah! If you have accepted the offspring of Judah Jesus Christ you will be able to enter this gate! Only God who created us is able to deliver us from sin! You cannot save yourself! It takes the God who never sinned to deliver you from our sin! He sacrificed himself for us! In the New Jerusalem there will be 12 gates, 12 angels, 12 tribes, 12 foundation stones, 12 names, 12 apostles, 12 thousand furlongs (dimension of city), 12 stones, 12 pearls and 12 fruits! This is going to be a fascinating place to live! Can I wait to see the mansion he has for me? Not really! It will certainly beat this stone age earth! Looking Forward! 1 Esdras 5:38-39
When the Jews returned from Babylon captivity by the favorable Decree of the Persian King Cyrus they met many challenges to rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem! Here is a quote from verses 38-39. “Since they were unable to prove their ancestry, they were not allowed to function as Priest’s. Nehemiah the governor told them that they could not eat food offered to God until there was a High Priest who could use Revelation and Truth.” Comment: Ancestry was everything to the Jews! Tradition was the foundation of their life and worship! If you could not prove your ancestry as many Jews could not after returning from 70 years of Babylonian captivity you could not participate in Temple worship! Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses were in the Religious Hall of Fame! Rightly so! Jesus really threw the religious Jews a curve ball when He told them they must be born again! Jesus the High Priest with Revelation and Truth was looking them in the face but they did not get it? The religious leaders seemed blind? Yet the simple Jews such as Peter saw the light! How far does Jesus ancestry go back in time? All the way back to the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve! Remember the Tree of Life in the Garden? His humanity took their sin and fast forwarded it to you and me! His Divinity delivered you and me from sin! His humanity was sacrificed for you and me! Jesus was a Jew and of the tribe of Judah! That is prophetic! Ancestry.com should be renamed Death.com! Why were the Persian Kings (Iran), favorable to the Jews? The 3 wise men were from Persia! King Cyrus and Darius were favorable to the Jews! Why? God spoke to them! Why is present day Persia (Iran), not favorable to the Jews but want to destroy them? Very simple! Islam that came along in 650 A.D. Islam has given all of its followers a religious backing to kill. The Persians also invented the crucifixion so they prepared the method for the sacrifice for Jesus! Ten Sons of Israel 1 Chronicles 2:1
The ten sons of Israel are Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulon, Dan, Joseph, Gad and Asher. When you add the meanings of each name together you get an interesting image! Israel means He will rule as God. Reuben means to see a nation. Simeon means to listen intelligently. Levi means to unite and remain. Judah means to revere and worship as to open one’s hands. Issachar means He will bring a reward. Zebulon means a habitation. Dan means to rule and judge. Joseph means to add and multiply. Gad means a troop or army. Asher means to be straight, right, honest and prosperous. So when you add these images together who do you see? I see a picture of Jesus Christ! How about you? What image do people see in you and me? Gays and Abortion! 2 Kings 23:7-10
King Josiah of Judah was a reformer! Previous Kings or political leaders established evil as the acceptable behavior! Jerusalem and the surrounding country was polluted with high places of idol worship and wicked lifestyles! Josiah took action and destroyed the high places and the wicked priests! Verse seven says he broke down the houses of the wicked sodomites that were located by the House of the Lord! Homosexual prostitutes set up their operations next to the House of Worship! Today in America they are in the House of the Lord! They are ordained priests in the church! It goes on in verse 10 that Josiah destroyed the Temples of Moloch! Moloch was a god that required child sacrifice for worship! The Altar of Abortion sacrifices millions of children in America! The children are murdered with our tax money! The decline of America that Obama wants is coming to pass! It will be replaced with a one world government as our Bible predicts! There will be no borders for sovereign states! Then as the anti-christ and the false prophet control the world they will require worship from you! Your choice will be worship or death! Who will the false prophet or world religious leader be? Who will be the anti-christ be? We know from scripture that the anti-christ will