A Hindu Priest, a Jewish Rabbi and a Tele Evangelist traveled to this same remote village for conversions! There was only one small hotel is this village. The failed school systems in these area’s keep the residences of these populations ignorant of their plight and the way out of it! The propaganda machine of the left tells them they are victims and the successful are the reason for their poverty when in fact the left and their policies are the real reason for their plight and the policies of socialism! Looking for God? Exodus 3:4
“And when the Lord saw that he turned away to see, experience and understand, God called and invited him out of the midst of the bush and said, Moses! Moses! And he said, Here am I.” Commentary: Are you looking for God? Wise men still seek him! Everyone seems to have a different experience about this! I did not look for God until I came to the end of myself! My troubles came because I was not looking for God! People that have found God seem to have even more troubles! However the challenges are very different because you are not alone! Jesus said my yoke is easy my burden is light! Why? Because you have yoked with Jesus and he carries your burdens now! Never alone anymore! Moses soon learned after finding God he would be challenged more than ever before but now his faith was in God and not in himself! Challenges like delivering Israel out of Egypt! Like delivering a couple million stubborn Jews through the Wilderness for 40 years! When God is with you all things are possible! God will take you to a place where you could never go on your own! He will do things through you that would be impossible on your own! He will do miracles in your life greater than the burning bush! He will raise the dead and heal the sick! He is capable of doing more than you could ever think or ask! How and why? Because he is God! Everything you see, experience, taste or feel in this world is possible only because he created you! He formed us at creation like a flash of light yet it seems like it takes us forever to find him! Moses was a refugee not fleeing from his people but longing to go back to them! Forty years on the back side of this desert longing for home! Cut off from his people! Hopeless tending to his sheep much like the shepherds above Bethlehem some three thousand years later! A life with no purpose! Living a life of insignificance! One day blends into another day! Time seems lost! The government has seized him now! He is on trial! They have crucified him on a cross! This ministry is over now! Let us go back to fishing! His body is in the tomb now almost 3 days! We should get some flowers for the tomb! We must hide here for the Romans are looking for us! Keep the door locked! There is a knock on the door? Do not answer it! It sounds like Mary? It is a trick it must be the Romans! She says he has risen! Must we hide from God? Open the door! I will not believe her unless I see the scars on his hands and side! Moses deliver your people! How? By my power, ability and Spirit! They will not believe me! Do you believe me Moses? I have given you my rod of authority! We know you are from God Master for only God can do these miracles! Surely you are the Son of God! Do not touch me for I have not ascended to my Father in Heaven! Wait here for my Holy Spirit which I will send to you to do the same works I have done and ever greater works! Saved for What? Revelation 7:14
There are two kinds of people in this world! Those set aside for God’s mercy and those set aside for God’s judgment! It is determined by the choices made by those individuals! We are either sealed by the blood of Christ for redemption or we are sealed in our own blood for judgment! In chapter seven of the Book of Revelation we see God withholds judgment upon the earth until his servants are sealed! We see 144 thousand Jews are sealed for redemption! Wow! Can you imagine the Apostle Paul multiplied 144 thousand times here on the earth? One hundred forty four thousand evangelists! We also see many Gentiles will be saved during this seven year tribulation period after the Rapture of the Church! God always leaves a seed in the earth whether it be Noah and his family or thousands of evangelists near the second coming of Christ! So what are they saved for? Yes saved for heaven and saved to reach the lost here on earth! Evangelism explosion as James Kennedy led while he was living here! We do not want to go to heaven alone! That would be selfish! This is why God sent his Holy Spirit into the earth to equip us to reap a harvest! God wants the whole earth saved however some reject him! Can you imagine the Jewish Anti-Christ having to cope with 144 thousand Jewish evangelists? How precious are lost soul’s worth to you? Are they worth dying for as God did for you? Back during the Alaskan Gold Rush a couple of men left their family and friends to move up north to strike it rich! They staked a claim in the remote part of Alaska near a stream and began panning for gold! Then they found a lot of gold in the stream! They were so focused on the gold they forgot to get provisions for the long cold winter ahead! Without warning weeks of extreme cold and blinding snow hit their camp! They had constructed a small cabin but no provisions! Two years later a prospector found their cabin and opened the door finding two skeletons sitting in chairs next to a table! On the table were about a dozen bags of gold! There was also a note left on the table apologizing to their families how they were so focused on getting rich they neglected to take care of themselves and their families! The wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous! Are you laboring in vain? Vanity fair is a place called Hell! Heaven is a place where God alone can be trusted for our earthly provisions and heavenly rewards! If you are waiting until heaven to worship your King you will not be there! Thoughts about the Star!
