Book of Life! Revelation 13:8

“And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names defined by their character are not written in the Book of Life of the male lamb slain from the foundation of the world set in order by God.” Comment: Your name has an address! Just one of two possible residences! Heaven or Hell? Everyone is going to worship someone! It is our God given nature to worship! Satan has perverted this worship and tries to divert this worship to himself! He lies and creates fake news that God is no good and unworthy of worship! He told Jesus if you will just bow down and worship me I will give you all the Kingdoms of this world! Jesus rebuked the tempter with scriptures! It is written… We must do the same when confronting Satan! Who we worship determines our destiny! Your Bible will reveal to you who God is and who Satan is! You will be given the ability to discern them! God’s love is revealed and Satan’s evil is revealed! Once you discern who God is he will enable you to go on the offensive against Satan! You will be able to discern the anti-Christ spirit in popular culture and the false ideologies of men! Whether your name is written down in the Book of Life is determined by what you do with God’s Book down here on earth! The Bible! Believe it in faith or reject it in rebellion? To worship the one who loves you and has saved you is wise! To worship the one who wants to destroy you is suicide! Do not be a Judas! Satan deceives the world through pride! Pride goes before the fall. Pride leads one to exalt oneself over God! Pride leads to trusting self over God! We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us! Salvation does not come by going around Christ but by going through him! Sometimes we can trust the gifts rather than the giver of the gifts! Success can separate us from God! The rich young ruler! Where I failed is where I came back to God! Does God want us to fail? No! When my parents wanted me to do my homework I told them I was too smart to study! I know more than the teachers! The road to failure is pride! I do not need God! I can make it on my own! Then when I got failing grades i blamed the teacher! That is what we do with God! We blame God when Satan is the source of our failure! When God blesses us we sometimes take the credit upon ourselves and steal his glory! Satan always tries to blame God for his evil! That is what the Cross is about! Our outcome is determined by what we do with Jesus Christ! Is he just a curse word to you? Your eternity is determined by who you worship! It is your choice! A choice is always determined between two! Two Kingdoms! Two destinies! Good or evil! Heaven or Hell! Christ or the Anti-Christ! We have today but what about tomorrow? Salvation in Tribulation!

Book of Revelation. Comment: The good news of the coming seven year Tribulation period is that many Jews and Gentiles will come to Christ during this point in the future! They will be martyred by the Anti-Christ but make Heaven and escape the second death! They will be washed in the Blood of the Lamb and given white robes as a covering! Notice when Christ opens the seven seals of the Book judgment is released upon the earth! Yet those that have accepted Christ in the earth are sealed in his blood and are redeemed! You see the question is not about physical death for we will all pass through this event but the real question is what awaits us on the other side of death? Christ has sealed you from judgment if you are in him! So in your life right now you are either sealed in salvation through Christ or you are unsealed in judgment! Is you name written down in the Book of Life? This truth holds true whether in the Tribulation period or before it right now! God’s truth transcends time! God has not changed but we must change! In fact you do not have the power to change yourself but God does! If we confess our sin he is faithful and just to forgive your sin! Notice here that the angels were instructed to withhold judgment until the servants of God were marked or sealed in their foreheads! The unbelievers will also take a mark on their foreheads to identify them that belong to Satan! So at this time everyone living on earth will have a mark identifying to whom they belong! Two distinct marks that will reveal who they are! No more hiding in the closet! We as a believer are sealed by Christ right now! Sealed for salvation by his blood! The unbelievers unsealed ripe for judgment! So what would these marks look like? Remember Sodom and Gomorrah? The homosexual capital of the world at that time! Interestingly today who is promoting homosexuality? The Anti-Christ will be a homosexual! Satan is promoting this in preparation for the one world government leader! So when the death angel passed over these cities what was the sign that caused the death angel to pass over them and spare the residents of the cities? Remember this is Old Testament! You had to take the blood of a lamb and strike the two side posts and the top post of your front door! This blood was in the form of a Cross! Remember Rahab and the red scarlet cloth hung out her window to escape judgment! The mark on the forehead will be in the shape of a Cross and red color but more important they will have the mind of Christ which is internal and eternal! What will the Mark of the Beast look like? His number shall add up to 666! Six is the number of man! I believe the False Prophet will represent Islam! The Trinity of Islam is Allah, the Quran and Mohammad! Two Beast’s!

