Hebrew Translation: And he made his grave in the family grave site (humanity), with the morally wrong sinners (wicked), and with also identified with the rich in his deadly sickness (sin), because he had labored and sacrificed for no unrighteous gain, neither was there any deceit with treachery and fraud. Comment: I love the Hebrew and Greek language Bible studies for they paint a clearer picture of God and us! Notice immediately Jesus made his grave with humanity and sin even though he had no sin! When Jesus identified with humanity and the sin of human nature he had to take on death! He also identified with the rich in his death! With Judas and the rich young ruler! Jesus said the love of money is the root of all evil. It goes on in this verse and says Jesus labored and sacrificed for no unrighteous gain! Then this verse concludes there was no deceit in him with treachery and fraud! Why did Jesus come down hard on the rich? He is warning us to love God more than money! If you love God more than money then you will give the money away and help many people! If you love money then you will hang on to it for your own hurt! Again money is not evil but the love of it is! There shall be no idol’s before us! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com

Real Fireworks! John 8:12
Greek Translation: “Then Jesus spake unto them, saying, I am the light of the day that is never quenched! I am the light of the sum of all person’s that have ever lived or ever will live! He that moves quickly following me in time shall not walk in the darkness of unhappiness and ruin but shall have my light in your life, in your spirit and soul.” Comment: Notice Jesus light will never be quenched though much of the world tries to snuff out the light! As the fireworks are going off in our neighborhood it is beginning to rain! This light is temporary and will die with the rain! The word life used here in this passage means the soul and spirit set apart from the physical body! Jesus is speaking to the eternal parts of us of soul and spirit! The first time light is used in our Bible is at creation in Genesis 1:3. The Hebrew word used there is associated with Salvation, prosperity, wisdom and justice! Do you notice Jesus is the fulfillment of all of these characteristics! Our life is to embody this nature of God! Since Jesus defeated sin for us on Calvary the door is open to us to receive the nature of God with all His attributes! Receive His Holy Spirit and all His love He has demonstrated to you on the Cross! Live in His power, salvation, prosperity, wisdom and justice! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Revolt Against God! Isaiah 53:5
Hebrew Translation: “He was profaned, defiled, polluted, and violence was done against him to establish the law of God! He did this for our wicked revolt against God! He was tortured, crushed, afflicted and humbled for our perverse criminal actions! The rebuke, discipline and correction of our peace was upon him!”
No Firemen in Hell Isaiah 53:4
Hebrew and Greek Translation: “Surely he has taken away and carried off our griefs as a horse carries us off away from danger! He also carried off our sorrows! We did count and judge his crippled body through violence with touching him as Adam and Eve touched the forbidden fruit! He was pierced and slain and afflicted by God to establish a hold up against the judgment of sin.” Comment: The Septuagint is the Greek translation of the Old Testament. Using this resource will sometimes help us to get a little more insight into the scriptures! Use every resource you can to understand what God is trying to tell us! James and Hamsa Sasse. Humility Versus Pride! Isaiah 53:2
Hebrew Translation: “For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of the dry inhabitant’s of the earth, he has no form nor beauty nor majestic excellence and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we desire him as we did the forbidden tree in the Garden of Eden that brought death to the human race.”
Sprinkle the Nations? Isaiah 52:15
Hebrew Translation: “So shall he sprinkle, gush, spatter, startle with the execution of his whole hand the nations to cleanse them from sin! To sprinkle with his blood; the idol Kings shall stop their speech at him for that which they had not celebrated they shall see; and that which they had not heard intelligently with undivided attention they shall perceive and understand intelligently.”
Disfigured for You! Isaiah 52:14
Hebrew Translation; “As many as were astonished at thee! We grew numb seeing your devastation! We were appalled and in despair as your appearance was ruined beyond recognition! We were left speechless! We could not comprehend what was done to you? Your appearance was marred more than any individual human being that has ever lived! Your form was deformed more than any descendent of Adam!” Comment: Jesus was taken to trial by the Mueller team with Clinton and Obama lawyers! Their effort was to make him illegitimate! He was illegally arrested, tried and convicted by a political sham! He was tortured, abused, mocked and not recognized when they got through with him! He was betrayed and abandoned by all the descendants of Adam! So today the same narrative carries on in the 21st Century! Only today Satan can only get to Jesus through his followers! Whether it be the Islamists beheading Christians or progressives trying to get political power to come after us the results are the same! Remember as the world persecutes us God prospers us! The world does not understand the peace, love and joy Christ gives his followers! The blessings are way beyond the temporal persecutions of today! Those that hate Christ have never experienced his love! Once you experience his love you will never hate him! He died and rose again for his enemies! For their sin! There are those who will try to persecute him again by persecuting his followers! This life is very short! Everything good God intended for you! Mock him for how long? Eternity is a long time without Christ! Change your history and future today by choosing Christ! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
God Plant’s Word’s First! Isaiah 51:16
Hebrew Translation: “I have put my words the Ten Commandments into the border of your mouth, and have concealed thee in the shadow of my hand with power and strength, that I may plant the heavens and lay the foundation of the earth, and say unto Israel, unto Jerusalem, thou art my people.” Comment: God has planted his words into the mouth of the Jews even before creation! Remember John 1:1? In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. God’s Word established the world! It is the first cause of everything! Notice God has concealed the Jews from their enemies! He has given them power and strength over their enemies! They are the head and not the tail. When God’s Word lives in your heart, soul and mind then we become his people! God gives us a new heart! His heart! Jesus said we must be born again! A new creation where sin no longer controls us! Our flesh is defeated and God’s Spirit rules the day within us! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Look Up Zion! Jerusalem! Isaiah 51:6
Hebrew Translation: “Lift up your face, eyes, voice and soul and accept the census taken in Heaven! Look to my lofty Heaven where my rainbow defines my archway to my dwelling place! Look upon the earth that dwells underneath me and my people of Zion! The Heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment. They that dwell therein shall wither, decay and die an unnatural death because of sin! However my salvation of victory over death, prosperity, comfort and safety shall be forever! The forever that is hidden from your sight right now but was before the beginning of the world! Your vanishing point will be your new beginning where my righteousness of justice and honesty shall not be confounded, broken or despaired with fear!” Comment: Isaiah was preparing the Jews 650 years before the birth of Jesus Christ for their Messiah! Easter Commentaries Luke 23:43
“And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee. Today thou shalt be with me in paradise.” Comment: So where is paradise? The Greek word means Eden, the future place of happiness! The Hebrew equivalent means a forest or fruit orchard. So the word paradise describes the Garden of Eden! Remember when Adam and Eve sinned against God they were cast out of the Garden of Eden! Then an Angel with a flaming sword was placed at the east entrance not allowing any human to eat of the Tree of Life! We know that sin and Eternal Life cannot co-exist together! Everyone will chose one but without the other! Only Jesus could make this promise to the thief on the Cross because Jesus was the Tree of Life! He was hung on a Cross to provide you an entrance back into the Garden of Eden for an eternity! A garden with no sin because of His sacrifice for our sin on the Cross! The entrance fee has been paid with His own blood! Adam and Eve sacrificed animals in the Garden to try to cover their sin! But the blood of animals was not enough! The blood of God’s only Son was the only blood that would atone for our sin! The thief on the Cross might have been the first human to re-enter the Garden of Eden! James and Hamsa Sasse.