This star is not an astronomical object! The star appeared at the moment of Jesus birth. It was visible to the wise men of Babylon. If they saw the star over Israel, it would indicate it was not astronomical because stars do not rise in the west! They rise in the east. If it rose in the east it was very special because star gazers like these wise men would not have difficulty recognizing the planet Venus! Traditional images show the wise men traveling over the desert following a star. However Matthew 2 does not say they followed a star to Israel. In fact, it would appear, from their reaction, that the star newly reappeared in Matthew 2:9. How could a star go before the wise men? Bethlehem is to the south of Jerusalem! Stars do not move south. They move west. Stars do not settle over houses. The Greek word for star (Aster), implies something strewn! What could it be? What could it be that moves easily from west to east appearing as strewn light? A pillar of fire would be a good example! Remember the Shechinah Glory of light that moved with the Tabernacle representing the presence of God? This light could have been interpreted as a star! It is believed the wise men reached Bethlehem about 2 years after Jesus birth. That is why Herod ordered the murder of the children 2 years and younger! He turned the sun and time back for Joshua to win the battle! He opened the Red Sea for Moses and drowned the pursuing army with the same sea! Mary bore Jesus yet being a virgin! Jesus raised the dead and has promised to raise those who believe and trust him! Jesus himself was raised from the dead! Peter at midnight was delivered from the prison! Do I believe in miracles! Absolutely! Jesus delivered me off my death bed some 45 years ago! Is it a stretch to believe God at his word? It is a stretch not to! God who created all this can change anything or everything at his will! He transformed me from sin to righteousness with his atoning blood! Was it a star? All things are possible with God! He can create anyone he wants to! He can create anything he wants to at anytime at any place! He came to Bethlehem so he could prepare a place for you in Heaven! Why not follow Jesus to Heaven! Why Democrat Gains?
Specifically in Arizona and Nevada many people who are Democrats have moved from California to these states! Also 35 percent of all American’s are on some sort of public assistance! They will not give up the free stuff so they vote for the Democrats who dole out this stuff! However it is not free and our National debt reflects these giveaway programs for votes! Choosing Good or Evil! Isaiah 56:2
Hebrew Translation: Blessed, happy and successful is the man that works, labors, toils and the son of man that layeth hold unto it; that keeps, watches and guards the Holy Sabbath, the 7th day of the week, on the same day God rested from His Creation and ceased from work. Keeping from polluting it or making it common and committing violence against God’s established law. Also keeping his hand of authority and responsibility from doing evil. Comment: The choice should be easy and obvious but it is not! The first day of the week is Sunday! Not Monday! In early America you could not find a business open on Sunday! If you are trusting in your own works then Sunday is just another work day for you! A chance to make more money! Then you believe the time you have is not a gift from God but belongs to you! All of it! This is an ownership question! No faith in God causes people to trust themselves and their own efforts! God rested on the 7th day so are we greater than God? Do you believe God is looking after you? Then show it! Pressures build as you try to carry the load by yourself! Your health is affected! Do not make Sunday just another day in the week! Do you follow God and His example or do you make up your own rules? I am almost 70 years old and have been walking with Christ for 44 years! The peace, joy and prosperity is beyond measure! I have been retired for 22 years! I have never been a slave to work but God works for me! May seem a prideful statement but not really! I do what I can do but understand I can do nothing without Him! My efforts are futile unless God Blesses my efforts! When I cease from my own labor and rest in Christ each Sunday I leave the results to God! Whether the experiences seem good or not my trust is in the Lord! When I tithe and make offerings each Sunday I am giving back to God what He has already given me! I watch for the Sabbath! I guard the Sabbath! Sorry sir I cannot work on Sunday! We will fire you! So be it! God will provide another job! I prepare for the Sabbath! My soul, mind and body prepare for it! Then I rest in Christ and he renews my soul, mind and body! My thoughts are continually on Him! My expectation is from Him! My reward is in Him! My joy comes from Him! My peace from Him and the relationship to Him! My eternity is framed by Him! His promises are mine! You can please God by making the right choice! Nearly 20 percent of American’s in the workforce are high school dropouts! About 25 percent of high school graduates are functionally illiterate! Twenty percent of high school graduates this spring will not be able to read their diploma’s! According to Youth at the Crossroads 40 percent of employer’s test for literacy and math skills! Now for the really bad news! The Department of Education spent 69.4 Billion dollars in 2017 on education! We won’t even go to how much each State spent on education in America? The illiteracy rate in Colonial America among the 13 colonies was 2 percent! They were home schooled and the Bible was their reading text book! Now teachers in the powerful NEA Union want 40 percent raises for the teachers? If we can get the government out of education and return to private schools America will be great again!
