A cloud is simply water vapor that condenses into rain, snow, ice particles or fog. Clouds at night reflect heat and keep the earth warmer. During the day clouds shade the earth and keep it cooler. On our other planets in our solar system clouds are not made up of water vapor. For example Jupiter has clouds made up of ammonia gas. The clouds on our other planets will not support life. The Bible has 108 verses that speak about clouds. You need to have a cloud to have a rainbow! Remember in Creation God moved upon the waters! Jesus walked on water! The Jews in their wilderness wandering were provided a cloud by day for protection! The Tabernacle was covered in a cloud! God spoke to Moses in the midst of a cloud on Mount Sinai. When the cloud moved the tribes of Israel moved! God’s GPS was a cloud! Remember the cloud at the transfiguration? Jesus ascended into a cloud! Jesus will return in a cloud! The two Prophets in Revelation will ascend into a cloud! God turns water into clouds and clouds into water! Noah was saved by water and the earth destroyed by water! There was a cloud over the earth at Calvary! Today when you see a cloud in the sky think on these things! God is Faithful to you and look up for your redemption draweth nigh! Thankyou. Who is the Woman? Revelation Chapter 17
It is believed the woman represents a religious system! She has birthed many religious systems! She is not a virgin but has many religious partners! Notice that the woman is drunk with the blood of the Saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus! She feeds on the blood of the Saints! These religious systems reject the Blood of Jesus for atonement yet feed on the blood of His followers! It was religion that killed Jesus and religion that martyrs the Saints today! “I AM That I AM” Exodus 3:14
The Hebrew word, “Hayath” means to exist, to be, to become, to happen, to come to pass and to be done! An important point here is the word is a verb and not a noun! The name represents action! The word suggests the timelessness of God who is the foundation of all existence. In Revelation 1:4, it is said of Christ, “Him which is, and which was, and which is to come.” Jesus said in John 8:58, “Before Abraham was, I AM.” This Greek word, “Eimi” for “AM”, is also a verb of existence, to be and to have existence. Who was Polycarp? A.D. 69-155
He was a disciple and personal companion of the Apostle John. As a youth he studied at the Apostle’s feet and was ordained as Bishop of Smyrna. Some scholars believe that the Angel of the Church at Smyrna mentioned in the Book of Revelation was referring to Polycarp. Our Lord had no criticism for the Church at Smyrna and told them that they were rich! Their tribulation and poverty was translated into wealth of spirit! Polycarp lived to be about 87 years old and was martyred in 155 A.D. To escape martyrdom he only would have had to say, “Caesar is Lord.” Polycarp was a powerful leader both living and dying! Reply; “Eighty six years I have served Christ, and He never did me any wrong! How can I blaspheme my King who saved me?” Polycarp who was a disciple of the Apostle John was burned at the stake in 156 A.D. in Smyrna Turkey. Remember the message Jesus gave to the church in Smyrna some 60 years earlier? Revelation 2:9– “I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, but thou art rich and I know the blasphemy of them that say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.” Another Caesar Constantine about 150 years after Polycarp bowed his knee and confessed Jesus Christ as Lord! Christianity then became the official religion of the Roman Empire! Recently thousands of Christians have been martyred across the world before being asked, “Just say Mohammad is Lord!” Who is your Lord? In The Beginning! Genesis 1:1
This word has the honor of being the first word written in the Bible! Often the word denotes the point in time or space when something is started, except when it specifies the point when time and space themselves were started as expressed in Isaiah 46:10. It is interesting that the last word in the Bible is “Amen.” Amen is a declaration which means to be faithful, constant, firm and reliable. Remember in the Book of Revelation Jesus said, “I am the beginning and the end!” The word beginning here meaning the first and the word last meaning the finality. The word last also denotes a union as in the Trinity! Are you in union with Christ? If you are then it means you get in on everything from the beginning to the end! It means you ride the waves of victory over the storms of life! Walk on the water with Him or sink! You can try to build your own boat but the best designed ships are at the bottom of the ocean! The God that created the sea can carry you as Peter learned! Do not try to begin or end your life without Christ! If you try you will fail! Christ Promotes Beheaded Christians! Revelation 20:4
John the Baptist was beheaded along with James the Son of Zebedee and the Apostle Paul. How many Christians have been beheaded since Christ in history? It is in the millions! The Koran allows Muslims to behead unbelievers! We do not have the exact number of Christians beheaded in Iraq and Syria this past year but it estimated in the thousands! This includes women and children! We have millions of Christians who have left these area’s with just the clothes on their backs! Christ promises that during His millennial reign this special group of people will reign with Him during this one thousand year period! If John the Baptist is the least in the Kingdom of God we know that Jesus does not give away promotions! I am not saying you should have a Martyr complex but let God take you to the pinnacle of His will and purpose for your life wherever that leads! Wine and Roses when Jesus Returns? Revelation 19:11-21
Not exactly! All of us have to be careful not to cherry pick the scriptures! That is believe the scripture we best like and forget the rest of them! We need the whole counsel of God! Each verse and chapter of the Bible is like a snap shot of God. If you put all the photo’s together of God you get the big picture! How many photo’s are in your album? Remember words form images! We were created in the Image of God! The images you see here on earth were formed by the Word of God! Creation formed by the Word of God! Images can also form words but that is where deception can come from! Have you ever heard of the Jefferson Bible? Thomas Jefferson tore out every page of the Bible he did not believe! So he ended up with a very thin Bible called the Jefferson Bible. How thin is your Bible? The show down between Heaven and Hell on earth is described in Revelation Chapter 19. Yes, Matt Dillon is in Dodge City on main street facing off with a gun slinger! The streets are empty but the buzzards are circling above! Jesus tells Satan, “Heads I win tails you lose!” Remember war started in Heaven and will end here on earth! The war that will really end all war! Are there really horses in Heaven? My revelation of 2014 was that everything we see on earth was first in Heaven! The armies of Heaven will follow Jesus to earth for the fight! Wait a minute here? I do not want to join the Army? My Pastor told me I would die rich and famous? Christ is going to smite the nations and rule them with of iron! What an Evangelism program! Hold it? I thought it was going to be a peace rally with all of us smoking pot? I thought that Jesus was that little milk toast guy timid and shy? I thought I was going to play a violin in Heaven docked on a cloud? What is the supper of our Great God? Who is for supper? The flesh of Kings! The flesh of Captains! The flesh of mighty men! The flesh of horses and the flesh of all men both free and bond! The Kings of the earth get together with their Armies to war against Christ and His Armies! This will be the Super Bowl of Super Bowls! Then the beast or dragon (Anti-Christ), with the False Prophet (World Religious Leader), who did miracles and his followers marked with the mark of the beast will go to a Global Warming Conference! What is the Book? Revelation 1:11
The Book here is the Book of Revelation! Notice that when Christ gave this Revelation to John he was to immediately release this to the seven churches in Asia. God puts a priority on “His Church” and “His Body” and does not leave us in the dark! The world is in darkness and like the navigator told the pilot we are making very good time but I do not know where we are? We are so Blessed in the Body of Christ to know future events and are not taken by surprise when history unfolds before us. History confirms the Bible both past, present and future!
