FBI Director James Comey said no charges will be filed but anyone who does this do not expect to not be prosecuted! He did not see intent? I am glad he can read hearts and minds! If i break a law and do not show intent i still have broken the law! If i drive over grandma with my 1959 Edsel she is still dead even if i did not intend to do this!
