1 John 3:17 “But who hath this world’s good, and yet seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?” Commentary: Let us look at the word “good.” From the Greek it means the soul and the spirit. The Greek word is “Bios” Strong’s #979. Unless you have experienced the love of God you will never have compassion on anyone! The word “bowels” means the spleen meaning sympathy and pity on someone! After Christ came into my life I look for ways to help people! With prayer, financial giving, giving of my time, energy, council and Biblical advice. Real love is always voluntary! Jesus volunteered for the Cross! To choose sacrificial love to benefit others! God has given his commandments and precepts yet we still have to choose them! We have to cast our vote for them! After experiences God’s love obedience becomes an easy choice! God will not force you into his kingdom! Socialism is forcing someone to give up their property earned by work and ingenuity to someone who does not want to work! It is theft of property! Your resources are given to someone who did not earn them! They rob Peter to pay Paul and to pay themselves with the fruit of your labor! It is involuntary forced distribution of your property! God’s way of distribution is voluntary! God has promised us that if we give he will give back to us more than we gave! Pressed down and overflowing! The love of God that we give is multiplied back to us! The love we with hold will die with us! God says we shall not steal nor covet our neighbors stuff! (8th&10th Commandments). Legalized theft is still theft! Socialism is about legalizing evil! Like abortion! Socialism goes back to the Garden of Eden where Adam and Eve although had all the fruit of the garden except one tree stole this fruit that brought death on the entire human race! The penalty of sin is death! The gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ! I have a family member who is deceived into thinking he will never physically die? I told him Jesus died! God died and rose again! My Bible says flesh and blood shall not enter the Kingdom of God! I asked him if he thought he was God? Only sinners die so you must be God! I also told him that if you do not die Jesus cannot raise you from the dead! You will miss heaven! God’s gift to the world is to give himself as a sacrifice for you! Case Against Socialism Isaiah 62:8

Comment: I know what the socialists will say! Well Jesus said to love your enemies! Right? Let us look at the Greek word “Agape”. This Greek word is not found in Classical Greek but is only used in revealed religion! Here is the key to this word used for our English word love! This word when used is not doing what the person loved desires but what the one who loves deems as needed by the one loved! This is central to understanding what Jesus meant! Jesus love is not based on what we want but on what we need! If people wanted Salvation then the whole world would be saved and we could close up our churches and go home! Most people are not in love with God but with the world and themselves! Ever try to sell someone what they don’t want? Like selling a comb to a bald man! However I was blind but now I see! So the Jesus standard of love is to give people what they need not what they want! Socialism is all about people getting what they want! Free stuff! Do not have to work for it let someone else do the work! Theft! Why did God invent work? Work is a sacrifice! God’s whole Kingdom is built on a sacrificial system! Work is a sacrifice! Jesus sacrificed himself on a Cross for us! God worked 6 days in creation and rested on the 7th day! Should he expect less from us? God has made provision for those who cannot work! Work is the only vehicle that brings out our gifts God has given us! We love our enemies by sharing Christ with them! It is tough because most do not want him! Socialism is Theft! Exodus 20:15
One of the consequences of such notions as “entitlements” is that people who have contributed nothing to society feel that society owes them something, apparently just for being nice enough to grace us with their presence! Winston Churchill Comment: Socialism is not Biblical! It is theft! If I take something that belongs to me and give to a poor person then I am doing the Biblical model! If I take something that does not belong to me and give it to the poor I am stealing! Jesus instructed the rich man what he had to give to the poor but he did not ask him to steal property that was not his to give to the poor! Robin Hood was a thief! He was a socialist! Jesus took the little boy’s lunch and multiplied it to feed 5000 people! God will multiply what you have gotten honestly and then will multiply it for you to help others! The steward that multiplied his talents was commended by Jesus but the steward that buried his talent was condemned! Our National Debt has everything to do with Socialism! If Jesus were a socialist then he would have raided Herod’s Treasury and used the funds to feed the 5000! Judas was a thief! He robed the Temple treasury to betray Jesus! Self-Worship! Isaiah 47:10

Your intellect and understanding is flawed and it condemns you for you have turned back to sin away from me. Comment: Self worship is a choice! You make your own gods and then worship them! You deny the true God and manufacture an idol. Lucifer was Heaven’s choir director! One day he decided to worship himself and abandon God! He made himself God! It was a case of identity theft! Pretend to be someone else! Masquerade as God! Lucifer with 1/3 of the angels were kicked out of Heaven! Lucifer became Satan! Never a chance for redemption! Satan came to Adam and Eve and said surely God has not said…. So he promoted the rebellion here on earth! Remember what Satan challenged Jesus to do? If you are the Son of God turn these stones into bread! Jump off the high wall of the Temple! Satan wanted Jesus to challenge God! Problem for Satan was Jesus was God! Satan wanted Jesus to challenge Himself! The Jewish leaders challenged Jesus saying only God can forgive sin! Atheists challenge God by saying He does not exist! When they do this they make themselves God! Charles Darwin a Jewish atheist theorized since God does not exist things must have happened this way! So he came up with his theory of evolution! Sadly this is taught as truth in our public funded institutions throughout our education system today! Children taught the big lie! Identity Theft!
The Latin and Old French roots to the word identity mean the condition of being the same with something described or asserted. Your thought’s, idea’s and perspectives allow people to determine who you are. The truth is we try to be like someone else. Either your father, mother, grandpa, grandma, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, teacher, pastor, ect. Someone who tries Identity theft on you tries to be the same as you with the same bio-data such as date of birth, social security number, account numbers, ect. Most people only care about what you have not who you are! If they think you do not have much then they leave you alone. God cares about who you are! Character counts with God! In fact He cares so much that He through His Son Jesus Christ identified with your sin on the Cross so that you could identify with Him and have the power to live like Christ! Lucifer lost his identity in being like God in his rebellion against God. Then Satan took his new identity of being unGodly and tries to get people to try to live their lives without God! Our true identity to be like God was stolen through identity theft by Satan. When we come to Christ we get our Godly identity back and the power to live in righteousness and not in sin. Then Satan and his family moves away from us because he does not want to live like us and be like God. If you have rejected Christ then your identity has been stolen and you try to live like others who are not following Him! All of us will try to live like someone else! Only one can lead us to paths of joy, peace and eternal life Only one can save you while all others will fail you!