There are two very different beast’s mentioned in the Book of the Revelation! That is there are two different Greek words used in this Book used to translate our same English word “Beast.” Why is this important? Because if you think the four beast’s described around the Throne of God is the same Beast in the” Mark of the Beast” mentioned later in this Book you will not understand the scriptures! This is why I suggest if you want to be a student of the Word and show yourself approved then get yourself a Hebrew-Greek Study Bible! I have several but my latest I got on Ebay for 10 dollars! Used but not a single mark on the book? It sat on a Book shelf or in a storage container for 30 years! It is well marked up now! So how many different Hebrew words in the Old Testament are used to translate our English word “Beast”? There are seven different words from the Hebrew! Let us pick up on the two Greek words used for “Beast” in the Book of Revelation. The first word used in the description of the four beasts worshiping around the Throne of God is Strong’s #2226. This word translates as a living creature created by God and the images are of a lion, calf, man and an eagle. The word for Beast used to describe the “Mark of the Beast” is the Strong’s #2342. This word in the Greek translates as a viper or poisonous snake! So the people during the tribulation when they take the Mark of the Beast on their foreheads will look like they are snake bit! You may know people today who act like they are snake bit? So when your critics who want to challenge your faith ask you how can both of these beast’s be the same for God and Satan you will have an answer! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com

Vanity Fair! Revelation 2:13

Jesus said Antipas is my faithful martyr! Antipas was the Bishop of the church at Pergamos during the reign of Roman Emperor Domitian. The Apostle John ordained Antipas as Bishop of the church at Pergamos. Antipas was burned inside an idol which was a bull shaped copper structure. His crime was casting out demons worshipped by the local population! Some of the hero’s of the Faith are listed in Hebrews Chapter eleven! Stephen was a faithful martyr listed in the Book of Acts! Antipas was most likely a Greek who converted to Christianity. Antipas is the shortened name of Antipater. Remember that was the name of one of Alexander the Great successful Generals. (397-319 B.C.). Remember Herod the Great was known by this name! Jesus will avenge the blood of the Saints! Why did Jesus call Pergamum Satan’s Seat? Even Ephesus with all of its advantages with the Great Temple and bustling port, could not match the importance of the once royal seat of the Attalids! Situated on a scenic acropolis Pergamum was embellished with the largest number of Greek and Roman Temples in the whole of Asia Minor! Examples are Zeus, Athena, Apollo, Demetia, Dionysis and Aphrodite. On another site was housed the largest Aesclepium of the Empire. Its library of two hundred thousand volumes rivaled the renowned library in Alexandria! The eminent Doctor Galen was among her favorite sons! Roman Emperors came to seek healing at the famous Aesclelpium!  Aesclepium was honored as the god of healing in the classical world. When the cult of “Dominus et Deus”, was initiated at Pergamum, the great Basilica was erected, adding to the rostrum of numerous idol Temples! The visitor today Bergama (Turkish name of the present day city), will see the immense structure at the edge of the bustling center. Basilica became the monument of vice and cruelty! Every citizen was forced to burn a few grains of incense here and worship the Emperor of Deus. Then they would proceed to their preferred practice a common syncetistic act which never lacked its double-faced devotees! For anyone who refused to submit to this profane practice death was imminent! Where as the Temple of Zeus was referred by the early Christians as the “Seat of Satan”, the appellation was later transferred to this center where some Christians felt compelled to pay obeisance! Christ and his Cross was raised up over “Satan’s Seat”, to defeat Satan the eternal enemy of man! This battle rages on today between the One True God and the millions of the gods of men! Who Are They? Revelation 2:6

