“And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book and to loose the seals thereof?” Commentary: In Chapter 5 we have a scene in heaven after the Rapture of the Church here on earth where all the inhabitants of heaven witness the call of this angel asking who is worthy to loose the seven seals of judgment upon the earth? One of the elder’s answers the question and got it right! Why would only Jesus be worthy to do this? We are in the 7 year tribulation period then here on earth! It is even more than just the name of Jesus it is what he did! He took your judgment upon a cruel Cross for your sin and death! I believe anyone in heaven and any saved person living on earth can answer this question today! If not you are not saved and have been deceived by this world system! Those who rejected Christ while living here on earth will come under the wrath of God and the release of the seven seal judgments here on earth! You will not escape! Interestingly if you accept the sacrifice of Christ made for you then you escape his judgment! Otherwise you take your own judgment! Saved sinners in heaven and unsaved sinners in hell! Which place will you reside? It is your choice! As we approach Christmas Jesus is more than a Happy Holiday season he is the God of all seasons Creator of heaven and earth and the judge of the living and the dead! James & Hamsa Sasse. Who is Worthy? Revelation 5:——
Who is worthy? They looked everywhere in heaven and on the earth but could find no one worthy to open the seven seals of judgment on the earth! Then a revelation came that only the Lamb of God was worthy to open the seals to release the judgments! Why was Christ only worthy? Because he took our judgment upon himself at Calvary! If you do not let Christ take your judgment then you take your own judgment! Christ released the judgments upon the earth to judge those who have rejected his judgment for them! This is the one and only unpardonable sin! Why? Because if you reject Christ and the judgment he took for you then you have rejected the only one who could pardon you from your sin! This Easter do not let the season pass without receiving the Passover lamb as the sacrifice for you! Remember he makes us worthy!!James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Who is Worthy?
Revelation Chapter Five: Commentary; Good question! I am glad you asked! It seems challenging for most to ask this question and more challenging to get the right answer! God does not give us multiple choice questions! You either know or you do not know! Do not feel bad this question seemed to be challenging in Heaven! The question in Heaven was answered by asking who was not worthy to open the seven seals of the Book to pour out judgment upon the earth! Notice some honorable mentions of those not worthy to open the seals! The Father was not worthy! The Holy Spirit was not worthy! The angels were not worthy! The twenty four elders were not worthy! The four beasts were not worthy! No man in heaven and on earth or under the earth was worthy! No King or priest in the earth was worthy! In our natural state all men on the earth are fit for judgment! All have sinned and come short of the glory of God! So who is our sin against! Our sin is against the Father! Our sin is not against the Son but the Father! Christ sacrificed himself on the Cross to reconcile you to his Father in Heaven! Christ provided a way of escape from your judgment! He took your judgment on the Cross! This is why the Father has rendered all judgment unto the Son! So only Christ in Heaven was worthy to open the Book after taking it out of the Father’s right hand and loose judgment into the earth! Judgment on who? Those that have rejected Christ! If we reject Christ then our sin expands not just against the Father but against the Son! This is an unreconcilable sin! This is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and the complete Trinity! You have now gone over the edge with no return! Now we have committed the unpardonable sin! Jesus said of Judas who betrayed Jesus it would have been better if this man had not been born! Why did Jesus say this? Because Judas chose to reject the only one who was going to take his judgment on the Cross! Had he not been born he would not have made a choice for eternal separation from God! However had Judas not betrayed Jesus someone else would have! You or me! This is why evangelism is so important as Jesus commanded us to go out into all the world and preach the Gospel! Do not let the popular culture try to conform you into being silent about Jesus! Shout his name from the roof tops! Jesus will either be your Savior or your Judge! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Who is Worthy? Revelation 5: 1-14
Worthy to do what? To open the seven seals of the book in the hand of the Father! To bring judgment upon the earth! So who was not worthy to open the book? This book is your Bible my friend in heaven! All judgment is rendered according to His Word! The strong angel was not worthy! The elders, angels, saints, four beasts, patriarchs, disciples, Jews, Gentiles, not anyone in heaven except one! Who? Who is worthy to render judgment on earth from heaven? The one that took your judgment upon himself for your sin while on earth! When Jesus took the book out of the hand of the Father a celebration broke out in heaven! A new song was written! The prayers of the saints were released! The song of redemption was sung in heaven! God now closes his plan of redemption on earth and judgment is released on those that have rejected Christ! Seven judgments come upon the earth! Your decision on Christ has current and eternal consequences! Your eternity rests on what you do with Christ! Today on earth there is redemption and judgment! However the redemption chapter will close one day on all of us! Were you wise to receive him or were you a fool to reject him? Have you made the right choice? If you have not time will run out on all of us here on earth! Time is forever in heaven but the time of judgment ticks forward on every human born on earth! You can stop that clock of judgment by starting your walk with Jesus today here on earth! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Warning to Gays and Lesbians! Romans 1:24, 26, 27, 32
Dear Pastor Brady Boyd, Paul in verse 32 says that those who do those things are worthy of death! Verse 31 says without natural affection which to me would mean a man attracted to a woman. It is interesting in verse 24, God gave them up to dishonor their own bodies between themselves. We often look at God delivering us from sin but it looks like here God is keeping us from sin! God is not just the medicine to treat the sin but He delivers us from the disease of sin! You mentioned Sunday that some gays have an attraction for each other but never perform the physical act! Jesus said that if I look on a woman with lust it is the same as committing the physical act!. It says in verse 18 of Romans, chapter one, that ungodly men attempt to restrain the truth through unrighteousness! The sin of gays and lesbians appears to be against creation itself! Greed is a sin no doubt but I have a problem lumping them together for Paul did not say greed was worthy of death! We appreciate our questions being addressed by you and presenting your answers on Sunday! Thankyou. James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
