Independence Day July 4th, 2017
Without moral and intellectual independence there is no anchor for national independence! David Ben-Gurion Comment: When any government decides what is moral and what and how we should think we will become dependent on it. God through His scriptures has already decided what is moral and what is not! Any government that will last has to hold these values close to itself and the people they serve! Political correctness or policed thoughts are contrary to our Constitution and our Founding Father’s framework for our government. We thank every American who is or has served in our military and have made the sacrifices to preserve our Union! We thank our law enforcement officers for protecting us from anarchy and preserving law and order in our land! To our clergy who everyday remind us that without the Blessings of God we will fail. Christian Civilization and France! Battle of Tours 732 A.D.
We owe a debt to the French people as leaders of the Crusades against Islam for over 200 years! Because of your efforts and sacrifices we have Western Civilization and a Christian America! We are reminded that the Arab name for all Crusades spanning over 500 years regardless of nationality was “Franj.” The Battle of Tours in France was one of the most decisive battles in history! Abd-ur Rahman the Muslim general with his 600000 man army conquered all of Egypt, Syria and North Africa. In October 732 A.D. exactly 100 years from the death of Mohammed the Muslim armies entered into Europe. The Frankish army was made up of Gothic Germanic tribes who became the French today met the Muslim armies in battle! The Muslims who invaded France destroyed palaces, churches and murdered thousands! The Francs lead by Charles Martel, known as the Hammer led France into battle. They routed the Muslim armies and captured and killed Abd-ur Rahman! The Franks were the first to learn that the terror of the Arab Muslims can only be neutralized by a greater counter terror! This counter terror has to be a super terror to strike fear into the hearts of Muslims so that they give up their aggressive mentality for fear of death! If only one or two French citizens had side arms in these attacks in Paris the outcome would have been very different! I try to persuade my Christian friends here in America to arm themselves for what is coming here! Right now they dismiss my warning but after President Obama lets in 10000 Syrian refugees they will figure it out! Our condolences to the French families as we share your suffering and encourage you that our hope is in Christ! The German and French soccer game in Paris where some of the attack took place reminds us of history as the Germans and French fought together at the Battle of Tours in 732 A.D. to drive out the Muslims from France! Jesus said in Matthew 10:34, Luke 12:51 and Revelation 6:4, that I have not come to bring peace on the earth but division! Jesus came to bring peace between God and man! The division on the earth whether through religions, politics, families, church, wars, is about Christ! The theme of these last days by the world is to think that the way to peace is to get rid of Christ and these Christians. All sin whether homosexual or any other sin separates man from God. To repent means to accept God’s atonement in and through Christ and stop the sin against God and man! The News that never changes is the Good News as Paul says in Hebrews 13:8; “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever!” Christ is the only one who can give you stability and peace in this unpredictable world you live in! The God of 2013 is the same God of 2014 and on forever! Do not hang your hat on anything else but Him! He will never leave you or forsake you! Others will! Happiness depends on circumstances! Scripture; Matthew 5; 33-35 1. Mean what you say and say what you mean – Honesty, Integrity. 2. Low Trust = Many Laws. We hear out of Washington everyday the following; “We will write another law so this never happens again!” 3. High Trust = Few Laws. 4. Build trust in our families. 5. Lack of trust causes us to withdraw from relationships. In Jesus day no one could trust the Roman government. They deceived the people with unjust taxes, excess spending, bribes, deception, ect. The religious leaders in Jesus day also wrote more laws as trust declined. 6. Jesus gave us a new way of being human. 7. God is an oath maker and a promise keeper – No double talk. 8. Satan is the accuser of the brethren. Five common lies or exaggerations told by Christians; 1. I will pray for you. 2. It is great to see you. 3. I am doing great. 4. I have read all the above and agree with the terms. 5. I love you brother. Three questions arise when we hear one or more of the five statements. 1. Is he or she hyping something? 2. Is he springing something? 3. Is he trying to sell me something? People try to exaggerate and manipulate people. Insecurity causes exaggeration. Would you love me if you saw the real me? Adam and Eve hid from God. Our vulnerabilities project a lifestyle. To manipulate is selfish. Words are used in a deceptive way to try to get a desired outcome. The Bible calls it witchcraft. The witch uses shame, guilt, fear and twists words to get people to believe something that is not true. This is demonic. Powerful but demonic. God is truth and love and not shame. Talk openly to your children about the beauty of God’s creation including sex and the purpose of it. Adolescence who are shamed about sex will have a great difficulty entering into a healthy sexual relationship when they are married. Please see Ephesians 4:14-15. Speak the truth in love. How do we speak the truth in love? Answer the following questions. 1. Have you prayed for them? 2. Do I see good and potential in them? 3. Will I be helpful to them? 4. Am I rested? God made an oath and promises to us. They are as follows; 1. I will be with you always. 2. Nothing can take you from my Father’s hand. 3. I will not leave you as orphans. 4. Yes, the hot dog stand is open again in Washington and has cooked up another weiner! The latest ugly head to rise up in Washington is Representative Wu. The good news is that a majority of our leaders do not do this stuff and are Faithful to their families and their country! We do have some representatives who walk around up on the hill like the insane on steroids! The Bible says that those who are faithful in small things are faithful in much! The Bible also says our sins will find us out! We cannot hide from God and we cannot hide from man. Sooner or later who we are will come out! We all need to repent of our sin and turn from our wicked ways! Let God replace your Sin with His righteousness through Jesus Christ our Savior! Thankyou.
