Our Supreme Court will either abstain or weigh in on our 2020 election challenges? It would take courage for them to take the Texas case! You have to do what is right even if it costs you everything! It cost God his Son on a Cross to do the right thing! This is the way most experts in Constitutional law see this case. Election laws are done by State legislatures. Any change to an election state law must be done by the legislative body of each state only according to our U.S. Constitution! No judge or election official can make a change not even the Supreme Court! Any changes to these election laws done by judges or election officials is unconstitutional! The only redress to these contested four states as I see it would be count all votes with existing law before any other changes that were made outside of existing state legislative laws!
