Christmas Reminder!

The greatest disease in the West today is not TB or leprosy it is being unwanted, unloved and uncared for. We can cure physical diseases with medicine, but the only cure for loneliness, despair and hopelessness is love. There are many in the world dying for a piece of bread, but there are many dying for a little love. The poverty in the West is a different kind of poverty……..it is not only a poverty of loneliness but also of Spirituality!  Mother Teresa (1910-1997)

John Calvin on Abortion!

For the fetus, though enclosed in the womb of it’s mother, is already a human being, and it is a monstrous crime to rob it of the life which  has not yet begun to enjoy. If it seems more horrible to kill a man in his own house than in the field, because a man’s is his place of most secure refuge, it ought surely to be deemed more atrocious to destroy a fetus in the womb before it has come to light! John Calvin, French Theologian (1509-1564)

War on Women! Jeremiah 1:5

The so-called right to abortion has pitted mothers against their children and women against men! It has sown violence and discord at the heart of the most intimate human relationships. It has aggravated the derogation of the father’s role in an increasingly fatherless society! It has portrayed the greatest of gifts -a child- as a competitor, and intrusive and an inconvenience. It has nominally accorded mother unfettered dominion over the dependent lives of their physically dependent sons and daughters and, in granting unconscionable power, it has exposed many women to unjust and selfish demands from their husband’s or other sexual partners! Mother Teresa

Light to the Gentiles! Isaiah 49:6

“And he said, It is a small thing that thou should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel. I will also give thee for enlightenment to the non-Jewish people, that thou may be my salvation unto that ends of the earth.” Comment: Why has planet earth had a history of anti-Semitism? Why the war on the Jews? Why did Hitler and Protestant and Catholic Europe persecute them? Hitler had an excuse for he worshiped Charles Darwin and Evolution but the Church? For the church I believe that it is about forgetting your roots! Spiritually the church has forgotten her foundation! When you forget your foundation you do not know where you have come from and where you are going? Like lost! Why is anti-Semitism growing in America today? Why today is the world standing against the small Nation of Israel? Why is the political and religious persecution carrying on today against the Jews? Who is behind this war on the Jews? Satan! Satan wants to extinguish the light! If Satan can get Christian’s to reject their foundation then he can control them! Spiritual wickedness in high places and the principalities and powers of darkness lead the way to hating the Jews! Judaism is the womb that birthed forth Christ! Never forget your mother and be thankful to God for her forever! If the foundations are broken down what can the righteous do? Satan knows the connection between the Jews and Christians because he created a religion named Islam and according to the Koran the followers have a duty to kill Christians and Jews! Satan knows the connection and the church does not? Wise up followers of Christ! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com

Worship & Service! Luke 10:38-42

Jesus commended Mary for choosing the good part! Let us look at the Greek word good as used in this passage of scripture! It is Strongs #18. It means constitutionally good but not to benefit others! It means profitable! It means to derive an advantage from it. There is an opposite word used in the Greek for good! It is “Harmartano”, Strongs #264. It means to miss the mark or sin! Mary’s sister Martha was serving and wanted Mary to help! There is nothing wrong with serving because it benefits others! Remember Jesus said he who is greatest in the Kingdom of God is servant of all. However in this case we are talking about God being in your presence! Jesus was not putting Martha down but explained to her that Mary her sister recognized Jesus true value! Remember over in the Book of Luke Mary spent nearly a year’s wages on the perfume to anoint Jesus body for burial. Judas put her down for it! How we value people and things is very important! If we are not careful we can overvalue things and undervalue people! If we undervalue God then nothing else we ever value will help us! Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and He will add to us what is needed! Did you value your father and mother today? Did you value your Pastor today? Did you pray for him? I recently stayed in a wealthy man’s house. He is a good man but when I asked him the name of his Pastor he did not know? If we do not value what is most valuable then it becomes sin! Like Martha serve Him but more important like Mary  worship Him! Get in His presence! One second in Jesus presence will start a fire in your soul that will glow forever! James and Hamsa Sasse.
