Sheep without a Shepherd!

Zechariah 10:2 “For your idols domestic and household gods have spoken falsehood and wickedness, and the diviners and false prophets of foreign nations have selected a divide, and have told false empty disappointing dreams; they repent and grieve in vain: Therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.” Comment: Does this describe America today? No shepherd? Lost sheep? If a sheep has no shepherd they fall prey to the wolves! The prey on our young people! Told lies by our educators! Told lies by our politicians! Told lies by our social media! Millions of babies have been sacrificed by abortion on the altar of child sacrifice! Seventy three thousand of our youth have died with drug overdose in 2017! Since 1999 over six hundred thousand youth have died from drug overdose! This is greater numbers than any war we have fought in American history! To make matters worse now states legalizing drugs which will increase these numbers! Drugs and criminals invading our nation through open borders! Policies made in Washington to destroy our youth! Law enforcement under attack everyday! Prayer evicted from our schools! Atheistic ideologies such as evolution taught our children in public education! The Ten Commandments removed from our institutions! Crosses taken down across our land! Is it any wonder our children have no hope? Their most precious hope Christ has been removed out of their lives! Mocked and scourged in front of them everyday! No nation has survived in history without the Good Shepherd! There is no civilization without Christ! The political correct; “Happy Holidays”, is meaningless without Christ! Any purpose outside of Christ will fail you one day! Your job, career and family are wonderful but they cannot save you! They will one day fail you! Our purpose in Christ will continue forever! Everything else will fail you! If you built your own Kingdom it will fail! If you build His Kingdom you will prevail! I was talking to a rich man yesterday. He told me he was just tired of Christmas! He wished it would get over? Without Christ nothing will replace his love and mercy because there is only one Christ! One Savior! One God! One Nation! One King! One Sacrifice! One Blood! One Atonement! One Lord! One Baby! Vanity Fair! Revelation 2:13

Jesus said Antipas is my faithful martyr! Antipas was the Bishop of the church at Pergamos during the reign of Roman Emperor Domitian. The Apostle John ordained Antipas as Bishop of the church at Pergamos. Antipas was burned inside an idol which was a bull shaped copper structure. His crime was casting out demons worshipped by the local population! Some of the hero’s of the Faith are listed in Hebrews Chapter eleven! Stephen was a faithful martyr listed in the Book of Acts! Antipas was most likely a Greek who converted to Christianity. Antipas is the shortened name of Antipater. Remember that was the name of one of Alexander the Great successful Generals. (397-319 B.C.). Remember Herod the Great was known by this name! Jesus will avenge the blood of the Saints! Why did Jesus call Pergamum Satan’s Seat? Even Ephesus with all of its advantages with the Great Temple and bustling port, could not match the importance of the once royal seat of the Attalids! Situated on a scenic acropolis Pergamum was embellished with the largest number of Greek and Roman Temples in the whole of Asia Minor! Examples are Zeus, Athena, Apollo, Demetia, Dionysis and Aphrodite. On another site was housed the largest Aesclepium of the Empire. Its library of two hundred thousand volumes rivaled the renowned library in Alexandria! The eminent Doctor Galen was among her favorite sons! Roman Emperors came to seek healing at the famous Aesclelpium!  Aesclepium was honored as the god of healing in the classical world. When the cult of “Dominus et Deus”, was initiated at Pergamum, the great Basilica was erected, adding to the rostrum of numerous idol Temples! The visitor today Bergama (Turkish name of the present day city), will see the immense structure at the edge of the bustling center. Basilica became the monument of vice and cruelty! Every citizen was forced to burn a few grains of incense here and worship the Emperor of Deus. Then they would proceed to their preferred practice a common syncetistic act which never lacked its double-faced devotees! For anyone who refused to submit to this profane practice death was imminent! Where as the Temple of Zeus was referred by the early Christians as the “Seat of Satan”, the appellation was later transferred to this center where some Christians felt compelled to pay obeisance! Socialism is Anti-Marriage!

