Forgiven or Unforgiven? 1 John 3:6

“Whosoever [abideth] in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.” Commentary: Let us look at the word “abideth.” It means to remain in Christ! To be steadfast waiting with great expectation with patience towards circumstances and people. Jesus is the anchor to our soul! You hold fast to your faith throughout all circumstances! You trust God not men! So what scriptures come to your mind outside of this scripture? There is another scripture that says all have sinned and come short of the glory of God! How about where it says if any man say he is not a sinner he is a liar! All these scriptures are true so how do they reconcile to 1 John 3:6? Remember sin means to transgress the law! We have all broken the law except Christ! He came to fulfill the law even death on a Cross! When you abide in Christ you are abiding in his salvation! He took your judgment for your sin! When the Father sees you through the blood of Christ you are as if you had never sinned just like your Christ! The miracle of Christ in him you are a sinless sinner! There are only two kinds of people in the earth. Forgiven sinners and unforgiven sinners! Forgiven sinners in heaven and unforgiven sinners in hell. Those separated from Christ do not abide in him! Why is it some people reject the gift of eternal life with Christ? They would rather be in charge of their own hell than to submit to the authority of God and the heaven he has waiting for them! They have to keep their sin and abandon their redemption! Some would rather be in charge of hell than to be a servant in heaven! This is the same problem Lucifer or Satan had! Rebellion against God brings destruction in the earth! Riots, Burning! Looting! Murder! As long as I remain in charge does not matter how many people I sacrifice! What Jesus Wants for Christmas?

Well, it is Jesus birthday so what does he want? Since I was a little child I always was asked what I want for Christmas? The gifts were for me! I though it was all about me! Jesus gave us the greatest gift but what do with it? Do I treat the gifts as precious? Could I give Jesus more of my time? The time is not mine because he created time! Could I give him gold like the wise men? The streets of Heaven are paved with gold and besides the scriptures declare he is more precious than silver or gold! Could I pray more? He is interceding for me right now at the right hand of the Father! Could I love him more? He first loved me! Could I live for him? He gave his life for me! Could I put sinners under his Christmas tree? Could I put the lost souls of this generation under his tree? Could I present worms turned to butterfly’s under his tree? Could I help to populate Heaven and earth with Saints! Forgiven sinners? Only by his power and grace! Can I do anything without Jesus? I can sin and live a selfish life away from him! I can work death instead of life! Because of him I do not have to do that! I think the best thing I can do for Christmas is receive his gift of Salvation and eternal life and share his gift with others! Happy Birthday Jesus! Socialism

As with Christianity, the worst advertisement for socialism is its adherents! George Orwell, (Pen Name), Eric Arthur Blair (1903-1950), English Novelist, Born in Motihart, Bihar, British India.  Comment: Mr. Blair is no longer with us but I would remind him and others that the difference between the world and the Christian is that we who are in Christ are forgiven sinners and those outside of Christ are unforgiven sinners! White Indian Attack!

The Democrats better circle their wagons! Elizabeth Warren is on the war path again! Her DNA test shows she is very much white! Less than I/32nd American Indian! You have to have at least one third DNA to legally claim your racial heritage! The American Indians are really fed up with her claim! Is this her Spartacus moment? Next thing she will claim she had sex with the Lone Ranger! Remember Hillary claimed she was Puerto Rican and other races! The Democrats should probably send Elizabeth back to the reservation! Problem with that is the Indians would riot! What length will the Democrats claim to get elected? American’s are like God they do not look at what you were but who you are today! Christbook or Facebook? Revelation 20:15

So which is it? Christbook or Facebook? It is not about me or about you! It is about Christ! You can let God make it about you but first you have to make it about him! Then you are moving in the right direction to stay out of the Lake of Fire! God did make it about you on the Cross! But if you reject his sacrifice for your sin then you become the sacrifice! You do not want to go there! After I discovered Christ’s love for me then for the rest of my life I have made it about him! So is your name in his Book? Is your name written in the Book of Life? How would I know? If you shared his name on your Facebook! Is your name written down in Heaven? If it was then you would share his name on earth! I do not wish the Lake of Fire on anyone! However the choice will be yours to make! In fact it has already been made! Unless you change your mind? God asked the same question in Daniel 12:1, that he has asked you in Revelation 20:15. Have you made it all about Christ? This is the only evidence God will find in the earth! Pastor Oscar Cope our Pastor here in Georgia has been in the ministry for over 50 years! So he has seen everything there is to see in ministry! He shared with us some of the excuses people make even in the church to avoid Christ! Some say I cannot take Communion or make the trip to the Altar because Christ and God is too Holy! I know God has forgiven me but I cannot forgive myself! Really? Are you greater than God? If God has forgiven you who in the world are you? Identification with Christ can only come while you are here on the earth! Your decision for Christ is only done in this life! But it determines your next life! How could I identify with Christ on Facebook? Put some Bible verses up on it! Embarrassed what your friends might think? Then you are not saved! No secret service Christians in earth or in Heaven! What evidence is there on earth that Christ is first in your life! Do you cheat God on your tithes and offerings! Do you work on Sunday or keep the Sabbath Holy? The evidence is either for or against you! Do you love others more than yourself? Can I have it both ways? My name in God’s Book and keep my Facebook account? Yes if you put and share Christ on your account! Your Facebook account will be closed one day! Then the Book of Life will be opened in Heaven! Fools for Christ! 1 Corinthians 4:10

If I have brought any message today, it is this: Have the courage to have your wisdom regarded as stupidity. Be fools for Christ. And have the courage to suffer the contempt of the sophisticated world. Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia   Comment: This scripture in Corinthians says we are fools yet we are wise! Wise not in our own strength but wise in Christ! We are strong and honorable yet despised by the world! Why? Our future is not of this world! The world is betting on themselves we are betting on Christ! Wisdom is to have the mind of Christ! The mind of God! To understand life from an eternal perspective! Our battles are not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers of darkness! Our battles are against spiritual forces! God’s spirit and Satan’s spirit occupy flesh and blood! We stay in the fight because Christ is victory over hell and the grave! Our present and future are with him! Our past is forgiven! The world lives opposing Christ because they believe this life is all there is? So they live a life that is harmful to themselves and others! The wisdom of men is foolishness to God! Their mortal minds have limited capacity and knowledge! Man can give some knowledge but God gives Revelation! Things that are future that are shown to believer’s in Christ today! Does Satan Work for God? Isaiah 54:16

“Behold I have created the smith that bloweth the coals on the fire, that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.” Comment: Certainly Satan opposes God but by his rebellion against God does he end up working for God? We know Satan runs his own prison! No tax money needed to support! Satan knows who the sinners are! Everyone! He knows his own! He is called the accuser of the brethren! Satan wants you to live in his image! In the image of doubt, fear and death! God asked Satan have you seen my servant Job? Both God and Satan know which camp you are in! What about those that switch sides? Some Democrats become Republicans! Some Republicans become Democrats! Satan would have everyone in Hell except for one problem! It is called the Blood of the Lamb! When your sin has been forgiven the guilt, fear and condemnation is gone and you are then free to serve God and His Christ! The disciples betrayed Jesus at the Cross just like you and I would have done but Jesus forgave them and they became the foundational leaders of the Church! Without God no Heaven! Without Satan no Hell! This is the problem with atheism! Deny God and deny Hell? Come up with a religion or ideology that supports their belief there is no God! Like Marxism and Darwinism! Both were Jews and atheists! To deny their existence does not make them non-existent! If you deny God you support Satan for you deny the Atonement!