rule from Jerusalem and the false prophet from Rome! We know the anti-christ will be a Jew and will be a homosexual! I believe the false prophet will be a Muslim! A Jew and a Muslim will rule the world for 7 years! Then Christ returns to earth to rule the earth for a thousand years! The church will be taken up to Heaven just preceding the tribulation period of seven years! Our Christ, the anti-christ and the false prophet! The good and the bad and the ugly! If Hillary takes the White House the end times prophecy will accelerate! We could easily merge into the one world system as she continues to sell out America for cash! Under her rule Islam will grow rapidly since she owes the Muslims millions of dollars worth of favors! Abortion will increase and more children sacrificed! This election is about the destiny of America! God is no respecter of persons! The righteous are saved and the wicked condemned to Hell! God does not change but we have to! Judah Territory! Joshua Chapter 15
Is history important? Without it we have no reference for the future and the promises of God given to us! Without history there is no basis for predicting the future. It has been said that the only thing man has learned from history is that he has not learned from history! Each generation repeats the same errors! History therefore repeats itself. If you go to the ancient Biblical maps of the territory occupied by the twelve tribes of Israel you will find many fascinating facts. Here is just a sampler. Our Savior Jesus Christ was born from the Tribe of Judah. Judah was given territory after the conquest of Canaan. If you study this ancient map some very obvious things are there! The Red Sea completely borders Judah territory. So when Moses crossed the Red Sea with the millions of Jews escaping Egypt they entered the future territory of the Tribe of Judah! The birth of Jesus was in Bethlehem which is in Judah! Now this where it gets even more interesting! Our complete atonement at Calvary or Golgotha was located east of the Road to Bethany and Jericho which is just east of the Kidron Valley. The Romans liked to crucify people along major highways so the conquered population would be able to witness executions so they would not get any idea’s about overthrowing them! Another fascinating fact is the Mount of Olives where Jesus ascended to Heaven and where He promised to return at His second coming is on the eastern side of the city and in Judean territory! These are places of great historical events in Judah territory! God is consistent like the sunrise and the sunset! Jesus Tribe Judah Means Thanksgiving! Genesis 29:35

When his mother gave birth to him she said, “This time I will give thanksgiving to the Lord!” Therefore she called his name Judah. Judah is taken from the Hebrew word Hodah which means giving thanks. The Jews gave the world two significant things! An awareness of God and the concept of gratitude! Aldous Huxley wrote, “Most human beings have an almost infinite capacity for taking things for granted.” Jewish life fights against this. The Talmud says, “If someone lacks this trait of thankfulness this person is not in fact a Jew!” Many Christian’s cannot do the math when it comes to counting our Blessings! It is interesting that today in Israel the only two tribes left is Judah and Benjamin! The Priestly tribe Levite is still there also. The other tribes were lost over time through persecution and exile. Why has Judah the tribe of Jesus Christ survived to this day? Could it had been from the attitude that bore their name? Messianic Prophecy Genesis 49: 9-12
These verses in the Book of Genesis even though written thousands of years ago predicted a coming Messiah through the Tribe of Judah! Verse ten is particularly interesting! The word scepter in the Hebrew means a rod and a tribe. A shepherd’s staff. We are the sheep of His pasture! The word lawgiver means a commander of decree’s! It means to enact laws cut in stone! Jesus was the only one who could live out and keep all the commandments of God because He was God! The word people here means a flock of people comprising the whole earth. Yes, Jews and Gentiles! In verse eleven we see Jesus riding the donkey into Jerusalem! We see the vine and the wine. The last supper and the crown of thorns! Pastor Edward Mote (1797-1874), wrote a hymn that says, “My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness!” Pastor Mote’s parents ran a beer tavern in England. They left him in the streets as a boy to grow up. He entered the ministry and became Pastor of Rehoboth Baptist Church in West Sussex for 26 years! The congregation loved him so much that they wanted to give him the church building as a gift!
