Divisional Unity? Sounds like a contradiction or an NFL playoff game where winners move on! What is the Holy Ghost? Ghost translates Spirit of God or the breath of God! God breathed His life into us! We see here at Pentecost or 50 days after His Resurrection and 10 days after His Ascension to Heaven that all the disciples gathered together waiting for the promise! What promise? Remember Jesus told us that He must go to the Father so He could send us the Holy Spirit unto us! To dwell in us! The Holy Spirit is like an escrow or down payment made to us to guarantee our preservation until Jesus second coming back to earth! The Holy Spirit is part of the Trinity and was present even at Creation! The Holy Spirit given to His Church at Pentecost is to endue us with power! Power to promote the Kingdom of God here in the earth! When the Holy Spirit descended on the disciples they began to speak in other tongues! The word tongues translated here from the Greek means to speak in a foreign language. Then we see in verse 6 that the disciples were confounded because every man heard them speak in his own language? The disciples were a diverse group gathered representing many languages! They had difficulty understanding why men that did not know their language could speak their language? Remember the Tower of Babel in the Book of Genesis? God divided the one language spoken there into many languages to confuse this civilization from their prideful project of building a tower to heaven! Thousands of years later God by His Holy Spirit brings all the different languages together so they can all understand each other! God brought unity in worship! Man’s efforts at the Tower of Babel brought separation! God’s efforts at Pentecost brought unity of worship to God! The barriers were removed to enable corporate worship! If you go to Heaven your language will be understood by all. If you go to Hell your language will understood by no one! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com

Do We Think Outside the Box? Proverbs 23:7
Here is a quote from a genius! “I very rarely think in words at all. A thought comes, and I may try to express it in words afterwards.” Albert Einstein (1879-1955) Let us go back some 2300 years ago and hear from another genius! “The heart collects sensory input from the peripheral organs through blood vessels which are described as perception from which thoughts and emotions arise.” Aristotle. Here is a quote out of a modern science digest! “A baby’s heart begins to beat 18 days after conception and by 21 days the heart is pumping blood through a closed circulatory system. A baby’s brain waves cannot be detected until 45 days after conception.” In addition to Proverbs 23:7 and many other scriptures my Bible says a man has said in his heart there is no God! So our thought language is universal. If you were born in China you just express your thoughts in Chinese! If you were born in Germany you express your thoughts in German! This leads us to some interesting questions? The mute and deaf have thoughts just like we do! They probably have more brilliant thoughts but just cannot express them! Why is America and our Constitution allow more expressive thoughts than other nations? So our nation will prosper! What was the first language spoken here on earth before the Tower of Babel? Most cultures like to think it was their language but what does the Bible say? What language will we speak in Heaven? More important what thoughts will we have? Heaven and Hell are separated by thoughts! What language does the Holy Spirit speak? What about tongues? David said create in me a clean heart! Here is another quote from the genius! “The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education.” Albert Einstein. Do not let things taught to you by humans interfere with what God is trying to teach you! Read your Bible and discover the treasures God has for you that can only be found there! Do you now see why Salvation and the cleansing of our blood with the blood of God and His Christ is so important! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
Do You Need Intervention? Romans 8:27
Greek Translation: ‘He that searches the thoughts and intentions of the heart knows what is the purpose of the Spirit because He intervenes for the morally blameless (Saints), according to the will of God.” Comment: Mt biggest surprise when translating this passage from the Greek are from the two English words “Maketh intercession.” The two English words used here have nothing to do with prayer! In fact I looked up every Greek word used for prayer in the New Testament and the Strongs#1793 is never used for prayer! I assumed all my life that this scripture was talking about prayer? The Holy Spirit is the active agent of the Trinity! The Holy Spirit is the servant of the Father and the Son! The Holy Spirit will and does intervene for the Saints when required! The word intervene is a more accurate English word for making intercession! The virgin birth is probably the best example of the Holy Spirit intervention into our natural world! The Holy Spirit intervened into the natural biological processes of Mary and Jesus Christ the Son of God was born into the earth to redeem the earth! This is important because Muslims believe according to the Koran that God had sex with Mary! Another example of intervention would be the speaking in Tongues at Pentecost! God knows the thoughts and intensions of our heart! The Holy Spirit knows His purpose and the will of God for you and me! The will of God is expressed in the Word of God! You might want to read your Bible regularly? Based upon the will and Word of God He intervenes as required for us! Are the thoughts and purposes of our heart right with God? We may need intervention! Start by confessing your sin to Jesus and ask Him to clean and sanctify our hearts! James and Hamsa Sasse. GodWhoisGod.com
