End of Your Faith? 1 Peter 1:9

Greek Translation: “Receiving the end, goal or completion not the extinction of your faith, even the Salvation with spiritual eternal deliverance of the soul the immaterial part of men.” Comment: So what is your end game? If you have the wrong goal you end up with the wrong outcome as in the case of Mr. Epstein! Who is your faith in? Who do you trust? The world? Men? Money? Politicians? Government? Google? Media? Military? Science? Religion? Yourself? If you put your trust in the promises of God he will make good on his promises detailed in your Bible! Remember everything will perish one day! Only time will prove what is eternal! God has power over the flesh because he created all flesh! What God creates like the Heaven and the earth are under his authority! God loves and cares for his creation and is best expressed by his personal sacrifice for the redemption of men! God’s goal is to save men! Satan’s goal is to destroy men! There is a competition for the soul’s of men! So which one are you going to trust? The one that loves you or the one that hates you? Your eternity began at your first breath but will not end at your last breath! What you do with Jesus Christ determines where you spend eternity! What are you going to do with the God that became flesh and sacrificed himself for you? What are you going to do with the one who conquered death for you? If you reject the God who created you then you play into the hands of Satan who wants to destroy you! God has delivered us from ourselves! The history of this world whether past, present or future shows men trying to destroy each other through violence and war! The Prince of Peace has rid men of the murderous desire to kill each other and transformed them into loving and caring for each other! This transformation is the evidence of your completeness in Christ! God has expressed his love to men through his Son Jesus Christ! Can you express this same love to your neighbor? Who is Your Expectation? 1 Corinthians 13:13

Greek Translation: “And now we stand firm, steadfast, patient remaining under authority of what remains in faith or the knowledge and confidence in divine truth practicing the good works of the Gospel with hope and security living with great expectations and in love by God to us not based upon what we want but based upon what we need from God. The greatest of these is love.” Comment: Love to the world is to get what they want sacrificing others for themselves! Contrary to this view was what Jesus said in the prayer he prayed for us! Not my will but thy will be done! Agape loves requires sacrificial love! Faith and hope is about you sacrificing yourself for others! Doing it with great expectation from God the rewarder of good works! Often men will not respect your sacrifice! If they did then they would respect the Cross! Many still today mock the Cross as God’s greatest sacrifice to humanity! Back in the 1970’s we had a missionary Pastor come to our church in Denver Colorado! They had been on the mission field of Africa for twenty years before taking our church! The seeds he sowed in my heart bore fruit ten years later as we went to the mission field to India! Pastor Charity and Ruth Harris were pushed out of our Denver Church by some political elder’s who wanted the Pastorate for a relative who had just graduated from Bible College! Charity and Ruth went back to Africa and spent another ten years on the mission field. Now Charity is in a nursing home blind waiting for Jesus to call him home! What he may not know is the Gospel seeds he planted in me some 49 years ago are still producing fruit in my life and others today! You see Christ is his expectation! The hundreds of churches he planted in Africa for over 30 years is producing fruit there today! Heaven is really about planting seeds here on earth and then meeting some of the people who have gone home before you and being greeted by them the harvest that is now inĀ  Heaven! Where is your expectation right now? James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com

Credit Card Praise! John 5:43

Jesus did not come in his own name! He came from Heaven to earth in his Father’s name! Jesus told the crowd that you receive me not? However if another shall come in his own name you will receive him? Jesus whole walk on this earth was to give his Father the glory! What much of the world cannot stand is for you to come to them in Jesus name! If you tell the world my name is Frank, Sally or George they have no problem! But if you come to them in the name of Jesus all Hell breaks loose! Most people have a Visa or credit card. The bank that has given you the card has given you a loan or some credit! If you took the name of the bank off the credit card it would be worthless! You purchase by credit in the name of the bank! Your name on the card by itself would not even buy you a can of beans! Our power and authority does not come from our own name but from the name that is above all names! When we call on Jesus name it gets the attention of the Father just as a charge on your Visa gets the attention of the bank! Without the recognition of the bank or the recognition of the Father your request will be denied! The Father listens for the name of Jesus from your lips! Some people curse rather than praise Jesus! Do people go around cursing their bank? Your credit rating is all about you honoring your bank by paying back the loan! How much credit do you give Jesus for your life? How is your spiritual credit rating? Have you refused to give the credit for which he has paid out to you on the Cross for your sin? The debt was paid by him! Your debt! You did not even have to pay it back! Just thank him with your breath! The breath he gave you! What fool would refuse this offer? James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com

