Only Christ is Able to do This for You!

Jude 1:24 “Now unto him that is able to {keep} you from falling, and to present you [faultless] before the presence of his [glory] with [exceeding joy].” Commentary: Only He is able to do this because he is not mortal man but God! Power over death and hell! Eternal with no beginning nor any end! The word ‘keep’ used in this passage of scripture means to guard you as a shepherd guards his sheep from the wolves that want to devour them! He places a hedge of protection around you and no plague shall come near you! Even though I am surrounded by coronavirus, homosexuality, lesbianism, transgenderism, prostitution, lawlessness, drugs, violence, woke culture, open borders, he protects me from this evil! Remember what David said in the Psalms? Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death i will fear no evil! David was saying even though I am surrounded by evil I will not partake of any of it! Christ will protect you from the sin plague of life! How does Christ present you faultless to the Father? He was without fault sinless to become the perfect sacrifice for your sin or faults! The Father sees you through the blood covering of his Son! What is the presence of God’s glory? It is to see Christ himself! To see him in reality of who he is not the lies men spread about him! The reality of his image and his character! Perfect, sacrificial love giving himself on a Cross for the faults of men! A Savior and only Savior to a lost and dying world! Exceeding joy is a gladness of the heart accepted of the beloved with an eternity to enjoy his presence! My eternity began 47 years ago when I accepted him as Savior! Has your eternity begun yet with Christ? The wailing and gnashing of teeth described at his second coming demonstrates the reaction of those who have rejected him! Only God Can Do This!

Colossians 4:5  Greek Translation: “Walk following Christ in wisdom with the knowledge that your relationship to God differentiating between spiritual wisdom and worldly wisdom understanding true wisdom comes from God. Walk in wisdom to those outside or strangers to the covenant promises knowing Christ has purchased our time through salvation.” Commentary: If we miss Christ in our journey here on earth we have wasted our life in the time here and the costly sacrifice God has made for you! At the time or point in our life where we denounce our sin and accept Christ our entire time here on earth is purchased back! Christ then has saved you from your past, present and future sin! He is the same yesterday, today and forever! Whether you find Christ at ten years old or one hundred years old your lost or wasted time is purchased back! It is though as you have never sinned! The thief on the Cross is one of the best examples! He had just a few minutes to live yet he received Christ as his Savior then Jesus told him this day you will be in paradise with me! His whole life and wasted time in sin was purchased back! The other thief on the Cross rejected Christ so his entire life was wasted here on earth and his eternity separated from God forever! There is only one choice on earth that has eternal consequences! What do you do with Jesus Christ? Everyone including you have either rejected him or accepted him! Only Two Ways! Romans 6:4

Hot or cold, right or wrong, abundance or lack, day or night, peace or war, light or darkness, freedom or slavery, innocent or guilty, satisfied or hungry, sight or blind, righteousness or evil, rain or drought, honor or dishonor, marriage or divorce, male or female, respect or disrespect, love or hate, creation or evolution, incarnation or reincarnation, birth or abortion, legal or illegal, citizen or alien, law or lawlessness, obedience or disobedience, loyalty or rebellion, authority or anarchy, heaven or hell, death or resurrection, burial or cremation and forgiveness or guilt. There are only one of two ways God cleanses or purifies his creation! Either through judgment or redemption! Which way he uses on you depends on what you do with his Son Jesus Christ! There is a way that seems right unto a man but those ways lead to death! The opposite of eternal life is eternal death! The choice is in our own hands! It would be foolish to reject those hands who were nailed on the Cross for your sin who took your place as guilty! You cannot acquit yourself of your sin! Only One Foundation Will Stand Forever!

What the world calls virtue is a name and dream without Christ! The foundation of all human excellence must be laid deep in the blood of the Redeemer’s Cross and in the power of his Resurrection! Pastor Frederick Robinson (1816-1853), English Pastor  Comment: What are the names and dreams of men that lay in the dust of history? The list is great! Kingdoms that rise and fall! Hundreds of millions laid in the dust promoting the political and religious systems of this world! There is a grave for every ideology that opposes Christ! They put Christ in the grave and thought like everyone else that lived would evaporate into history! However Christ made history never to be achieved by any living mortal! Hope beyond the grave is realized to all who trust him! A forgiven mortal is good but a resurrected Saint is power! Power to live a life of Holiness not otherwise possible to mortal men! Power to live unselfishly and to love people with the love of God! No more taking but giving! No more to be served but to serve! Born again to live again for Christ! Do you have a sure foundation? Destroying Images!

