Love Hate Relationship!

The State particularly the Democrats love the church when they follow their installed rules of silence when it comes to supporting political candidates who oppose Biblical values and others who support Biblical values! The church is bought off with money from a tax exempt status for shutting up! However after the church in their silence of cultural war issues and the candidates supporting each side when the Democrats win an election they want to shut down the church completely after using their silence to their advantage! The Trump installed three conservative new members of the Supreme Court by a slim 5-4 decision prevented the State in New York and our other 49 States from shutting down the church! The biggest rub to the Democrats about the church is two fold! They hate Biblical morality and a church that pays no taxes! For the church with the left possibly taking over the Executive branch and possibly a majority in the Senate their cake is going to be taken away! To pay taxes would be better than losing our free speech Constitutional rights to support and name political candidates who support Biblical values! Why Hate?

1 John 3:13 “Marvel not my brethern, if the world hate you.” Commentary: Wow! Are you surprised? The word brethren here translated from the Greek means born of the same womb! That is not of natural birth but a supernatural birth! Jesus said we must be born again! A second birth! These are the ones the world hates however those in the church who are not born again will also hate those that Christ has resurrected from their natural birth! We are not of this world we are from another Kingdom with a King who is eternal and has all power over death, hell and the grave! We are presently in this world but not of this world! We are in love with Christ and do his will in the earth! The world hates you because they hate Christ! He is a curse word to the world! The scriptures say if you love the world the love of God is not in you! God loves the world so much he suffered a horrible death on a Cross for it! We like God love the lost who hate us understanding all must make or have made a choice about him! If the love of the Cross will not draw them what will? The scriptures declare count it all joy when you are persecuted for my names sake! Yes joy in suffering! Why? Because we know our final outcome! Your obituary reads raised from the dead! My refuge is in Christ! Through the Coronavirus and every other challenge Satan can throw at me! Christ defeated our last foe death! I walk with him and he talks with me and tells me I am his own! He restores my soul! He refreshes me in a dry stale world! A world that is dying! We have the good news in the midst of bad news! I trust the living among the dead! He is raising me from the dead! The empty tomb! The judge of the living and the dead took my judgment upon himself on the Cross! I am a pen of a ready writer proclaiming his love to the world! Do you trust in Christ and him alone? Are you in his Ark safe from the storms? He hideth my soul in the cleft of the rock! Is your boat rocking from the storms of life? Sinking? Invite Jesus into your boat! He will calm the storms! The Coronavirus does not have the last say in your life! Death will never hold you in the grave! He has risen! Walk by faith and not by sight! This natural world was created by the supernatural! Death is natural but life supernatural! Do you trust this natural world but the supernatural God who created it? Trust not your own efforts but the completed work of God on the Cross! We can never earn this gift! We just have to receive it! The Christmas gift is in the Tree of Life! The first tree you chose is not working so try the fruit of this tree! Hate Crimes?

Isaiah 5:20-21  Hebrew Translation: “Woe unto them that think, call and declare evil with its moral deficiency and injury morally good, and the morally good as evil or morally deficient; that put darkness with misery, falsehood, ignorance with judgment for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter with sadness and judgment for sweet and sweet for bitter.” Comment: I thought all crimes are hate crimes? This scripture is never better illustrated than what is going on with the political left promoting the evils of homosexuality, gay marriage, lesbianism, abortion, transgenderism and sex change for children and adults! This is a war on God! God hates sin but loves the sinner! In fact God hates sin so much that he sacrificed his only Son on a Cross for you! What God calls sin is final! So the left enacts civil laws that legalize sin and criminalize Christianity! Without repentance there is no forgiveness of sin! The Bible defines sin! All of its activity! If we try to changes laws that oppose God and his laws then we will be on the losing end of eternity! Islam is a religion that denies they are sinners! Politicians make laws that deny they are sinners! No repentance no forgiveness! Only judgment! In their eyes evil is good and good evil! This sin goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden! I call it the Garden of Evil! Satan called God evil and himself good as he explained it to Eve! The war on women began here! The same thing they did with Jesus on the Cross! Murder the innocent and free the guilty! Sanctuary cities and criminal reform is letting the guilty go free to do more crimes on the innocent Americans! The real hate crime is to reject the Savior! This is the unpardonable sin because he took your judgment of death on himself! To reject this is to take your own judgment! That judgment is eternal fire! Choose Christ and Heaven or Satan and Hell! Who Are They? Revelation 2:6

