Demon’s Believe in One God! James 2:19

WOW! They believe in one God yet they are not saved! Atheists do not believe there is a God yet the demons do! Could I believe in one God yet not be saved? The demons tremble at the mention of God! Do they give God more respect than most people? So what is missing from their belief? They rebelled against God and got cast out of Heaven! Faith is the key element missing from their belief! Without faith it is impossible to please God! Faith is really trusting God! Some Christian’s say I believe in God yet I do not believe in giving tithes and offerings to support my local church? Faith without works is dead! Demon’s have power to do miracles but not for good works but for evil! (Revelation 16:14) I will quote a partial commentary on James 2:19 from the Matthew Henry Commentary: “Faith is the root, good works are the fruits; and we must see that we have both. This is the Grace of God wherein we stand, and we shall stand to it. There is no middle state. Everyone must live God’s friend, or God’s enemy. Living to God, as is the consequence of faith, which justifies and saves obliges us to do nothing against him, but everything for him and to him.” Comment: Jesus went to the Cross for his Father for he did everything for him and to him! We are the recipients of his love! Our redemption is based on our trusting what Jesus has done for us! Not in our own works but the works of God! Works for good not evil. Our works are only good if God lives in us! This is the work of the Holy Spirit! We oppose evil because God opposes evil! We love the good because God is good! When anyone uses the power of God for evil and perverts the love of God for wickedness Satan takes residency in their lives! Vanity Fair! Revelation 2:13

Jesus said Antipas is my faithful martyr! Antipas was the Bishop of the church at Pergamos during the reign of Roman Emperor Domitian. The Apostle John ordained Antipas as Bishop of the church at Pergamos. Antipas was burned inside an idol which was a bull shaped copper structure. His crime was casting out demons worshipped by the local population! Some of the hero’s of the Faith are listed in Hebrews Chapter eleven! Stephen was a faithful martyr listed in the Book of Acts! Antipas was most likely a Greek who converted to Christianity. Antipas is the shortened name of Antipater. Remember that was the name of one of Alexander the Great successful Generals. (397-319 B.C.). Remember Herod the Great was known by this name! Jesus will avenge the blood of the Saints! Why did Jesus call Pergamum Satan’s Seat? Even Ephesus with all of its advantages with the Great Temple and bustling port, could not match the importance of the once royal seat of the Attalids! Situated on a scenic acropolis Pergamum was embellished with the largest number of Greek and Roman Temples in the whole of Asia Minor! Examples are Zeus, Athena, Apollo, Demetia, Dionysis and Aphrodite. On another site was housed the largest Aesclepium of the Empire. Its library of two hundred thousand volumes rivaled the renowned library in Alexandria! The eminent Doctor Galen was among her favorite sons! Roman Emperors came to seek healing at the famous Aesclelpium!  Aesclepium was honored as the god of healing in the classical world. When the cult of “Dominus et Deus”, was initiated at Pergamum, the great Basilica was erected, adding to the rostrum of numerous idol Temples! The visitor today Bergama (Turkish name of the present day city), will see the immense structure at the edge of the bustling center. Basilica became the monument of vice and cruelty! Every citizen was forced to burn a few grains of incense here and worship the Emperor of Deus. Then they would proceed to their preferred practice a common syncetistic act which never lacked its double-faced devotees! For anyone who refused to submit to this profane practice death was imminent! Where as the Temple of Zeus was referred by the early Christians as the “Seat of Satan”, the appellation was later transferred to this center where some Christians felt compelled to pay obeisance! Christ and his Cross was raised up over “Satan’s Seat”, to defeat Satan the eternal enemy of man! This battle rages on today between the One True God and the millions of the gods of men! No Hope Without Christ! Matthew 12:45

Greek Translation: “Then goeth he, and takes with himself seven spirits that are strange, foreign, teaching with different doctrines unequally yoked together more wicked with malice and mischief, more demonic than himself, and they enter in and live permanently there: and the lowest and furtherest and final state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be unto this wicked generation.” Comment: Remember Jesus cast seven evil spirits out of Mary Magdalene in the Book of Luke? Then she became Jesus disciple! Jesus cast devils out of people and they became his disciples! In 21st century America what would be seven evil spirits you could identify today living in our culture? The spirits would be strange or foreign to the believers in Christ teaching opposition to our scriptures as found in our Holy Bible! These spirits would be unequally yoked together wicked with malice and mischief! Judge Kavannah touched one of these evil spirits called abortion! He had a snake by the tail. How about Darwinism which opposes creation? Opposes a belief in God’s existence! Gay marriage, lesbianism, transgenders, socialism, fascism and how about Islam? There are more than seven evil spirits but those are the top ones! One of the real conflictions in America is that these spirits are not resisted from the pulpit’s of America! Why? There are some exceptions but most Pastor’s play the political correct game! Why? Because these evil spirits are linked to a political party! The Democrats! Since the churches across America took the bait for the 501c deduction they fear losing there tax exemption? Is the love of money worth sacrificing our culture? You cannot defeat Demons pretending they do not exist? My suggestion to American Christian’s is to bind these foul spirits in prayer everyday! Make this part of your prayer life! Encourage your Pastor to speak out on these issues and confront these issues with the scriptures! Raise up a standard against them! Our mid-term elections are coming up in November! John 3:16 Word Study “God”

