Observations of God and Men!

I have done some studies about events and the leaders of the world prior to WWII. I have studied the ideologies of Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin and Emperor Hirohito of Japan! What was the driving purpose for their ideologies was determined by their belief about God! Their supporting cast were their cultures! Much of Eastern and Western Europe at this time in history embraced Darwinism or Evolution! Charles Darwin was an atheistic Jew who believed that since there is no God things must have happened this way! That is we must have evolved from very primitive life forms! Japan was very different in their culture where they worshipped the Emperor as God! The west and the east were are on very different ends of the spectrum in their belief about God but with the same devastating results! What about Islam? What does believing in a false god lead to whether religious or not? If you are an atheist you make yourself God! If you make man god then you make yourself equal with God! Jesus was man but he was also God! I have noticed in history and in my own life that if you worship a false god you will sacrifice others for your own perceived gains! If you worship the real God you will sacrifice yourself to help others! Whether you wear a religious cloak or not this is the bottom line! The sacrificing could be your laying down your life for others as the disciples did or living one day at a time sacrificing for your family and the community! Sacrificing for friends and sacrificing for strangers! It could be coaching a youth basketball team! Serving in your church! The day I discovered God’s only Son Jesus Christ sacrificed his life for me for my sin I wanted to sacrifice my life in service to others! There is a righteous sacrifice and an unrighteous sacrifice! The righteous sacrifice will always benefit others the unrighteous sacrifice will always destroy others! Serving the living God will benefit all. We face the false god of Darwinism in American culture today! Sacrificing children through abortion to cover sin with 57 million victims so far! Death cannot be our motto! Gay marriage cannot produce children ending in the death of our culture! Gay’s, lesbians and transgenders have about a 40 percent higher suicide rate than the rest of the culture! The only ones holding America together today are the Christians and Orthodox Jews who vote Republican for traditional values that have always made America great! Memorial Day Thoughts! John 15:13

Our greatest respect for those in our military and especially those who laid down there lives for their friends as Jesus commanded us to do! Jesus commanded us to love one another! Think about this! God laid down His life through His only Son Jesus Christ for His enemies! This act is more than human! This is another reason why Jesus is God! No human would do this! Everyone ever born who accepted Jesus Christ as Savior was first the enemy of God! Yes you and me! Now we better understand why Jesus also commanded us to love our enemies! Memorial Day! 2018

In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends! Martin Luther King Jr. Comment: The citizen’s of America that we owe the greatest debt of gratitude are not with us anymore! Their sacrifice for our freedom is forever engrained into the conscious of our soul. We cannot forget them because to do so would disrespect everything they did for us on the battlefield of service to our nation! Then we would no longer be America! To be less than American is to forget these patriot’s that we are eternally indebted to for they paid the debt for our freedom yesterday, today and for as long as this Republic endures! A Sign! Isaiah 7:14

Isaiah was telling King Isaiah of Judah that the enemies of God have come up against you! Because you have chosen God you have also chosen your enemies! Everyone wants to choose their own future! Our life is a composite of our choices! We either choose good or choose evil. However the Bible makes it clear we are all evil. To choose God is paramount because only God can forgive evil or sin! Isaiah was telling the King that God was going to give a sign to deliver him and even his enemies from sin through the virgin birth of Jesus Christ! Choosing Christ is victory over sin and death! God would not ask us to do something that first He has not done! Father forgive them for they know not what they do! Those that consciously reject Christ know what they are doing! Judas Iscariot would be a good example! Christ had friends and enemies! However even His disciples fled when He was put on the Cross! I will make it clear you really have only one true friend! His name is Jesus Christ! All others will forsake you! Christ defeated the enemy within you and the enemies around you! Yet people today still foolishly challenge God? Turn these stones into bread! Jump from the Temple Mount and the angels will rescue you! Jesus defeated Satan with the Word of God! Lucifer woke up one day in Heaven and decided he was God! He became Satan and author of all sin against God! That is why he can never be redeemed! He will just try to take as many souls as he can with him to Hell. There are many ways in which we can follow Satan! There is no God! Making little gods out of God or idols! Making yourself God! As old as Satan! Sunday is my day off I do not need to go to church? I need to work on Sunday! I do not need to tithe my income? My money is mine! Jesus was just another prophet like Mohammad! Receive the sign and sign up for Heaven! The choice is yours! If you made a wrong choice yesterday you can make the right choice today! Do not delay! You have only one life here on earth and one eternity in either Heaven or Hell. International Travel For American’s 2015