Who are the Nicolaitians? The word in the Greek means the conqueror of the people! Specifically in the Church of God! They are only referred to twice in the Book of Revelation. Both the church at Ephesus and the Church at Pergamos had the same problem! (Verse 2:15). The Nicolaitians were Bishops and prelates of the church gaining a triumphal victory over the laity! This is the very sin that brought forth the Reformation! It is mostly responsible for all our denominational and non-denominational churches around the world! The Nicolaitians compelled and forced church members to submit to the arbitrary dominion of men who have become the ones which the eternal hates! The Apostle Peter warned us that those who are leaders among God’s people must not dominate the faith of others but rather exhort them to do right! (1 Peter 5:1-3). The Nicolaitians are people in the church who have established a hierarchy of power and dominion under a government of ecclesiastical rulers! Comment: Yes! God hates these folks! Correction is very different from condemnation! We take the word disciple from the word discipline. Jesus used the techniques of correction and commendation very effectively! We as parents either tend to over correct and under commend or over commend and under correct! Everything I do cannot be right and everything I do cannot be wrong! That is why I need a Savior! My experience in ministry over the past 45 years has shown me people do not like to submit to authority! This is the nature of Satan! Most people will submit to authority if commended and corrected in love! However some will never! Hell is reserved for these folks! Why will some never submit? Because they want to replace God! This explains why the world is a war! War on God! Jesus asked the churches at Ephesus and Pergamos to repent! Sunday our Pastor Oscar Cope made an important point to us in his sermon! Christ! Servant! King!

There is no King who has not had a slave among his ancestors! There is no slave who has not had a King among his ancestors! Helen Keller, Deaf, Mute, Blind, Writer, Author.  Comment: When Helen was introduced to Christ and Christianity she said I knew he was with me all the time but I did not know his name! Helen said her greatest pleasures were curiosity and imagination! We were all made in the image or imagination of God! Curiosity is about the awe and wonder of God! She also said the only excuse humans had for being in this world is to help others! In regards for a Texas school board removing Helen and Hillary Clinton from their text books we must remember we should not change history to fit our prejudices! I am not a fan of Hillary Clinton! I would not consider a role model for my children! However we cannot have a Democrat history book and a Republican history book! History must be reported as unbiased as possible to our children! History must not be changed or the history of people must not be ignored! Even though Hellen leaned towards socialism I believe it was more towards a spirit of helping others not overthrowing present systems of Government with revolution! See! Hear! Write! Revelation 1:11

There are only two kinds of books you will read while living here on earth! The first category of books are those that support the Kingdom of God and his Christ! The second category are those books that oppose the Kingdom of God and his Christ! So the question you should ask yourself is does this book support or deny the kingdom of God and his Christ? You know the old saying you can never judge a book by its cover! The cover of every book ever written is either hiding the truth or a lie! The uncovering of the Book of Revelation uncovers the Truth of Jesus Christ! Either sin or righteousness will author every book that has ever been written! Sin cannot be defeated if it is exalted! Sin can be defeated and is defeated by the Christ that was the substitute sacrifice for your sin! For my sin! If we will confess our sin God is faithful to forgive our sin! To confess your sin to Christ is to uncover your sin before God! If we will do this then our names are written down in another Book! Your name is recorded in the Book of Life in Heaven! This Book will be opened at the Judgment Seat of Christ! If your name is not there it would be better if you had not been born! Remember any man or woman that rejects Christ will write a book to oppose Christ so that others would follow them and reject Christ! Hell loves company! Do not let the Kingdom of Darkness abort your Salvation! Herod like many others tried to abort Jesus! Herod got out his knives and swords the master abortionist and cut the womb of every pregnant woman in Bethlehem! Jesus was preserved by God to be the voluntary sacrifice on the Cross for our sin! All of God’s love for us is recorded in a Book called the Bible! The Book of Revelation reveals Jesus Christ as Savior and Judge of the world! For all of his creation! For his church!
