2 Peter 2:21 “For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.” Comment: We must recognize our capability for evil without the Holy Spirit! Remember us before Christ! After Christ we are born again! Some say well Judas was never really saved! Judas did commit this sin against Christ before the Cross! It says in Matthew that Judas repented of himself! Not to God! He felt sorry for himself but no change of heart! Remember I have previously mentioned there is only one unpardonable sin! That is to reject Christ! This is what Judas did! We have saved sinners in heaven and unsaved sinners in hell. We made choices before Christ and we make choices after Christ! Christ has to be a important part of your choices! He has to be the center of your choices! Christ was in heaven when the angels rebelled! Only God can keep you saved! Just as you could not do it on your own before Christ you cannot do it on your own after Christ! The Holy Spirit will come along side of you as your helper to overcome all evil!