God (Theos) Strongs #2316. This word was taken from Greek culture. Remember the Greek culture were nature worshippers! Idol worshippers! They worshipped creation! The gods of the sun, moon and stars! Their divine worship also included other deities! Much like the Aztecs and Hindu’s do! At Mecca the Muslim’s had 360 Idol’s! One for each day! They took what they thought was their best idol and named him Allah! The Greek word used here for “God”, is singular and masculine! That is correct God has a gender! The word Theos means the true God as opposed to false gods! False gods are man made gods! The famous Greek poet and musician Orpheus called the ancient Greek gods demons! How do you become a demon? It is a choice! Like Lucifer (The Fallen Angel), if you make yourself god and reject the true God you have as a created being worship yourself a created being and you become a demon! Atheism is self worship! You make yourself God by declaring there is no God! Charles Darwin was an atheist and based Evolution on the belief there is no God! The angels (Lucifer, Michael and Gabriel), are created beings so we must not worship them! Lucifer who became Satan in his rebellion was cast out of heaven! Elohim is a Hebrew word for God. It is also singular and masculine! It translates the God of gods! The God of Israel! God is set apart from creation though actively involved in creation! He is the cause for everything and the Trinity pre-existed creation and always was, is and forever will be! So in the Trinity do we have three gods? No! Sequel to Judas Iscariot

Remember in the previous blog posting I asked you some questions about Judas Iscariot? One of those questions was why did Jesus not cast the devil out of Judas Iscariot? Jesus cast seven devil’s out of Mary Magdalene! Well, you say the plot to betray Jesus would have been spoiled! It says in the Gospel of Luke that Satan entered Judas! The Prince of devil’s entered Judas! The Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Darkness have an order of rank! The problem for Jesus is that He will not cast Satan out of Satan! You will still have Satan left! It would also preclude eternal judgment for Satan! Jesus made a way for God to enter us and dwell in us! The Holy Spirit secures us until Christ returns for us! Remember the lunatic that had a legion of devil’s? Jesus cast them out into the pigs! No doubt if any of us had a legion of devil’s in us we would also be a lunatic! However this nut was not beyond redemption yet Judas was? My Bible says the love of money is the root of all evil. Not money but the love of it! From the drug dealer to the Ponzi scheme on Wall Street! Judas was in love with money! He loved money to the point of betraying God! Welcome to the ministry! This opened the door for Satan the Chief of all demons to enter Judas! Even thought he repented it did no good! Numerology in Islam

There are two numbers sacred in Islam. The numbers are 19 and 666. Muslims believe 19 is a miraculous number. That is one reason there were 19 hijackers on 9-11. They quote Quran 74:30 to support their belief but will not quote the following chapter and verse 74:31. Verse 31 explains the exact number of angels or demons in Hellfire! Here is the quote from Quran 74:31, “And we have set none but angels as Guardians of the fire; and we have fixed their number only as a trial for the Unbelievers, in order that the People of the Book may arrive at certainty, and the Believers may increase in Faith. The people of the book and unbelievers are Jews and Christians. The 19 hijackers sent 3000 Americans to hell on 9-11 so they could increase their faith? This is what they believe? Can God Forgive Every Sin? Mark 3:28-29

God can do about everything except sin! God can forgive every sin except one! God can forgive murder, adultery, genocide, stealing and some blasphemies. But God cannot forgive blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Blasphemy means the evil speaking of God Himself! It is slandering and reviling God. It is insulting and reproaching God. When I hear people use the G.D. word I flee from them as quick as possible! I use the God Bless word! Most people do not understand the meaning of blasphemy and the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit is not dwelling in them they have no witness! An important Person of the Trinity he goes back all the way to the First Chapter of Genesis and was active in creation. The Holy Spirit pre-existed creation along with Christ and the Father. Remember Jesus told his disciples just before his ascension to wait for the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit came upon Mary and birthed Jesus the Son of God into the earth as man and God! The Jewish scribes teachers of the Law accused Jesus success in casting out demons was due to Jesus being Beelzebub the chief of the devils! So the scribes were attributing the work of God to the work of Satan! I may not agree with every ministry  and of every interpretation of scripture but I will never attribute any ministries work to the work of Satan! Snake Bit Pastor Dies!

First of all our condolences to the Jamie Coots family! I believe he is in Heaven but I also believe he has misinterpreted scripture! It is an easy thing to do. Our prayers are for his son Cody that he not follow this same path. It is not easy to tell any son his father is wrong! Let me explain why I think he was wrong. Luke 10:19. A snake is a physical manifestation of the spirit of Satan! Jesus gives us power over Satan. This power is not proven by picking up snakes but is demonstrated by victory over sin! When Jesus was tempted or tested by Satan in Luke 4:12 and Matthew 4:7, He said you shall not test the Lord thy God! In Deuteronomy 6:16 it says, “You shall not test or tempt the Lord thy God as you tested Him in Massah.” In Isaiah 7:12 it says, “But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt or test the Lord.” In Matthew 6:13 Jesus said in the Lord’s prayer, “Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.” The word temptation (Strongs 3986), from the Greek means ; put to the test. In Psalm 26:2 David is praying to God and the word try here means to purify me as gold in the fire. In Psalm 139:23 David is asking God to test him. The word test as used in Malachi 3:10 (Strongs 974) (Bachan), refers to God testing humanity. The point here is we do not test God! When we sin we test God! God will test us and Satan will test us! The victory comes when we are tested and Trust God at His Word! Ed Cole used to say, “Any truth carried to an extreme becomes an untruth!” I can test God if I do something foolish and expect God to rescue me! Let me give you some examples. Lord I want to go to hell so in your name I can cast out demons and get all these people to Heaven! You could not do it but I can! I know a man in Macon Georgia who went into the night clubs to save people. He is a drunk today! Lord let me go and lay with this prostitute so I can save her! Tempting God? Yes! Thankyou.
