Not Mount Rushmore but Mount Slowmore! Which of our U.S. presidents should be carved into this rock representing our four worst presidents? I was born in 1949 so I can only rate those in my generation! The presidents I rate the lowest are those that got us into endless foreign wars and cost the lives of our American youth! Presidents that were weak in leadership and emboldened our enemies! Truman unleashed the atomic bomb on Japan and helped us end WWII. The Korean war was not endless but costing thousands of American lives! However South Korea is free today! Johnson got us into an endless Vietnam war costing tens of thousands of the lives of our American youth yet Nixon helped to end the war that we lost! Vietnam is not free today from the communists! Carter was a smart man and a loyal veteran yet his leadership sputtered like my old car engine and projected weakness with the Iran taking American hostages and our economic disaster he helped to create! Reagan is my hero and brought the Soviet Union collapse without firing a shot! Bush and Clinton policies moved American jobs to China and now our worst nightmare as we strengthened them economically and militarily! Bush with our endless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan! However our worst nightmare is Biden! He tops my list as the worst president ever! He and his family have taken millions of dollars in bribes from China, Ukraine, Russia and other countries while in political office and is conflicted and our enemies are pushing against us with a boldness knowing Biden sold us out for cash! The Clinton foundation also took millions is foreign donations and their decisions affected our freedom then and today! Do you know which president did none of these things but is hated by many? Trump! Why is it the best is always hated by the most? A great mystery? Men love evil and hate good! The Green New Deal is not only costing Americans record inflation but has enriched Russia to fund the war with Ukraine! When Trump was president oil was 50 dollars per barrel. Now with Biden and the Green New Deal it is 80 dollars per barrel! Russia is selling their oil to China and India at record profits which gives them billions more money to fund their war in Ukraine! But the biggest risk to America is a direct confrontation with Russia leading to a nuclear war with Russia! This is where we are at with Biden! He is not smart enough to keep us out of wars as Trump was but dumb enough and conflicted enough through bribes from our enemies to get us into a world war! When everyone is moving towards depravity, no one seems to be moving, but if someone stops he shows up the others who are rushing on, acting as a fixed point. The more intelligent a man is, the more originality he discovers in others! Blaise Pascal Commentary: I am tired of seeing us electing stupid people to public office! They cannot make it on the outside so they become career politicians! They most have never had a real job! If people are not successful before getting to public office in the private sector what makes you think they will be successful representing you? Why would we put people in public office who believe America is no good? Flood the zone with millions of illegal immigrants to replace us because we are not any good? People who believe our God given gender was a mistake and need to change it are at war with the God of creation! My gender is no good? Stupid people running our nation! Our natural resources to make our life better is no good? Why would we allow anyone to teach us to hate ourselves? Brittney Griner used to take a knee at our national anthem! After several months in a Russian prison and coming back to America she no longer takes a knee to insult our nation! Now she is taking heat from the political left for loving America! Love the evil and hate the good is the call from the left today! Import the failed policies of socialism to replace Democracy? Great leaders see the potential in the lives of ordinary citizens! Thomas Edison was kicked out of school because his teachers said he was too dumb to learn! Michael Jordan was cut from his high school team because he was told by his teacher he just did not have the talent! Rocky Marciano was kicked out of high school and his football and baseball team because his coaches thought he just did not have the talent! He never lost one professional fight in his career! We need leaders who believe in us and America! They just need to be set us free from the shackles of excessive government intervention in their lives! Let us keep more of our income in lower taxes and we will not waste the money but help to build America! Why should millionaires and successful people be taxed to death? Success to the left is treated like a disease! Why? Because we will not need them any longer! They fear once the truth is discovered they will be obsolete! We will not send our money to governments that hate us! Trump has an I.Q. of about 150. Biden has an I.Q. of 115. Your dog has an I.Q. of 100. If you cannot see the differences in governing our nation and the benefits of a smart leader then you deserve a dumb leader that will make you dumber than what you already are! James & Hamsa Sasse. “Therefore shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cling unto his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” Commentary: So what is marriage all about? It is about finding somebody to love! Your parents found somebody to love and produced you! Then you find somebody to love and produce children and grandchildren for you and your parents to love! Then the generations move forward! Do you see how the transgender movement wars against the very foundation of civilizations that God has established? A deeper question is why did God create me? Yes! You got it! For somebody to love! For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son to us! Now let us fast forward to another scripture that will even shed more light on this subject! Matthew 19:29 “And everyone that has forsaken houses or brethren or sisters or father and mother or wife or children or lands for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.” What did Jesus mean here? It almost appears contradictory but it opens a window to revelation about the plans and purposes of God! Jesus is saying if you give up all the things and people I have given you to love and follow me the author of all love and creator of all love then I will restore these things a hundred times back to you and give you the gift of eternal life! Blaise Pascal. Commentary: We are all teenagers at the core! Distractions seem to fix our soul! Whether work or play through this we can look away from our problems! We can feel better about ourselves if we can find someone a little worse off than me! My car is a little newer than yours! My house a little bigger than your house! My job pays better than your job! As the King of England said I am bored because there is no place else to go? Will some people be bored in heaven and others excited about hell? The woke movement is all about distractions real or imagined! Create a group of people to be despised and you have a perfect distraction away from yourself! Make them evil enough to take violence on them! Destructive ideologies over history are fueled by distractions from our own flaws! Satan told Adam and Eve God is a liar! Make God worse than we are and you have the perfect fire storm! The truth is God saw in us a value worth saving! For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son as a sacrifice for our sin! God is no fool to sacrifice his own life to save us! Some people blame God for all their troubles! They do not make him a distraction but simply dismiss him! Some pretend he does not exist! Darwinism! If we are honest and look deep within our soul we realize we need a Savior! God created us so we cannot exist without him! The void in our lives cannot be filled by ourselves or any distractions we can run to! Sooner or later we run out of distractions and have to look within our soul and see how bankrupt we are trying to live without the God that created us, loved us so much he made a way to save us in this life and the life to come!
