Expiry Date!

We all have one! About 2 years ago I purchased a can of bear spray. It is a stronger mix that your standard can of mace! I was planning to use it on some unsuspecting Jihadist! However the opportunity did not present itself. So my can of bear spray expires is less than 30 days! How to use it before it expires? I could use it on my neighbor’s dog! This dog has a beggar’s complex! I could take the spray down to the Atlanta zoo and spray it in the face of some unsuspecting 400 pound gorilla! However my concern would be the animal would be so angry he might rip off the front of the cage and come after me! Worse yet some nature loving visitor or a bear hugger would get too close to the front of the cage the next day! I could season my fried eggs in the morning for breakfast with this pepper spray! I could spray the Georgia ant hills in my front yard with this stuff! However I think the best idea is to sell these cans on eBay! I could advertise them as EPA approved cans of, “Pepper Spray Lite.” Pre-owned cans guaranteed to aggravate your attacker! While mentioning eBay just want to inform you that our “Solar Panel Clothes Dryer” sales are up this month! I am thankful I have a good supply of Walmart clothes line to mail to our customers! This still has more value than your millions of tax payer monies that went to the now defunct Obama Solar Panel Companies! James

Deuteronomy 22:5  The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are a abomination unto the Lord thy God. Comment: Moses wrote the Book of Deuteronomy around 1400 B.C. So this command was given to us about 3400 years ago. Each generation tries to come up with a new perversion and think they are cool but sin is as old as man! A Canadian goose knows what sex it is and mates for life! Christian Scapegoats! Leviticus 16:18

A scapegoat refers to someone who is unfairly blamed by others for their problems! Leviticus 16:18 “And Aron shall place lots upon the two he goats: One for the Lord and the other for absolute removal.” The second goat was sent into the wilderness carrying the people’s sin’s! The two goats were chosen by lot. Why? Casting lots was used to render a decision not based on human choice but letting God decide the matter. Either outcome was not good for the goats! If I were a goat I might say, “heads I win tails you lose!” Remember Judas replacement was done by lot! The Roman soldiers cast lots for Jesus clothes at the Cross. One goat was offered as a blood sacrifice for the sin of the people and the other to be the scapegoat sent into the wilderness. Jesus really represented both goats! He was the blood sacrifice for our sin and wandered in the wilderness carrying our burdens! Since Jesus is in Heaven today the only way the world can get Him is to persecute His followers! According to the Koran the final solution is to kill all the Christians and Jews! Secular America sees the Christians as getting in the way of their agenda! Wickedness cannot prevail with Christians in the way! Christians today are fleeing for their lives in many parts of the world! Persecution is rising in America also! Remember the persecuted Church is the strongest Church! We will be more dependent on Christ as troubles rise! Remember the hope that lives in you is the only hope for the world! Paul was the greatest persecutor of the Church! Yet he became the greatest promoter of the Church! People have the greatest potential for good or evil depending on who lives inside them! Great Distractions Of Worry! Matthew 6:25-28

Radical Jesus! Live out the beatitudes through counter-culture behavior! Jesus gave us a new way of being human! The Kingdom way of being human. Pray with listening ears, seeing eyes and hearts to receive the scriptures by impartation and inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a servant. Are you? Distractions such as money, possessions, and inside out language will take your focus off God and make us dysfunctional for the Kingdom. What we focus on is what we worship. Worry cannot add a single hour to our life. Stress which comes from worry can shorten our life. Jesus warned us not to worry about our clothes. Pagan’s run after these things. Jesus must have had the inside track on women’s dress habits. Ladies really dress to impress other ladies. Men do not have a clue about this? Worry distracts us, divides us, wastes time and keeps us from witnessing to others. Seek first the Kingdom and He will add what is needed for you. God can do the math! Luke 10- Martha and Mary. Martha worried about many things? She did not have CBS, NBC, CNN, Fox and other media to help her find worries. She did it all by herself! Mary chose what was better with no distractions. Look at the birds of the air! Be a bird watcher. Doves mate forever. No divorce here. I watched two silver doves that were in my driveway yesterday. So contented! A bird brain may be a good deal? Are they too stupid to worry? No, God has programed them to understand He will take care of their every need. They do not worry about global warming. They rest in the cool of the day. Take a deep breath and relax. The Theology of Heaven is God always has enough! Have God’s world view. People stress out and die trying to get more. Humans are limited but God is unlimited! Father knows your needs. Seek first the Kingdom and His righteousness. Definition of God’s Kingdom; God’s Kingdom is Jesus Christ ruling over His people. Ruling ever part of our life. Is Jesus Lord of All? V.34- Each day has enough trouble of it’s own. Worry about yesterday today and tomarrow? Regret Saturday and dread Monday? If so you cannot enjoy Sunday! To worry about yesterday and tomarrow is to worry twice! Worry about nothing? Trust God today and no regrets tomarrow. Cares of today are sufficient. Concern verses worry; Concern is to take issues to prayer and let the peace of God under the Lordship of Christ establish you. Worry comes when Jesus is not the Lord of your life. Worry and fear is not the fruit of the spirit. Love and fear are opposite each other. They come from two different sources. The Lord of Fear is leaving God out of your life and trying to run things on your own. The name Israel means ; “To Rule as God.” Can you do better than to rule as God? Go Green!

I was a young man then back in the early 1970’s. We had just gone through the Arab oil embargo and energy conservation was on every mind of America! I was in a barber shop in Denver reading a Popular Mechanics magazine. In this magazine was an ad for a solar clothes dryer! Ad said was compatible to any electric clothes dryer! It was only five dollars and just mail in to a P. O. Box Number address. I wanted to do my part so i sent in my five dollars. It was about two weeks before i received my package in the mail. I imagined solar panels attached to a complex computer network! I took the package and unwrapped it right on top of the clothes dryer! There in the center of the box was about 6 feet of clothes line? I wanted to strangle the guy that mailed me this with my new clothes line! I do not like deception especially in hard times as we are in today! Americans today in our economic trouble need honesty and encouragement in these difficult times! Do your best to help others even if it costs you something!
