Expiry Date!
We all have one! About 2 years ago I purchased a can of bear spray. It is a stronger mix that your standard can of mace! I was planning to use it on some unsuspecting Jihadist! However the opportunity did not present itself. So my can of bear spray expires is less than 30 days! How to use it before it expires? I could use it on my neighbor’s dog! This dog has a beggar’s complex! I could take the spray down to the Atlanta zoo and spray it in the face of some unsuspecting 400 pound gorilla! However my concern would be the animal would be so angry he might rip off the front of the cage and come after me! Worse yet some nature loving visitor or a bear hugger would get too close to the front of the cage the next day! I could season my fried eggs in the morning for breakfast with this pepper spray! I could spray the Georgia ant hills in my front yard with this stuff! However I think the best idea is to sell these cans on eBay! I could advertise them as EPA approved cans of, “Pepper Spray Lite.” Pre-owned cans guaranteed to aggravate your attacker! While mentioning eBay just want to inform you that our “Solar Panel Clothes Dryer” sales are up this month! I am thankful I have a good supply of Walmart clothes line to mail to our customers! This still has more value than your millions of tax payer monies that went to the now defunct Obama Solar Panel Companies! James

He is innocent as opposed to the lawless wicked! Rulers that fear God will respect men! Rulers that fear men will destroy men! History is full of Godless men that destroyed men! Did Paul and Peter pray for their leaders? I assume they did yet they were executed by Caesar! Some of their best works were written from prison! The authorities did not like to keep Martin Luther King Jr. in jail too long because he was working on his next speech! During the civil war Pastor’s and their congregations north of the Mason-Dixon line were praying for the north to win while Pastor’s and congregations south of the line were praying for the south to win! They were both praying for their leaders! A famous German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer was executed by Hitler but I assume he prayed for Hitler. Some of our famous reformation leaders were burned at the stake by their King! I assume they prayed for them! Jesus called his political leader Herod a fox but prayed for him! He called the religious rulers of his day a generation of vipers but prayed for them! Do we pray for ISIS leaders? What would be your prayers to those who were about to behead you! Father forgive them for they know not what they do! Different from prayers of the west? Father give me a big house, big auto, big money and fame and fortune! Jesus taught us how to pray! I love this prayer because it is not a political prayer! I personally have one leader or ruler and Savior and His name is Jesus Christ! I am loyal to one Kingdom and that is the Kingdom of God and His Christ! It is so funny I have a friend in Colorado Springs who was my military boss back in the 1970’s. We are both retired and meet once a month and tell old war stories! I told Kenny we were praying that our house would sell so we could move back to Georgia. Kenny told me he was praying that our house not sell and we stay in Colorado! I told Kenny you are my friend but not my prayer partner! Our prayers should be in agreement with God! We usually pray for an outcome. Do we always get it? God’s will is often different from our will! To deliver us from evil means not to partake in promoting evil! Ukraine Priests Take Stand On Firing Line!
Yes, Ukrainian Priests are joining the revolt against Russian rule and are fighting for independence! Did you know that of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence 27 of them were trained Pastors! There was also a great revival going on in the Colonies at that time. Did you also know that the first shots fired in the American revolution were fired by Pastors and church members! Let me quote American History for you: On April 19, 1775, British troops, some 800 strong, were dispatched to Concord, Massachusetts, to arrest Sam Adams and John Hancock and to seize a cache of weapons stored in Concord. When Dr. Joseph Warren sent Paul Revere to warn Pastor Jonas Clark (in whose house Adams and Hancock were staying) that the Crown’s troops were on their way to arrest the two men and seize the guns at Concord, he alerted the Church members of about 60-70 men from the Church of Lexington. The Church members stood on Lexington Green waiting for the Red Coats. Upon spotting the citizen soldiers a British officer demanded they lay down their arms. They refused and the British opened fire! The colonist returned fire and eight were killed and there begins the shot heard round the world! Unquote. History is filled with Christians fighting for freedom! Pastor Martin Luther King was probably the greatest freedom fighter in my generation! If you study our Declaration of Independence you will see it is full of Bible Theology and has a Biblical foundation! Cross the Goal and Win! Romans 10:4
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth. The word, “End”, in the Greek is translated, “Goal”. Think about a footbal team? They have a playing field with a goal line, goal posts with uprights and a cross bar. To win the game they need to cross the goal line to score points. Their goal is set on the goal line. The law had it’s goal set on Christ! Every human who tried to score on the law lost! You remember that old song, “I fought the law and the law won”! Only at the Cross was the law defeated because it could not stop Christ from scoring for us! His righteousness won the game and beat sin! Sin could not win because sin was not on His team called Trinity! On mortal teams sin was on both sides and all teams lost. I was a young man then back in the early 1970’s. We had just gone through the Arab oil embargo and energy conservation was on every mind of America! I was in a barber shop in Denver reading a Popular Mechanics magazine. In this magazine was an ad for a solar clothes dryer! Ad said was compatible to any electric clothes dryer! It was only five dollars and just mail in to a P. O. Box Number address. I wanted to do my part so i sent in my five dollars. It was about two weeks before i received my package in the mail. I imagined solar panels attached to a complex computer network! I took the package and unwrapped it right on top of the clothes dryer! There in the center of the box was about 6 feet of clothes line? I wanted to strangle the guy that mailed me this with my new clothes line! I do not like deception especially in hard times as we are in today! Americans today in our economic trouble need honesty and encouragement in these difficult times! Do your best to help others even if it costs you something!
