1 John 4:2-3 “Hereby know thee the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh and every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is the spirit of Anti-Christ, whereof you have heard that it has come; and even now it is already in the world.” Commentary: Why not first test yourself? Judas Iscariot would not confess Jesus or God had come in the flesh and he proved that by his betrayal of Christ! Caesar, Herod, Pilot and the Pharisee’s would not confess Jesus Christ was Lord and had come in the flesh! If you do not confess him then you will crucify him! There are evil spirits like Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, atheism, Marxism, secularism, ANTIFA, Communism, BLM, rioters, looters, arsonists, thieves, liars, rapists, child molesters, drug abusers, murderers, fraudsters, deceivers, homosexuals, lesbians, transgenders who will most likely never confess Jesus or God has come in the flesh? Why? Because they would have to change! Repent of their evil sins! If you reject Christ here on earth you will meet him after he raises you from the dead at the Judgment seat of Christ! Did you reject the Judge that took your judgment on the Cross? If you will not serve Christ here on earth you will never serve him in heaven! It is never too late while you have breath to change the destiny of your eternity! Do you want to keep your sin more than enjoy the benefits of heaven? It is your choice alone! Do not stand naked and alone in front of the living God! Have his blood covering over you then your judgment will be passed over! The plague and judgment of sin will miss you and your household! Signs of Jesus Second Coming! Matthew 24:9-10
Verse 9 “Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and kill you and you shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.” A report yesterday said 90 thousand Christian’s were killed in 2016! These numbers are beginning to equal or exceed the early church persecutions! Is Jesus screening out the fakes before His return? That is those still standing? In the next verse 10 as a consequence many shall leave the Faith! Today in America i can skip Sunday services and cheat on my tithes and no one will know except God! However if i have to choose Christ or my life this is a very different test! Most will serve Christ if the benefits are good such as an income tax deduction and a favorable view from friends and family. What Jesus said would come before His second coming is here and also coming to America! We need to make up our minds today what we would do when this comes so we can be prepared! Intelligence Test! Genesis 1:26-27
The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination! Albert Einstein (1879-1955) Comment: My Bible says that man was created in the image or imagination of God! When i look at my family and the world have have concluded God has a big imagination! Einstein was a Jew who Hitler kicked out of Germany in the 1930’s! He came to the United States and was involved in the Manhattan Project which developed the first atomic bomb which was dropped on Japan to end WWII. At the end of WWII as we investigated German secret weapons we found that Hitler was about six months from having an atomic bomb! What if Hitler had kept Einstein? A Jewish Chemist helped England win WWI. Einstein was probably the smartest man that has lived in my generation and you would have to go back hundreds of years to find another! However there is no one smarter than God our Creator! He gave us an imagination in His Image! Satan tries to destroy our image! If God really wanted to save the world he would have sent us a Savior! He sent us Jesus Christ a Jew! Because of the marred image of man by Satan man has difficulty wrapping his mind around Christ! Test of True Friendship?
If someone whether family or other is not willing to sacrifice for you they are no friend! A true friend will sacrifice everything to even his life for you! Jesus is first in sacrifice for you and you make sacrifices for Him but the field gets real slim after him! Church friends, Facebook and other social media is what i call junk friends! They will never be tested or tried to meet the standard of a true friend! If they want you to sacrifice for them but not they for you it may be time to be and find a true friend! T.D. Jakes