There is no greater stupidity than for people…to marry and surrender themselves to the small miseries of domestic and private life! Karl Marx   Comment: Marx one of the founders of socialism was a Jewish atheist! So if we are not to marry what do we do? Spread socialism or communism across the world sacrificing your life for the cause! Since there is no God the State is your God! The government is your God! This socialist experiment has not had good results! The Russian Revolution of 1917! Hitler and the National Socialist Party! But what has it achieved in America? Poverty! Especially in the inner cities among the African American community! When President Lyndon Johnson began this experiment back in the 1960’s he replaced the father of the family in the African American community with a welfare check from the government! Sixty years later we have the results in the inner cities of America! Poverty! Crime! Drugs! Anger! Frustration! Trapped! Socialism is all about our National debt! It will bankrupt any country and has for many nations! This experiment has failed over and over yet the Democratic Party continues its promotion! Why? To exchange promises of free stuff for votes! It is about hanging on to power! They do not care about the people but for votes! To maintain political power! George Soros a Jewish atheist billionaire is funding the illegal caravan to our southern border! He is funding it through an Latino organization in Chicago! They are paying people in central America to flood our southern border! Why? Future Democratic voters! This is what open borders is all about! What about the rapes, murders and abductors of the women and children along the way of the migrant caravan? What about most of illegal immigrant caravan are young men? Many criminals! The political left does not care about the Americans that will be exposed to these dangers in their communities across America after they get in! As long as the left gets the votes and stays in power the true costs to Americans will not matter to them! Qualification for Rulers 1 Kings 3:9

King Solomon asked God for wisdom to understand and judge the people. The word understand means to hear intelligently. To hear and obey. Hear O’Israel. Judge means to pronounce sentence to punish or vindicate. Discern means to separate mentally. So what does good mean? In case you have forgotten it means kind, loving, pleasant, precious, valuable, happy, and mentally correct. Evil means wicked, harmful, disagreeable, a negative heavy heart and a terrifying place! Like Dallas this week! Remember in the Book of Genesis God warned Adam and Eve not to partake of the tree of knowledge of good and evil? Their rebellion brought death to the human race. In Isaiah 29:14 God says that He gives and conceals understanding! Without God we cannot discern the difference between good and evil. In fact in the last days good will be called evil and evil will be called good! I think we have arrived! There has been an effort by some in our political system to project the idea that police are racist? I want to give you the statistics on Americans killed by police and their race between 2013-2015. These are FBI statistics. White 49% (782), Black 30% 464), Hispanic 19% (302), Asian 2% (26). The facts are needed to debunk the false narratives given out in the 24 hour news cycles. The murder of five white Dallas police officers would be a racist act! President Obama keeps looking back to slavery and Jim Crow? The biggest evidence that people have moved forward from that is that we have elected him over the past two election cycles! Can he not see this? I did not vote for him not because of race but his ideology! Americans want to move forward! Obama’s false narratives are stoking the flames of violence! Are there injustices? We live in a sinful world! We cannot throw the baby out with the bath water! If we or our leaders do not have a relationship with God then we are missing wisdom to govern only God can give! Why Did Jesus Say Buy a Sword? Luke 22:36

I have probably read every commentary on this scripture! The words Jesus told His disciples probably have more meaning now that America is becoming more lawless ! The American Christian would have a different interpretation on this scripture than a Christian living in Iraq or Syria today! Ask the Kurdish Christian about this passage! Jesus also said those who live by the sword will die by the sword! Meaning those who use weapons for violence rather than self-defense! Peter has a knife and used it well but Jesus rebuked Peter? Why? Peter was trying to keep Jesus off the Cross! Some commentators say it is just an allegory? Like ObamaCare? The law does not really mean what it says so goes the Supreme Court! Jesus was preparing His disciples for their journey after His resurrection and ascension! They would be traveling into dangerous areas to take the Gospel! Interesting that earlier Jesus told them to take nothing on their journey? However, Jesus was with them! Now he is leaving but did promise them the Holy Spirit! Was Jesus for gun control? What would Jesus do? Question is what did Jesus say? We have that! Interesting that the cities and states in America that have the toughest strictest gun control laws have the highest crime rates! We have to interpret scripture within context and in context of other scriptures! The Bible interprets itself! Every Christian has to decide for themselves what Jesus meant when He said go buy a sword! Get provisions? Be prepared?