To destroy images is something every revolution has been able to do! Alfred Rosenburg, Sentenced to death by hanging at the Nuremberg Trials for war crimes. Known for his rejection and hatred of Christianity! Comment: Those in America promoting the tearing down of our historical images and defacing Jewish Synagogues and removing Crosses across our land have one motive! Revolution! To destroy our existing system of government and replace it with a revolutionary government! Rebellion is in the heart of man and only Christ can heal a wounded soul! Case Against Socialism Isaiah 62:8

The Lord has sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give  thy corn to be meat for your enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for which thy has labored.  Comment: I know what the socialists will say! Well Jesus said to love your enemies! Right? Let us look at the Greek word “Agape”. This Greek word is not found in Classical Greek but is only used in revealed religion! Here is the key to this word used for our English word love! This word when used is not doing what the person loved desires but what the one who loves deems as needed by the one loved! This is central to understanding what Jesus meant! Jesus love is not based on what we want but on what we need! If people wanted Salvation then the whole world would be saved and we could close up our churches and go home! Most people are not in love with God but with the world and themselves! Ever try to sell someone what they don’t want? Like selling a comb to a bald man! However I was blind but now I see! So the Jesus standard of love is to give people what they need not what they want! Socialism is all about people getting what they want! Free stuff! Do not have to work for it let someone else do the work! Theft! Why did God invent work? Work is a sacrifice! God’s whole Kingdom is built on a sacrificial system! Work is a sacrifice! Jesus sacrificed himself on a Cross for us! God worked 6 days in creation and rested on the 7th day! Should he expect less from us? God has made provision for those who cannot work! Work is the only vehicle that brings out our gifts God has given us! We love our enemies by sharing Christ with them! Democracy Produced Adolf Hitler!

We enter parliament in order to supply ourselves, in the arsenal of democracy, with it’s own weapons. If democracy is so stupid as to give us free tickets and salaries for this bear’s work, that is it’s affair. We do not come as friends, nor even as neutrals. We come as enemies. As the wolf bursts into the flock, so we come. Joseph Goebbels, Propaganda Minister for Adolf Hitler. Comment: Democracy cannot save America! Here is a quote from one of our Founding Father’s of America: “We have no government…capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge and licentiousness would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale going through a net. Our Constitution is designed only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for any other.” President John Adams.

Are You Acceptable? Isaiah 61:2

Hebrew Translation: “To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord. The year of delight, favor, love, grace, kindness, as the pleasure of a King blessing his subjects! The year the High Priest’s sacrifices were accepted with the blood sacrifices and death accepted for our sin. The debt is now paid and the petitions or prayer requests are now heard and acted upon. And the day of vengeance when the High Priest entered the Holy of Holies and God’s rage, revenge and jealousy was poured out upon the sacrificial offering and accepted. Now after this the people can be comforted with compassion as the sacrifice for their sin has been accepted and they can take a deep breath and sigh of relief for their trespasses have been atoned for.” Comment: Today when we accept the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross for our sin this offering of God for God on  behalf of God is presented before the Father and our sin is forgiven. But what of the fate of those who reject the sacrifice of God’s only Son Jesus Christ for their sin? I would rather be a fallen angel in Hell than an unbeliever in the earth! Why? Because then they themselves become the sacrifice in judgment condemned to an eternity with their leader Satan! The one and only unpardonable sin is the rejection of Jesus Christ as their Savior! While you still have breath you can still chose Jesus Christ! But one day the opportunity in the chapter of your life will end! You are only acceptable to God through the blood sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross for your sin! Nothing else qualifies you for Heaven! No works or no efforts of your past, present or future will suffice! The Apostle Paul with all his great scholarly abilities said I only know Christ and Him crucified and nothing else! Abortion & Liberty?

Lindsey Graham Senator from South Carolina made a very important point to Judge Kavanaugh during the confirmation hearings! He asked the Judge if the word abortion can be found anywhere in our Constitution? He replied no! Lindsey then asked Judge Kavanaugh what word in our Constitution qualifies you in regard to any case before the court to render a decision? To even hear the case? The Judge said the word liberty! Senator Graham asked the Judge if he can pull any subject out of thin air and call it liberty? Comment: About 50 percent of the population of America disagree with abortion and gay marriage! Why? Because our moral code our Bible says it is a sin against God and man! Did the framers of our Constitution define liberty as the legalization of evil? Can we take a wrong and legalize it as a liberty? What standard do we use for liberty! Man’s propensity to sin cannot be used as the gold standard for morality and liberty! The Supreme Court has reversed decisions decided by earlier courts! Precedence can only be used if the first decision was right!
