Human love has little regard for truth! It makes the truth relative, since nothing, not even truth, must come between it and the beloved person. Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906-1945) Assassinated by Adolf Hitler in 1945. Jesus said, “I am the truth, the way and the life and no man cometh to the Father but by me!”

Christmas Day 800 A.D.
Make us eternal truths receive and practice all that we believe: Give us thyself, that we may see The Father and the Son by Thee! Charles the Great (742-814) Charlemagne reached the height of his power in 800 when he was crowned Emperor of the Romans by Pope Leo III on Christmas day at Old Saint Peter’s Basilica.
Where do our Liberties come From?
The liberal wing of the Democratic party and the liberal State run media here in America today have become a referee between the forces of evil and the forces of good! If the good advances too much over evil then they throw a flag and penalize the righteous! They still want some good around to keep the system from collapsing and from loosing their political power while promoting enough evil to mock the righteous! This is a dangerous balancing act that could spiral out of control into anarchy! Here is a quote from one of our Founding Father’s President Thomas Jefferson; “God who gave us life gave us liberty! Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed the conviction that these liberties are a gift from God? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just and that His justice cannot sleep forever!” Thankyou. James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Why are our Public Schools Combat Zones?
Let the children be carefully instructed in the principles of the Christian Religion! This is the most essential part of education. Benjamin Rush (1745-1813) Rush was a Founding Father of the United States. Rush was a civil leader in Philadelphia. He was a physician, politician, social reformer, educator, humanitarian and founder of Dickinson College in Carlisle Pennsylvania. He signed the Declaration of Independence and attended the Continental Congress. He served as Surgeon General of the Continental Army. He became professor of chemistry, medical theory and had a clinical practice at the University of Pennsylvania. His studies on mental disorders made one of the founders of American Psychiatry.
The Nicene Creed
WE BELIEVE IN one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen. WE BELIEVE IN one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us and for our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary, and was made man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate: He suffered death and was buried. On the third day He rose again in accordance with the scriptures: He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead, and His Kingdom will have no end. WE BELIEVE IN the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son He is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets. We believe in one Holy universal and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen
Strange Fire! Leviticus 10:1
The Hebrew verb means to be a stranger or foreigner! It can also mean to go astray. It means to do something outside the Law of God! This same word is used several times in Proverbs to describe an adulterous woman! Nothing could be more serious than to be a stranger with God! Sin will make us strangers with God! None of us want to hear the words of Jesus, “Depart from me you workers of iniquity for I never knew you!” You might think fire is fire? Water is water? Water saved Noah and his family but destroyed the rest of the world! Fire can purify or destroy! God prescribed a very detailed prescription for worship to Moses for the Tabernacle! The sons of Aron, Nadab and Abihu were careless and ignored the procedures and preparations for worship! They were also drunk! They were living outside God’s instructions and outside His plans for and purpose for them! The results were disaster! Ananias and Sapphira got into the same trouble! The Old Testament sacrificial system was a shadow of what was to come in the New Testament! Jesus Christ the Son of God made the final sacrifice for sin for us that made us friends and not strangers to God! The Cross is a bridge to Heaven! Some today treat Christ with the same contempt as Nadab and Abihu did! Some treat Christ as Judas did today! Christ becomes a money racket! Religion today tries to Crucify Christ again! Keep Christ in the grave so I can take over! God does not change so we need to change! When God sees our worship to Him through the Blood of His Son our worship becomes acceptable to Him! Approaching God any other way will make you a stranger to God and separated from Him forever! Choose Christ today! Thankyou. James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Good Grief! Ecclesiastes 7: 2-4
We need healing conversations this morning! Solomon says grief brings joy! American culture tries to pass by death! We want to avoid conversations about it! Solomon says in verse four that the heart of the wise is in the house of mourning. John 11: 32-35. Jesus knows how to grieve! In fact we see in this scripture that Jesus gets blamed for Lazarus death! Where have you buried him? Jesus wept! Why did Jesus stop and weep when He was about to raise Lazarus from the dead? We cannot skip over the sad places in our life! Jesus was fully man and fully God and is illustrated so plainly in these events! We cannot celebrate the miracles without paying attention to the process! Psalm 137. Two third’s of the Psalm’s are complaints and lamentations. The Jews were taken captive and taken to Babylon! The Babylonians took the best of the population back to Babylon and left the sick and elderly in Israel. Many of the grandchildren never saw their grandparents again! As the Jews sat by the rivers of Babylon they remembered Zion and wept! How do we grieve properly? First we must admit a new reality! Something is new about my life! Everything has changed about my life! It may be from a loss of a spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, job loss, sickness, financial loss, home or something else. I lost my dad in 2005. I miss dad but now a new reality. Second take time to weep. They wept in Babylon! Jesus wept! Slow down and grieve! Grieve properly! It is decompressing! Third remember the past! I have many good memories of my father! My father developed a barbeque sauce! He always wanted to get a patent on it. What my mother did not tell us for years is that she added some ingredients to the sauce so we could eat it! Tell the stories that make you smile at a funeral! See God’s imprint on our lives! Tell the stories that heal us and carry us on! What happens when we grieve properly? Our pain is confronted! We cannot ignore pain! In fact there is more pain for avoiding pain! Drug addiction is caused by trying to avoid pain! Invite the Holy Spirit into our pain! Jesus invited His Father into the pain in the Garden of Gethsemane! When we grieve properly we become available again! Your story matters! Millions of American’s have lost loved ones in battles of war in American history! Their stories matter! God is not finished with you yet! Your story is not over! Your final chapter is not the last one! God needs you available again! God will heal your heart! Even Jesus own disciples thought it was all over for them as Jesus went to the Cross! They scattered and went back to their old jobs! They could not look forward? God needs you available again! God knows what it is to grieve! Life was never the same when I lost my father! Storms are not forever! As we prepare for Communion let us remember the grieving of our Lord He has gone through for us on the Cross! Because He lives this morning we can live! He suffered so that we could have victory! He conquered death for us! Joy comes in the morning! He has Risen! Pastor Brady Boyd, New Life Church, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Andrew Wommack Ministries!
The Bible says it is unwise to compare and is the killer of joy! Let me just make an observation about this ministry. What I see as a red scarlet thread through the fabric of this ministry is a consistent determination of pointing people to Jesus! Sometimes people will try to promote their own organization or ministry as the only reason you are Blessed! Sometimes people will try to say the only reason you are Blessed is because I pray for you! What about Jesus interceding for us right now in prayer at the right hand of the Father? No organization can save you and no ministry can save you and no Pastor can save you but only Jesus Christ! Thankyou. James and Hamsa Sasse GodWhoisGod.com
A True Sacrifice Promotes Others!
Jesus came in the power and authority of His Father to point men to the Father God! Jesus existed eternally before His advent on this earth in the form of God and was equal with God; yet, He humbled Himself and became a servant while here on earth. He did not come to promote Himself but to give Himself as the only way to the Father! Source; Andrew Wommack
Easter Promotion!
God’s promotion system is opposite the world system we live in! The world system depends on doing wrong to someone in order to get ahead! God’s Kingdom promotes those who do right and suffer wrong for it! The Cross is our best example! Christ went to the Cross for our wrongs yet was promoted by being raised from the dead and being seated on the right hand of the Father forever! Christ through the Cross also promoted us to Heaven whom He died for our sin! So remember if you are suffering for doing right thing God is watching and waiting for your patience to promote you for what He has also done! Happy Easter! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
