Hebrew Translation: “Even I, am he that has compassion on you. I have repented that I have made man and have changed my heart and attitude to console you. You can take a deep breath of relief. Why should you fear man when you have reverence for me? Man’s weakness of the flesh shall lead to his death. His descendants are made as the grass that will perish.” Comment: The fear of man is what leads to all wars! The fear of death is what leads men to cause the death of others! Religions are formed out of the fear of death! Islam is a prime example! Martyrdom they believe is their only way to God? So suicide is their means to salvation! Faith is just the opposite of fear! God has made the way for our salvation not by any effort of mortal men! The God/Man Christ God’s only Son provided the sacrifice for our redemption! It is not attained by my own efforts but by God’s grace! So my future is not dependent on me but on what God has already done for me! If we will rest in this promise peace will follow! Jesus has promised to those that trust in him he will raise from the dead! Not to cause death but to deliver us from it! Sin is our real enemy with death it’s consequence! To defeat our last enemy death is what God has done for us! If you cannot get excited about this truth then nothing will excite you! When Christ delivered me from my death bed 45 years ago I have a passion for him that no fire can put out! James and Hamsa Sasse, GodWhoisGod.com

War & Faith!
“In my perplexities and distresses, the Bible has never failed to give me light and strength!” Robert E. Lee (1807-1870) Comment: Can we start on the wrong side of history and end up on the right side of history? If the truth be known we all started on the wrong side of history! Otherwise no one would need to be saved! Ask the thief on the Cross! Today there are billions of people on the Cross in the valley of decision! Millions will get saved! My favorite example of a thief done straight is John Newton! You remember his song, “Amazing Grace.” He was captain of his own slave ship! Then in the midst of a storm on the sea when they were about to perish God showed him how wicked he was! He repented and returned to Liverpool England and joined a small church. This is where he wrote his famous hymn! In 1787 he wrote a book, “Thoughts upon the African Slave Trade.” This book helped William Wilberforce a Parliament member over a 20 year period abolish the slave trade! Will tearing down confederate statues help America? No! For they remind us we all need a Savior! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
God Repented? Genesis 6:6
The controversy of this scripture and Exodus 32:14 and Numbers 23:19, is the result of the translation of the word “Repented”, from the Hebrew to the English! You can research this yourself using any Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance. The word repented in the Hebrew means to be sorry. In the New testament the word “Repented”, in the Greek means to think differently or change your mind. The same two words in the English “Repented” used in both the Old and New Testament have entirely different meanings! God was sorry that He had made man! This is not a good testimony for the human race! But Noah found Grace in the sight of God! A man can feel sorry for his sin but never repent in the New Testament sense! In Exodus 32:14, the literal translation is: “The Lord was sorry of the evil which He spoke to do unto His people.” The English word “thought”, is the word “spoke” in the Hebrew. Moses in the previous verse reminded God of the promises He had made to the Jews. The slaughter came to the camp with 3 thousand slain! Forty years in the wilderness took out an entire generation! But God preserved a remnant to keep His promise! In Numbers 23:19 it says; “God is not a man that He should lie. Neither the son of man that he should be sorry! Shall He not do what He has spoken and shall He not make it good?” God’s promises are sure to us and He has saved a remnant out of the earth! I am sure I have made God sorry in my life but I have changed my mind and think differently now! If God changed His mind He would have pulled Jesus from the Cross! Don’t make God sorry today but repent and Christ will rejoice with you in your new life! Thankyou. James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
The Real Global Warming! Revelation 16:8-9
And the fourth Angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire! And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory! Comment; Do not be discouraged when some reject Christ for even in the Tribulation period of history they will do the same even though it means punishment forever! Love demands a choice! Thankyou. A Sin Unto Death? 1 John 5:16
John opens by saying if any man see his brother sin a sin not unto death he shall ask and he shall give them life for them that sin not unto death. Any sin that is not unto death is a sin that is repented of! A sin unto death would be a willful, continuous unrepentant sin! Ananias and Sapphira would be two examples of a sin unto death of two believers! John concludes not to pray for the unrepentant sinner because they have had many opportunities to repent but continue to willfully live in their sin. Thankyou. James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
