And if any man shall take away from the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the Book of Life with the names of the saved written therein, and out of the Holy City inclusive with those separated, consecrated and devoted to serve God and the promises to them written in this Book.” Comment: What would be some examples of adding to the Word of God? Darwinism, Evolution, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, atheism, humanism, secularism, socialism, communism, fascism, Nazism, ANTIFA, and the list goes on and on! Democracy established in our U.S. Constitution is the closest we can get to the Theocracy of God! Our three branches of government are patterned after the Trinity! Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The trinity of government is the legislative, executive and judicial branches. This balance of power assures liberty and freedom and helps to prevent tyranny! The Father is the law giver or legislative branch. Moses was given the ten Commandments! Jesus Christ his Son is the executive branch! He executes the laws with judgment and redemption! All judgment is given unto the Son! The Holy Spirit is the interpreter of the Law! He is the judicial branch! When I read scriptures the Holy Spirit interprets the Bible for me! Do you think the Apostle John understood everything he recorded in the Book of Revelation given to him by the angel? No! The Holy Spirit helps you to interpret it! God has created all people since the beginning of time! That is God has chosen you! He has given you life! All that is left for you to do is choose him! We can refuse to believe the scriptures! We can choose our own way of sin and death! We can refuse Creation and replace it with Evolution! We can reject the Trinity! We can reject the virgin birth! We can reject salvation! We can reject the resurrection! We can reject the sacraments! We can embrace atheism! We can refuse the blood of Christ! Happy Holidays but no Crosses allowed! Do not mention his name! Do not say Christmas! To mock his name is no problem! Remember the Jefferson Bible? Thomas Jefferson tore out every page of the Bible he did not believe! The Jefferson Bible is a very thin Bible! When it comes to your Bible it is better to have poor math skills so you cannot add or subtract from it! It will save your soul! Humility!
I reached a point in my life of peace when I did not have to prove anything to anybody anymore! Joyce Meyer Comment: This is real freedom! Our own efforts are vanity! Let God be God in you! You are to please him but he has mercy you cannot find in mortal man! You can only please Christ but by simply accepting what he has already done for you! Death on the Cross! Resurrected from the dead! For you! This removes your performance driven mortality! I love my church and my Pastor but I do not have to prove anything to them! I love my family but do not have to prove anything to them! I am no longer performance based in my being! I will let God perform in me his good works! Righteousness! Holiness! Compassion! Mercy! Winning or Losing?
When you get to the NFL playoff games it does not matter how well you did in the regular season except you made it to the playoffs! Then one game determines whether you move on towards the Super Bowl or your season ends! Life is like this! Life is a playoff game! There are winners and losers! Sometimes we win sometimes we lose! We must continue in the game! Our Super Bowl game is about making it to Heaven or default to Hell! Jesus Christ will determine your destiny! He is your coach! The Church is your team! Your Pastor is your coach here on earth! He gives you the game plan based on the scriptures and then you go out and execute the plan! Then the outcome is left into God’s hands! I am going to give you some statistics like you have in the NFL! Remember after you win the game they mean nothing! 65% of Americans polled in 2019 identify themselves as Christian! However in 2012 78% identified as Christian! In 2001 81.6% identified themselves as Christian! In 1990 85% identified themselves as Christian. So what is going on? Are the American Pastor’s doing a bad job? We have big mega churches now! Television and internet ministries everywhere! We have TBN, Daystar and other mega ministries! Books written about the Bible on the hot sellers list by the millions! So where are we losing the war? According to Psalms 11:3 we are losing the battle on the political side! Remember the word foundations in Hebrew means moral and political support! The 501c tax free donations to our churches established by government has muted our Pastor’s from challenging the enemy in the political arena! Here are some more statistics! According to the Dave Olson’s study published in the Journal of Scientific Study of Religion, 3700 American churches close their doors every year! That is every Sunday of the year 71 churches close up shop! A survey conducted by the Coalition of Religious organizations shows the number of Mosques in the U.S. has grown 74% in the past 11 years! (CNSNews.com 2014). Hinduism is the 4th largest Faith in the U.S. with a Hindu population in American with 2.23 million an increase of 85% since 2007. (India Today, May 13, 2015). Your political leaders determine our immigration policies. Obama let in over six hundred thousand Muslins into America during his administration! If we lose the moral war we lose Christians in our population! The political left owns our public education system with promotion of gender reversals and Darwinism! They own most of the movie productions and social media platforms! They own the clergy during elections as there is no platform to challenge evil! The Lord gave me a Gospel Tract back in the 1980’s while on the mission field in India! We used it there to minister to Hindu’s, Muslims and Sikhs! However when we returned to the United States I felt let down because all of them lived outside of America! Guess what? They followed me over here! Gun Control?