I Am That I Am! Exodus 3:14

The Hebrew word for this English phrase is “Hayah”. Strongs # 1961. This Hebrew word is also related to another Hebrew word “Havah”. Strongs #1933. What is interesting is that these words are not nouns but verbs! So they represent an action or initiation of something! The first word describes God as “to exist.” He always was and always will be! He does not fade off into history like men! The second Hebrew word used means to “breathe.” Do not confuse this word with the two Hebrew words used in Genesis 2:7 and Genesis 6:17. In Genesis 2:7, Strongs #5387, the word breath means a Divine inspiration with intellect. The word breath used in Genesis 6:17, Strongs 7307, means a violent exhaustion of air and spirit. Like giving up the ghost! At Creation God the I Am That I Am, initiated his breath into man with Divine inspiration and intellect! At Noah’s flood in Genesis 2:7, the word breath means a violent exhaustion of air and spirit by death! At birth we receive God’s breath! At death we exhaust God’s breath! At Creation our life is established by his breath! We are established with his breath! We did not evolve! So our breath is not our own! So you have to be careful what you say! Some people have bad breath! Do we praise God or curse him with bad breath? Do we exalt God or ourselves? Every good or evil action is initiated with the breath of our words! Again our breath is not our own! Who is the owner of your breath? When Jesus raises us from the dead again one day we will have breath again! Both believers and unbelievers! Remember the story Jesus told of Lazarus and the rich man? It is found in Luke 16:19-31. Lazarus the beggar was taken to Heaven and the rich man to Hell. There was a great gulf between the two abodes! The rich man begged Abraham to warn his brothers still on earth to the Hell that awaits them unless they repent! Abraham told the rich man in Hell that his brothers had Moses and the Prophets! Abraham told the rich man that if they will not believe them then they will not believe one though raised from the dead! So God was really telling Moses to tell Pharaoh that I am the breath that all men have! I am the God that breathes breath into men! I am the Creator of all living things! Pharaoh you have not evolved by your own works! Pharaoh since you are using my breath that I gave you do not abuse me in unbelief towards me! Jesus said we must be born again! I second breath or wind! Before being born again I cursed God with my breath! No I praise him with the same breath! Pharaoh rejected the God that gave him breath and he and his army was drowned in the Red Sea! In the time of Noah the world except for 8 souls were drowned in the flood! Remember Lucifer who became Satan the Praise Leader of Heaven? Remember the fallen Angel? He used the breath of God to Glorify God then he used the same breath to oppose God! He rebelled against God in Heaven and was cast down to earth with 1/3 of the angels! Now they use the breath of God to oppose his Kingdom here on earth! Satan has many followers over the generations that have lived since the Garden of Eden! Is your breath used to raise doubts about God or affirm him? After the resurrection of the dead we will have breath again! Some to everlasting life and some to judgment! The Praise of the Saints will be beautiful but the screams of Hell deafening! Remember this! What you did with God’s breath while here on earth will determine your outcome in eternity! You are not your own you have been bought with a price! If I were God I would be reluctant to give mortal men my breath! Very risky! Will they praise me or curse me? With the breath of God Jesus said on the Cross,” Father forgive them for they know not what they do”! Crucify Him! One day every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord! Why not start now while you have breath! Worship the I Am That I Am! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com

Does God Discriminate?

Yes he does! He discriminates between good and evil! In fact he has prepared a place for some in Heaven and he has prepared a place for some in Hell!
The choice to where you spend eternity in one of these two places is totally based on your decision! You have a choice! You can accept Jesus Christ who sacrificed his life for your sin or you can reject him and suffer in Hell separated from God taking the penalty for your own sin! James and Hamsa Sasse. Just Give Me The Money!

Think it not hard if you get not your will, nor your delights in this life; God will have you rejoice in nothing but Himself! Samuel Rutherford (1600-1661) Scottish Theologian. In his political book, “The Law and the Prince”, he presents the theory of limited government and Constitutionalism. Charles Spurgeon described Rutherford’s letters as the nearest thing to inspiration in all the writings of mere men!
