Make Christ Great Again!

The greatness of Christianity did not lie in attempted negotiations for compromise with any similar philosophical opinions in the Ancient world, but in its inexorable foundation in preaching and fighting for its own doctrine! Those that rolled over and played dead under persecution and those that went to the gallows standing by Biblical doctrine resisting to their deaths! History repeats itself! Months ago I warned Christians here in America a huge wave of persecution is coming to the church here in America! Your faith in this time and place is going to be tried by fire! Last week-end several churches were burned down! A man drove a vehicle through the front entrance of a church then with the vehicle full of gasoline cans set them ablaze in the church! The message being if you come back to church we will get you! Hitler admired those who stood for their faith even unto death! Doctrinally the American church is illiterate and does not know its own doctrine! I had a pastor of a big church in Colorado a few years back when I challenged him Biblically on his stand on homosexuality tell me I do not care what your doctrine is? What you believe about God as spoken by his Word is everything! Without that standard you are a ship without a sail drifting away from God! Much of the church is in the world for the love of money! Wise or Foolish?

Are you a fool to the world and wise to God or are you wise for the world and a fool to God? Which is it? I Corinthians 2:18-19 “Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God: for it is written, he taketh the wise in their own craftiness.” Commentary: The word wise in the Greek is “sophoi”. Remember Sophia Loren? She was so beautiful she turned men into fools! The Greeks observed the course and motion of the heavens, planets, sun, moon and stars to become wise! They tried to regulate their lives according to the course of God! They were searching for truth! They had to look beyond themselves! This word also means to be prudent, sensible and judicious! Using good judgment! Wisdom is a work that demonstrates expertise! To live your life according to eternal principles! To live your life in light of eternity! Our forever is determined by our choices here on earth! Foolishness means to be dull or stupid. Absurd behavior with silly talk being a buffoon! The old block head! The wisdom of this world makes fools of men! Darwin became a fool and has millions of disciples being the same fools! An ideology of atheism that leads to destruction! The broad way to destruction is the road most traveled! Jesus said no man can come to the Father but by me! Only one road to Heaven and all other roads lead to Hell. Auto Fatalities & Covid-19

The number of car crashes is indeed plummeting due to lower traffic volumes but the injury and fatality rates are actually up! In Minnesota there were 24 crashes and 28 road deaths between March 16 and April 7. During the previous year between the same time period there were 12 crashes and 13 deaths! We need to flatten the curve! In New York City more motorists died in the period between March 2 and April 8 though vehicle traffic has dropped 80 percent! Commentary: With the cancel culture movement and the anti-cop movement I have here in Atlanta noticed more bad attitudes by drivers is much more prevalent now! I have witnessed drivers running stop signs and stop lights which I have never seen before? If you have a green light you need to still look both ways through every intersection! A lawless attitude has come across our city thinking the cops are afraid and not going to stop me! This attitude is proving deadly across America! We do not want traffic deaths to exceed COVID-19 deaths for 2020! Lawlessness always brings death and destruction regardless of nation or culture! My attitude as a Christian is that God gave us laws to protect life and property and even if the police do not see me God knows the thoughts and intentions of my heart! Evolution & WWII

The stronger must dominate and not mate with the weaker, which would signify the sacrifice of its own higher nature. Bless or Curse?

First of all the blessing comes from God and the curse comes from Satan! Two opposites from two different sources! In the Old Testament there are twelve different Hebrew words used for our English word ‘curse’. There are five different Greek words used in the New Testament. Which word used depends on context but the same English word is used in every case by the translators. Nothing wrong with that but a need to know! The word curse means to appear worthless or small. To feel insignificant! You feel like circumstances are in your way that stop your progress! That is why some abandon their families! It could be a sworn statement about you in a court of law! It is an effort to undo your blessings! However these are feelings and if we live by them disaster comes! We are to live by faith! Another meaning for the word curse means to bore a hole or puncture! The Cross! Jesus was cursed for our iniquities! It means to be marked for death by extermination! The disciple Thomas would not believe Jesus was raised from the dead unless he could feel his scars in his side! Jesus was bruised for our iniquities! So where did the curse really begin? It began in heaven! War began in heaven and continues down here on earth! Lucifer the fallen angel had the highest position in heaven next to God leading the Praise and worship there! He was the Praise leader! The choir leader! Yet somehow and at some point he felt insignificant? Ever feel that way? He wanted more! I remember my grandfather who was a wealthy man tell me the more I give my kids the more they want! It never ends? Lucifer wanted to be God and at that moment he became Satan! The religions and ideologies of this world want to make you God for your destruction! When you reject Christ your blessings end and your curses begin! Lucifer said I will be God I will be like the most high! He led a rebellion in heaven and got one third of the angels to follow him! They were cast out of heaven to earth and then hell on earth began! So Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden were enjoying the blessings of heaven here on earth and who comes along to make them feel insignificant? Satan! Surely God has not said you will die if you take of this fruit? God is a liar! You can be God if you eat of this fruit! The bait Satan uses to get us to sin is the feeling of insignificance and pride! The Pastor that feels insignificant steals church funds (Judas), or has an affair with a member of the congregation! The drug dealer dropped out of school but now with his weapon controls territory and has an income and feels significant! Any challengers to his authority die! Insignificant people buy lottery tickets! If I have money I will then be important! Men plot to overthrow governments so they can be in charge! Men abuse people and murder people to stay in power! After retirement I felt insignificant! Even though I got a check every month it was as though I lost my purpose? No longer part of an organization with purpose! This is why it is important to develop ministry purpose in your local church! That will continue on after retirement! Part of my purpose is our web site and blog! No one retires in heaven! Neither his Saints on earth! John 3:16; For God so loved the world that he gave… God first loved you! He has purpose for your life! When you find Christ you find your purpose! Jesus has purpose because he serves you! Whether on earth or in heaven! What is he doing right now as he prepares for his second coming? He is seated at the right hand of the Father praying for the Saints here on earth! Praying for you! For me! If you are a believer in Christ you are on his prayer list! Jesus served you on the Cross! Are you serving others or just yourself? The author of purpose and significance is God! The author of insignificance is Satan! Which voice are you going to follow? You will follow someone! Christ or the Anti-Christ! The religions and ideologies of this world oppose Christ! Do you oppose Christ? If so why?
