When you fill any position based only on race and gender you can have a problem! She was asked by a Senator why she gave sentences of convicted child pornography criminals reduced prison sentences well below the federal minimum guidelines? Giving some three month prison sentences! Her rationale was that since child pornography was so easily accessible on the internet reduced sentences are required? She is making the criminal the victim! It is like me going before a judge after murdering someone and convicted of murder and then petitioning the court that I used a handgun instead of a knife and since it is easier to kill with a gun rather than a knife and guns are so abundant I should get a reduced sentence because never mind that dead person I am the real victim here? Flawed Thinking!

Some of us have help hands of friends and brothers as they struggled with military and police academy recruiters, and thought many of them never dreamed of being a policemen, a lack of opportunities led them to these positions. Some people regardless of race want to serve their communities in military and law enforcement positions! I served in the military for 13 years before medically discharged! Regardless of race we did not look at each other as victims of lost opportunities? We loved our nation and communities enough to seek opportunities to serve people in those capacities! The problem of looking at life through a racial lens is you exclude people and lost opportunities of working together benefiting everyone! Does she want an all white police force and military to confirm her racist views of life? Hopefully these views are not representative of the majority of Americans and i believe they are not! Ralph you are home early today? Alice I got laid off work down at the bus company! Ralph what are we going to do? How can we pay the bills? Alice if you are so smart you figure it out? I drove that bus for twelve years Alice! In the summer heat and the cold! Put up with those smelly passengers down there on 5th avenue! Bums would try to sneak on the bus without paying fares! I challenged a bum one time and he pulled a knife on me! That is terrible Ralph! Then what happened? He stole all my bus receipts! This is the thanks I get! Ralph I can get a job! No Alice! Absolutely not! My wife does not work outside the home! I do not care if we starve to death you are not working! Ralph remember when my mother said you should get a college education?