Who are the Nicolaitians? The word in the Greek means the conqueror of the people! Specifically in the Church of God! They are only referred to twice in the Book of Revelation. Both the church at Ephesus and the Church at Pergamos had the same problem! (Verse 2:15). The Nicolaitians were Bishops and prelates of the church gaining a triumphal victory over the laity! This is the very sin that brought forth the Reformation! It is mostly responsible for all our denominational and non-denominational churches around the world! The Nicolaitians compelled and forced church members to submit to the arbitrary dominion of men who have become the ones which the eternal hates! The Apostle Peter warned us that those who are leaders among God’s people must not dominate the faith of others but rather exhort them to do right! (1 Peter 5:1-3). The Nicolaitians are people in the church who have established a hierarchy of power and dominion under a government of ecclesiastical rulers! Comment: Yes! God hates these folks! Correction is very different from condemnation! We take the word disciple from the word discipline. Jesus used the techniques of correction and commendation very effectively! We as parents either tend to over correct and under commend or over commend and under correct! Everything I do cannot be right and everything I do cannot be wrong! That is why I need a Savior! My experience in ministry over the past 45 years has shown me people do not like to submit to authority! This is the nature of Satan! Most people will submit to authority if commended and corrected in love! However some will never! Hell is reserved for these folks! Why will some never submit? Because they want to replace God! This explains why the world is a war! War on God! Jesus asked the churches at Ephesus and Pergamos to repent! Sunday our Pastor Oscar Cope made an important point to us in his sermon! It Was Fun! Luke 6:22-23

These were the words of Tom Brady quarterback of the New England Patriots at the end of his interview last night after their Sunday night football game win over the Pittsburg Steelers! This game was really a hard fought battle with both teams having to send players to the hospital during the game! Hopefully not with career ending injuries! Brady himself was body slammed to the ground by 300 pound plus linemen! So what was fun? Was it the pain, injuries, training or uncertainty of every game? Was it the risk of a career ending injury or death? It was the winning! The sacrifices are then forgotten! Do we have the child like excitement about Christmas? About giving? About receiving? Is it fun? In Luke chapter six Jesus is well past the manger scene! He is preparing his players for the game ahead! Jesus told His 12 players that they are going to hate you, isolate you, reproach you and call you evil because of me! Like NFL players they are going to sack you! But Jesus said to rejoice in that day! Leap for joy! You guys just won the Super Bowl! Your reward is great in Heaven! Your fathers the prophets suffered the same things! We do not like to think about suffering during the Christmas season! Yet that is why He came! To suffer for us! To make our lives fun and meaningful with purpose! To win! Losers made winners! The victory parade for you is going on in Heaven right now! While running your race sometimes the pain seems unbearable! Give your pain to Jesus! He became a curse for you! He took your pain upon Himself! We are on the same team! Jesus disciples except John all crossed the finish line with martyrdom! John was boiled in oil and then exiled to a stone quarry for slaves on the island of Patmos! They all looked beyond the finish line towards the goal and their and your victory in Christ! Those that have gone before us have prepared a way for us! Give a sacrificial gift to someone this Christmas as we were given the gift of a little baby boy born in a manger in Bethlehem! The Rich Hate Him! The Poor Love Him!

Has anything changed in 2000 years? Here is a comment in Pontius Pilate’s letter to Tiberius Caesar’s describing the Crucifixion of Jesus that happened under his provincial authority: “The rich Jews hated Him and curse him behind his back and call him an Egyptian necromancer! The poor people love him and claim him as their King and deliverer from Roman authority!” Comment: In America today it is the rich atheistic Jews in Hollywood, Media, commerce and Political positions who are trying to stomp Jesus name out of American culture! However not the orthodox Jews as they support conservative values! The same spiritual battle carries on in 21st Century America as it did in 1st Century Palestine! The poor love him and the rich hate him? Why? The rich trust in their wealth and the poor trust in their Savior! I saw the same thing in India the 3 years we lived there! However there are some rich people who do not love money but Christ as Joseph of Armithea did! We find some Pastor’s who compromise the Gospel for money and book sales! Do we need another Book beside the Bible? I think not! If the millions of dollars spent on books about Jesus would be spent on missions I think the world would be better evangelized and faster! However I would rather see this money spent on books about Jesus that spent on stuff we do not need! The important point here to know your Bible otherwise a book about Jesus could deceive you unless you know the Bible! If you spend all your time reading  books about the Bible and not the Bible you are ripe for deception! The discernment you need only comes from the Word of God! James and Hamsa Sasse. Are Atheist Really Atheist?

Not really! This is my finding as i debate them across America in colleges and universities! They are really angry at God? What triggered it? Maybe an abusive childhood, poverty, abandoned by their father or a tragic death of a parent! This pent up anger is released by creating an alternative world where God does not exist! Then they get further even with God by gathering young disciples to follow them! So they get teaching jobs in colleges and universities where you send your children to them to get a college education! After years of exposure to these teachers your child graduates and has a degree but hates God! No longer a disciple of Jesus? Where have i failed? You find your children hate God just like their masters! This is the cultural war we are in today! War has been declared on God! I want to compare the story of the lion and the lion tamer! Who is the most powerful in the cage? The lion but he does not know it? So the guy with the little stick and the chair pushes the lion around! The lion could destroy this guy in about 3 seconds! The Christians are the lion and the secularist are the guys with the little sticks poking and intimidating them! The Christians do not know their power so they sit there and take it! They cave in when challenged! The atheist also accuse me of creating an alternative world! They say i create a heaven as a means of escape from reality where there is no war, sickness, disease and death! They tell me heaven does not exist! Then i explain to them that the Bible also speaks about Hell. How about that alternative world? Hell is a place where those that create Hell on earth will have a place after death to continue their work! Dinesh D’Souza
