This is not a christening ceremony on a Greek ship! This is not the name of a statue in Athens! Anathema means a religious ban or excommunication. Maranatha means an exclamation of the approaching Divine Judgment of God! Paul said if any man have not love for the Lord Jesus Christ let him be Anathema Maranatha! The word love used here is phileo which means affection for. What do you have affection for? Money? Fame? Sex? Power? Position? Food? Pleasures? Drugs? Perversion? Ect? Is your affection set on Jesus Christ? Who is the Captain of your soul? If you try to be your own captain your fate is at the bottom of the North Atlantic along with the Titanic!