If the Democrats have had their way America would have not been armed and we would have saved over six hundred thousand lives in our only civil war to date! However the African American’s would still be in slavery today! In a sense many still are in the inner city plantations of the Democratic Party where drugs, shootings, crime and hopelessness controls their culture! The Democratic Party was and still is the Party of slavery! The Party of Jim Crow laws! The Party of abortion where African Americans represent about 13 percent of the population yet abortions all abortions done are done on over 33 percent of their population! Genocide is alive and well in the Democratic Party! However they are wising up! Trump got 8 percent of their vote and today 16 percent support him! Foundations? Psalm 11:3
If the foundations are destroyed what can the righteous do.” Comment: When I think of the English word foundations I think of brick and mortar! This scripture is very short and sweet until you examine the Hebrew root words. The Hebrew word is Strong’s number #8356. It means the political and moral support with a moral purpose! If this be destroyed what can the righteous do? More interesting is that this Hebrew word has another root word which is Strong’s #7896. This word means to put in place and apply morality! Remember among other things King David was a politician! Did you ever hear the milk toast Christian say it does not matter who I vote for? Why should I vote? We have separation of church and state! Really? The politicians write our laws! They appoint our judges all the way to the Supreme Court! If they are evil they appoint evil judges and legislate wicked laws! They decide how much money is to be taken from your paycheck! They decide what immigrants come into our country and from where! Are your neighbors illegal immigrants? If you voted for Obama he put in gay marriage by law! With the wrong politicians your Christian faith could be criminalized! This is nothing new! Jesus predicted the destruction of the Jewish Temple 40 years before it happened in 70 A.D. After the moral foundations were broken down the Temple was burned and destroyed along with Jerusalem in 70 A.D. One hundred thousand Jewish slaves were take to Rome and built the Roman Coliseum! When moral and political foundations are broken down what happens? Slavery! Then who was persecuted in the Coliseum for three Centuries? Christians! Anti-Semitism and Christian persecution are connected! The left cries separation of church and state! However at their convenience and benefit they help to merge the two for control of the church! The tax exemption 501c is the best example put in by a Democrat the then Senator Lyndon Johnson back in the 1950’s to mute the church from speaking about his illicit affair with another woman who was not his wife! The political speech of the pulpits of America has been controlled by the State! When it comes election time the Pastor’s across the United States are mute! The bully pulpit of America is long gone! I have suggested to Trump to get rid of the 501c! If the only reason I give to the church is for a tax deduction I am spiritually bankrupt! Hitler was democratically elected! The political foundations for America is determined how you vote! The moral foundations are determined by who you vote into office! The left will scream no religious litmus test for political office and then you end up with an atheist who will oppose your faith through legislation of laws and executive actions and appointment of judges! Student of the Word?
If you are a student of the Word you always will be! Jimmy Carter is 95 years old yet still teaching the Bible! Why? Because he understands the Word of God is eternal! He the Christ the Word is the same yesterday, today and forever! The technology I studied 50 years ago in school is in the museum! So are the books! What you are studying today in school will be in the museum 50 years from now! The Bible never changes across the ages! What was true six thousand years ago is true today! I want to learn as much as possible before I meet God face to face! Will I know everything about God? Never! I know enough that he loves you and me! The more you understand God the humbler you become! My desire is to share with you what God has revealed to me through his Word! To give you the tools to help you long after I leave this earth! You will meet resistance from Satan as you take the Gospel unto the whole world! Both internal and external! But God will be in you to overcome the world with the Truth! The old saying is if you want to learn something teach it! I am not trying to sell any books about the Bible but the Bible! There are wonderful books about Theology spanning over hundreds and thousands of years! There is more material than you will ever live long enough to read! What is most important to you is not what I am telling you but what God is telling you through his Word! Not second hand information but what God is telling you! This is why a continuing Bible Study is important to you! A daily study! The Bible is your best offense and your best defense against the lies and deceptions of Satan! For your study I am suggesting to you to have a Hebrew-Greek Study Bible with the key Hebrew and Greek translated words to English underlined with the Strong’s Numbers! Why is this important? Because translators use one English word that best describes the Hebrew or Greek root word! You can trust your Bible but what I am saying is if you go back to the original language and are not limited to one word greater understanding prevails! I will give you two sources that will help you because they have helped me over the years. Try to get the “The Hebrew-Greek Key Study Bible by Spiros Zodhiates.” I would suggest to you the King James Version! I purchased mine on E-Bay for eleven dollars with free shipping. It was used but not one mark in the Bible? Sat on a shelf somewhere for 35 years! The other resource is the: “The Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible.” This book shows every word of the text of the common English version of the Canonical Books in regular order together with dictionaries of the Hebrew and Greek words of the original, with references to the English words by James Strong. Gay Marriage
