The arabs at Kaaba worshipped 360 idols. When Islam came along in about 650 A. D, , they took their highest idol and worshipped it as Allah. The idol Hubal which is a lunar diety was thought to have powers of divination is identical in origin to Allah. Their religious symbol is the crescent moon. Notice in the Book of revelation, Chapter 12, verse 1, that the moon was under her feet. Going on to verse 5 notice what it says, ” And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule the nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up to God, and to his throne.” Christ will have dominance over every false religion which is prophetic and reality! There is a God but His Name is not Allah! (Lesson 1)
Interestingly, not many Muslims want to accept that Allah was already being worshipped at the Ka Ba in Mecca by Arab pagans before Mohammad was born! Muhammad merely proclaimed a god the Meccans were already familiar with. The pagan Arabs never accused Muhammid of preaching a different Allah than the one already worshipped. Before Muhammad came along the Arabs made Allah their chief God amoung the Ka Ba at Mecca which contained 360 Idols! I suppose a God for each day of the year?