The following story is true because my nephew just got back from the Middle East and shared these experiences with me! My nephew has to travel international with a company based here in America. On this trip his first stop was Saudi Arabia. The first two weeks seemed uneventful as he traveled by taxi from his Hotel to the work site. He traveled the same route everyday. On the 3rd week of his stay the taxi driver picked him up as usual from his Hotel but then diverted to a very dark dangerous area of the city? Then once in this area the cab driver slowed the vehicle down to a crawl and asked him what religion he was? The driver told my nephew you must tell me your religion in a very threatening way? He kept asking the question over and over again? The Holy Spirit then told my nephew what to say! He said, “I know the King!” He meant Jesus but the taxi driver thought he meant the King of Saudi Arabia! So the driver quickly took him to the job site! Then things got worse! The next day another cab driver picked him up from the Hotel and he also diverted from the route! The driver told him an Imam wants to ask you some questions and took him to a Mosque! The Imam told my nephew that how you answer the following question will determine whether you live or die! The question was, “Where is Mohammad right now?” The Holy Spirit gave my nephew another good answer! My nephew said, “Mohammad is in the lap of Allah!” My nephew did not share the last part of the answer which was that they are both in Hell right now! Then things got worse again! When he left the airport for another Muslim country that country rejected his entry and sent him back to Saudi Arabia? He asked the immigration at the airport why would you deny entry when I have proper visa and paper work for entry? They would not give him an answer? When he arrived back at the airport in Saudi Arabia the immigration told him he must enter a bus and go to another destination and board a certain bus number at that destination? When he arrived he got in line to purchase his ticket but while in line a man approached him and asked him why he was boarding this bus? He told my nephew that this bus was for illegal immigrants! He told him this bus will take you to the Yemen boarder where armed guards will escort you across the border where you proceed on foot across the desert! My nephew got on another bus and returned to his Hotel and googled a map of Saudi Arabia. He noted a smaller city that had an airport. He took a bus to that airport and boarded a plane and got out of country! He had to spend another $1500 hundred dollars in transportation charges but got out alive! Under President Obama American’s are no longer respected! Our enemies no longer fear us and our friends no longer trust us! Tribute To Vietnam War Veterans ! John 15:13

I graduated from high school in the summer of 1967. About 250 young men were being killed every week in Vietnam. I was ordered to report to my draft board in the summer of 1967. They asked me if I intended to go to college? They told me if I went to college 4 years and kept up my grades they would defer military service until after college. I thought this was strange? Should not everyone have to go as in previous wars? If you exempt some this will cause divisions in our culture! There is an old saying among my generation during the Vietnam war. It says the chickens went to college and the Eagles went to war! I decided to join the chickens. It was a big flock and plenty of bird brains in college during the war! Hundreds of new colleges sprung up all over America overnight with majors in basket weaving! To give exemptions to hundreds of thousands of college students was a big mistake! Any culture will be united if they are all making equal sacrifices in the war effort. I never demonstrated one day against the Vietnam war. If you play chicken the least you could do is support the Eagles! Things got worse! Martin Luther King assassinated in 1968 and then Bobby Kennedy! Race riots in every major city across America! The Tet offensive in Vietnam escalated the war. Our veterans returning from Vietnam were disrespected? At the end of the war with over 50000 killed and tens of thousands wounded what good can come out of this? Do not forget over 100000 Vietnam veterans commited suicide after coming home! In World war II everyone participated in the war effort! Vietnam veterans were just as courageous and exceptional in their service to our nation! History will show it was not the wrong war but the wrong approach to the war by our leaders. The same problem exists in our voluntary military today! Today only a small percentage of our population is involved in the war effort so most of the culture is disengaged from the war! Over the years I was always looking for something good out of the Vietnam war? Some think that the Berlin Wall coming down some 20 years later was due to financial expenditures the Soviets made fighting through proxy against us in Vietnam? As I watched several hours of combat film of the Vietnam war I began to see a pattern! As hundreds of helicopters picked up the dead and wounded American’s from the battle field I noticed the wounded who were still conscious were not concerned about their own wounds but concerned about their fellow comrades! They would say things like,”Who will protect my buddies if I am not there to defend them?” Who will help my brothers? Who will help them if I am not able? The Vietnam American veterans were not dying for a political philosophy or for the democratic or republican party! They were dying for each other! Jesus put it best in John 15:13 when he said,”Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” That was what Jesus did for you and all humanity! 2014 Prediction! Hebrews 13:8

The world changes! People change. Health changes. Finances change. Attitudes change. Economy changes. President’s change, Families change ( Divorce-remarriage). Weather changes. Pastor’s change. Church member’s change, Friends change. Laws change, Time changes. War changes. Taxes change, Technology changes, Nations change, ect. The News that never changes is the Good News as Paul says in Hebrews 13:8; “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever!” Christ is the only one who can give you stability and peace in this unpredictable world you live in! The God of 2013 is the same God of 2014 and on forever! Do not hang your hat on anything else but Him! He will never leave you or forsake you! Others will! Happiness depends on circumstances!
