These were the words of Tom Brady quarterback of the New England Patriots at the end of his interview last night after their Sunday night football game win over the Pittsburg Steelers! This game was really a hard fought battle with both teams having to send players to the hospital during the game! Hopefully not with career ending injuries! Brady himself was body slammed to the ground by 300 pound plus linemen! So what was fun? Was it the pain, injuries, training or uncertainty of every game? Was it the risk of a career ending injury or death? It was the winning! The sacrifices are then forgotten! Do we have the child like excitement about Christmas? About giving? About receiving? Is it fun? In Luke chapter six Jesus is well past the manger scene! He is preparing his players for the game ahead! Jesus told His 12 players that they are going to hate you, isolate you, reproach you and call you evil because of me! Like NFL players they are going to sack you! But Jesus said to rejoice in that day! Leap for joy! You guys just won the Super Bowl! Your reward is great in Heaven! Your fathers the prophets suffered the same things! We do not like to think about suffering during the Christmas season! Yet that is why He came! To suffer for us! To make our lives fun and meaningful with purpose! To win! Losers made winners! The victory parade for you is going on in Heaven right now! While running your race sometimes the pain seems unbearable! Give your pain to Jesus! He became a curse for you! He took your pain upon Himself! We are on the same team! Jesus disciples except John all crossed the finish line with martyrdom! John was boiled in oil and then exiled to a stone quarry for slaves on the island of Patmos! They all looked beyond the finish line towards the goal and their and your victory in Christ! Those that have gone before us have prepared a way for us! Give a sacrificial gift to someone this Christmas as we were given the gift of a little baby boy born in a manger in Bethlehem! Warning to America!
Even after the Paris attacks Obama says he still plans to bring in ten thousand Syrian refugees to America? This is an act of suicide! As of October 2015, he has moved 1293 Syrian refugees into America! Where are they? One governor has already refused to let them into his state! We should all move there! Obama is out to fundamentally change America! He has and is and we are loosing our freedom! He has declared war on law enforcement across America! As thousands of these Jihadist flow into American streets you are going to have to make changes in your life here! First you are going to have to avoid large crowds! You are going to have to avoid football games, basketball games, sporting events like the Boston Marathon! You need to avoid concerts, large congregation churches, shopping malls wherever large crowds gather! I believe house churches will come back to America! Do your children attend schools that have armed guards? Avoid gun free zones like the plague! Our hospitals and nursing homes will need more security! Order your gifts on Amazon and other on-line retailers! Our power plants, transmission lines, communication towers, gas lines, fuel refineries and cell phone towers will need increased security! Obama pulled us out of Iraq and now 1/3 of Iraq is under ISIL control and thousands of Christians martyred! We now have 4 million Syrian refugees! Obama will never admit a mistake so his solution is to bring his foreign policy mistakes back to America! Last Americans need to arm themselves! Options!
Sometimes i wish God would have made salvation mandatory instead of optional? You know like paying your taxes is mandatory. I suppose that just like you have tax cheats you would have salvation cheats like Judas! Options are an important part of democratic liberties but when time runs out all options end! Like 2 seconds left on the clock in a football game if you are behind you finish the game in defeat! In a game you have next season but in life we play for keeps! In life the stakes are high and if we do not choose God and His Christ then eternity is a long time to be seperated from them. The options in this life is Heaven or Hell! In Hell you have no otions but in Heaven you still have options. You can choose to stay or you can rebel like Lucifer and join him in Hell! Options are about choices. We choose either good or evil. Choices determine your present future and past. We by our choices are going to serve God or Satan. Choose this day who you are going to serve! This Christmas think about God and His Mercy to give us the right choice in sending His Son Jesus to us! How we can live with love, peace and joy in the midst of a lost and destructive human race!
