Rag Doll Election Cycle?

Remember the 1960’s era song by the Four Season’s? Remember the lyrics? She wore hand-me-downs. They laughed when she came into town. Called her “Rag Doll.” Such a pretty face she should have been dressed in lace. If I could change her sad rags into glad rags I would. My folk’s won’t let me because they say she is no good. I love you just the way you are. Though I love her so I can’t let her know. She is a ‘Rag Doll.” Comment: Every election cycle the politicians drag their rag doll out of the closet! Jesus name gets thrown around like a rag doll. Donald Trump went to church last week! Congregation members said it has been years since they have seen him? Remember when Obama said he was a Christian? After November Jesus will be thrown back under the bed for another four years! The Democratic contender’s are really mute on Jesus this election cycle mostly because they are pagan’s! In America we have to learn to endure the election process! Thankyou. James and Hamsa Sasse. American Decline

Offendedness is just about the last shared moral currency in our country! And, I’m sorry, but is really annoying. We don’t discuss idea’s or debate arguments, we try to figure out who is the most offended? If we spend our time fearful about whether we offend this group or that group then the creativity God has deposited in us is blocked! When the creativity of a culture is reduced the nation declines! What is Wrong with a Tattoo? Leviticus 19:28

The Bible says not to cut yourself or make a print on your body! Why? Well, just because God says not to do it is not good enough for me! Really? God is not going to tell me what to do! I am going to be my own God and decide what to do! Sound familiar? Are we talking about you again? We live in a world at war with God! There was a popular song back in the 1960’s titled, “I fought the law and the law won!” My mother back in the 1960’s used to ask me and my brother Tommy why we never brought home any homework from school? We told her we were too smart to study! Tommy and I should be grading the teachers! Mom said if that is true then how come your grades are so sick? Mom those teachers are so dumb they could not recognize talent even if it bit them! Me and Tommy had homeless homework! God said my people perish for a lack of knowledge! When Tommy and I got our grade reports the law won! God simply gave us the law so that we recognize that we need a Savior! God has only one who is worthy to carry marks on His body! Those prints and cuttings were placed on His body by all of us at the Cross! Even Jesus disciple Thomas after the Cross said I will not believe unless I see the nail prints in His hands! Unless I see and feel the scars of his pierced side! We only carry our own scars because we reject the marks taken for us by Jesus on the Cross! You can make your own marks but it will never save you! All of the pain and suffering was reserved for only one Jesus Christ the Son of the living God! You may mark your body but it is impossible for you to carry the sin of the world! If you have already marked your body then think of the Cross when you look on your marks of sin! Thankyou. Warning to Gays and Lesbians! Romans 1:24, 26, 27, 32

Dear Pastor Brady Boyd,  Paul in verse 32 says that those who do those things are worthy of death! Verse 31 says without natural affection which to me would mean a man attracted to a woman. It is interesting in verse 24, God gave them up to dishonor their own bodies between themselves. We often look at  God delivering us from sin but it looks like here God is keeping us from sin! God is not just the medicine to treat the sin but He delivers us from the disease of sin! You mentioned Sunday that some gays have an attraction for each other but never perform the physical act! Jesus said that if I look on a woman with lust it is the same as committing the physical act!. It says in verse 18 of Romans, chapter one, that ungodly men attempt to restrain the truth through unrighteousness! The sin of gays and lesbians appears to be against creation itself! Greed is a sin no doubt but I have a problem lumping them together for Paul did not say greed was worthy of death!
